Poor staff, poor customer service and angry shoppers. All what I wanted to do is pick up my dyson and continue further. I did this so many times and know the rule and notification process. Well one guy was working and he was taking forever to deliver. Inside the store huge line waiting for order pick up. Here is me 20 min waiting so as I was in trying to switch in the app inside pick up angry and physical two women shoppers. Took me 45 min to get to my vacuum. I was late for everything else duo to this. Goodbye Target as I will only maybe, BIG maybe do delivery home shopping. read more

Wow came in for one item on a Saturday. The lines were to the middle of the store with one cashier on duty. Target is relying too heavily on self service lines and over whelming the only human on duty. This was not a one time occurrence it was the same situation last month. Hire more human cashiers so the human shoppers don't have to spend their weekends in long slow moving lines. Also had a pick up and if it wasn't for the kindness of the only person at the desk I would still be waiting, long lines in all areas of exit. Employees are courteous but over worked. Tried to purchase some ear buds but I guess they are all locked up. I tried getting help to get them unlocked so I could purchase but no one cared to help. I called every department and no one answered. Customer service is terrible. Hopefully they close and something better fills this space. I waited for nearly an hour. read more

So on January 6th, I see American Greeting Xmas cards in like a small side display located near an end cap. It didn't say on sale, but sometimes things on sale w/no sign. So I brought it to the self checkout w/my 3 other items. When I saw the card did not come up on sale, I asked the woman standing with her arms propped up on some register that works there, I asked if she could take the card off. She proceeded to roll her eyeballs hard as she looked off but walked towards me. Was quite rude as she took it off. Told me it's not a sale item and that it's a hallmark. I told her it's an American Greetings and that those go on sale at all the other stores that carry them. Then she cocked her head and said, 'well not here!' Ok then she Then walked away talking to another employee about the card I thought could be on sale as though I'm an idiot. She should not be working with customers. I'm tired of rude service at places and will give a negative review every time it happens anywhere. read more

Come here every week. Do online orders a lot and never have a problem. Sad the Halloween stuff is taking so long to come out this year but other than that nothing to harsh to complain about it! read more

Lately this Target has the most unfriendly customer service. Employees walk by without even acknowledging you. i waited at customer service for 15 minutes with 5 other customers before anyone showed up and 4 employees walked by and said nothing! There must be new management and they must not be showing their employees any recognition. read more

This store used to be better. Feels like it has gotten a little messy over the years. Things always seem to be misplaced or cluttered. I got a piece of plastic wrap stuck on my shoe today because of dirty floors. Usually pretty good speed at the checkout lanes and they have self checkout if you want to pick up a shift and do some work at the end of your Target run! read more

Ok. I am so excited to write this review and share with you this gem of a shopping store that I am almost standing at my keyboard. This place is amazing and awesome and I don't say that a lot. I don't. You walk in and right there to your left is some kind of photo processing thing and then it's women's clothing and then they have sports bras and purses on the right and then you get to shoes, around to the right are men's things like socks and underwear and belts and mesh shorts and sleepwear and then they also have books and cds and toys and outdoors stuff and back-to-school stuff (helpful for moms!) and there's candy and soap and deodorant and shampoo and little fingernail clippers for babies and cat food and dog food and water in plastic bottles. No way. You're not done yet because you have missed the entire middle of the store where they sell other things like towels and crayons and clocks and furniture. And little fryers to make fries and big handled spatulas and glasses and even watches to tell time with when you wear them on your arm just above your hand. Just be sure to 'set' the watch first or else it will tell the time for somewhere else or maybe even someplace that isn't even real. Hint: get a cart from the front when you first walk in if you think you're going to get more than you can carry. There's a Starbucks and a pizzeria and hotdogs and sodas and checkout lines two deep and next to them they sell candies and altoids and gum and even batteries. Do you like altoids? They're little candies from England that taste minty and come in little metal boxes. Target is like the Yelp of shopping because you can go in there and find awesome stuff that is worth talking about over and over and over again. The color scheme of the store is red and white and they have little targets on things so you can tell what store you got them at. This Target is different because the car care department is way in the back and if you are used to it being at another part of the store, you might miss it. Unless you go back there anyway. They have changing rooms to try on clothes and restrooms for both men and women. You should just go there and see for yourself. If you've ever been to a Target or a Walmart, you should go to this one as well to see the difference for yourself and to get great deals on all kinds of nifty stuff. read more

