I came here on a Saturday (30 September 2017) looking for lamps for my living room. After walking around trying to find lamps, I finally found someone to assist me. The employee told me that they had run out of lamps so there weren't any for sale. He pointed at the area where the lamps normally would be located. He probably could have explained better when more lamps may return but at that point, it didn't matter because I needed to buy a lamp that day. Besides not finding a lamp, this store; however, is clean and ideal for those looking for reasonably priced furniture. I remember living in Columbus (Ohio) and actually purchasing a LoveSeat from Big Lots after someone had told me that they sell furniture. It was a beautiful (gray) and quality style loveseat which I had to sell when I moved to Cleveland in August of this year. So you can find a great couch/sofa here. Overall, the customer service at the furniture section could have been better here but I still ended up leaving with some great bakery items (organic Coconut Flour and Organic Cocount Sugar) and other snacks.

Of course, the 3-star rating holds true mostly because the quality is okay for some of the items and the snacks are most artificial flavoured snacks. I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. This experience indicated that the service tremendously improved over the years. I look forward to my next visits to Dillard's. I'll be back soon to experience and purchase more Origins products.

My experience with the sales representative and their manager was incredibly frustrating, characterized by what I can only describe as either gross incompetence or intentional deception. ​Several major issues occurred during the sign-up process: ​Pricing Misrepresentation: The quotes I was given included discounts that they should have known I was not eligible for based on the information I provided. The final "deal" they presented was based on inaccurate math. ​Contact Info Sabotage: While the information I reviewed on their screen was correct, the data that actually reached AT&T had "slight adjustments" to my email and phone number. This created a massive hurdle for me to even access my own account in the following days. ​Time Sink: I had to spend hours on the phone and visit a corporate AT&T store just to undo the mess created at this kiosk. ​It is genuinely anxiety-inducing to provide personal information to people who handle it with such a lack of integrity. If you are looking for fiber service, go directly through the corporate office or the website--do not trust the third-party team at this location. It took significant effort to fix their mistakes, and for a more vulnerable customer, this could have been a financial and administrative nightmare.

I witnessed some inefficiencies which discouraged me from purchasing additional furniture. It was challenging to find someone at the store to ask how to initiate furniture purchase as the first timer. I almost gave up. I had to then wheel my chair through the entire store. I wonder what happens with heavier furniture. After filling out some paperwork, I was able to store my chair in store. I asked how delivery of other furniture works and ballpark price. I was told that I need to get in touch with delivery company via app or phone to plan after purchase. That's wonderful that delivery partner exists, but that discouraged me from buying two other items. It seems reasonable to provide customers with more details surrounding furniture delivery partner and expectations (delivery distance, turnaround time, and process). At pickup, I called the store to check how to pickup furniture. It wasn't really explained during payment. The store's employee transferred me from TJ Maxx to HomeGoods like they're worlds away. The entire process started to finish was not the smoothest. I really felt like employees didn't have any interest in answering any furniture questions and wanted to detach from the experience. While I love the value at HomeGoods, I won't be getting more furniture that I can't transport simply because I don't understand the process after asking multiple associates. It shouldn't be this difficult.