Short and too the point. I am a Target Fan...........But all it is to me is an upscale Wal-Mart. Its kind of like Home Depot is your manly store for manly stuff And Lowe's is more or less your Ladies version of a Home Depot Meaning if you want MORE POWER, hammers, power saws, nail guns, power washers, chainsaws...........Go to Home Depot If you want a washing machine, microwave, curtains, dishwasher go to Lowes. Kind of making a silly point that Target is your dressed up Wal-mart to me. read more

Overall: 3 stars. Decent store but lacking in selection beyond the usual stuff and lacking in well trained staff. Appearance: 5 stars. Clean and bright. Selection: 3 stars. They have the usual stuff and a nice kitchen section. They lose points with it not being a SuperTarget and the fresh food is VERY limited. How do they not even have bagged salad? Having a Starbucks is great. Service: 2 stars. The employees are nice, but need a lot more training about what they carry and where things are located. Also, they've pointed me to an aisle 2 over instead of walking me there. Finally, the same Manager twice told me to go to other stores because she didn't think they stocked something. I think she just wanted me to stop asking questions and blew me off instead of looking for the item. read more

I just wanted to take the time to say what a great customer service experience I had at this store. I had left a bag of items at the register and did not notice until I returned home. I called the store immediately. Even though guest services could not locate my bag, they offered to replace the items as long as I brought in my receipt. No questions asked. I drove right back up, got replacements of everything I needed and was on my way! read more

Good target store. Low wait times in checkout. Friendly employees and usually helpful staff. Sometimes eisels can be messy but staff is usually on top of things. I enjoy going early in the morning with low traffic. read more

Seeing that I'm used to shopping in crowded, picked over, urban Targets, I absolutely relish every moment wandering around this location. I went in a 2pm on a Saturday, expecting it to be mobbed or filled with the sounds of shrieking kids. No, nothing. In fact, there was NO sound. Not even any music being piped in through the speakers! Instead, what I forced to deal with was a well stocked, clean store with friendly staff. Sometimes I want to move to the suburbs just so I can have such a glorious Target experience! read more

Do not buy Sports Cards from Target!! They are selling Searched Boxes that have had all Rookies and Inserts Removed and Repackage to be sold to unsuspecting customers!! They do not stand behind their products and will not help you if you catch on to their SCAM!! read more

This isn't my favorite Target store. It simply isn't laid out like any of the ones that I normally visit which causes me to walk in circles looking for the right department. The traffic coming in/out of this plaza sucks as well. Still, it's better than the Walmart around the corner... read more

The only reason that I'm giving this one star is so I can write this review. I purchased a Xbox One S online and went to pick it up. When I arrived at the store I wanted to add a protection plan. The cashier at the customer service counter, Susan, said she would have to cancel the order out completely and then I asked twice would the funds return immediately to my card, she replied "Yes, because the transaction doesn't actually go through until we hit complete on our end in the store upon pickup". She cancelled the order. We then proceeeded to process the new transaction, it didn't go through because it did in fact go through on my account like I asked if it would twice. I spent over 40 mins in the store because Susan couldn't double check her answer. A manager Leanne, I believe was her name said there was nothing they could do. I asked he what could be done for the inconvenience and she replied "I don't know." which is an absolutely unacceptable response to a customer. I told her how I'd been inconvienced and she had no compassion or sympathy for the error that was made on their end. She was a horrible example for her employees and a rude incompetent woman. This was a horrible customer service experience overall and the manager was careless and on her phone multiple times while I was trying to get the issue that they created resolved. She then even had the audacity to ask me to lower my voice, while I was speaking in a calm tone. I will never be back to this or any Target again and will let everyone know the kind of experience I was provided with. read more
