I just left there looking for one thing to come out a half an hour later. The staff tried hard to find me what I needed but the manufacture did not have. That was probably 10 minutes of my time. The rest was conversation on travel and photography. Pixel connection usually will have a seminar or a photo walk going on. They want you to get the most out of your camera and enjoy photography in general. They don't care if you are a budding professional or a parent who wants to shoot their own family pics. This is what I meant by living for photography. Stop in and say hello. They have new and used equipment. Always a specialist around to answer the difficult questions. If not they will get back to you.

Avoid passport photo services at this store. I visited…read morespecifically to get a passport photo for an expedited renewal, assuming a store advertising this service would have the proper tools and trained staff. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. A week after submitting my application, I received a letter stating the photo did not meet requirements--specifically, the face size wasn't within the required 1 to 1 3/8 inches (attached). I returned to the store to request a retake or a refund. They assured me they could take a compliant photo, but after 20 minutes and six failed attempts, they still couldn't get it right. They seemed unsure how far the camera should be from my face, and their equipment didn't allow them to digitally zoom or resize the image. The face size was either too small or too large every time. Eventually, they offered a refund. I ended up going to CVS, where I could take the photo on my phone, and their system resized it correctly. They even provided a certificate verifying the photo met passport standards. Unfortunately, the expedited fee I paid for the passport processing was wasted, and I had to pay again to mail a new photo. It's shocking that a store offering a "professional" passport photo service can't deliver a basic, compliant image.

However they failed to remind me with toddlers the stickers from dollar was in cart so I got all the way to car with kids tow having to return inside to pay for the $1 item at customer service the woman there repeatedly made a statement of thank you for being honest. Witch! I wanted to say but stated many are not thieves and honest something to this..., soooo what your saying with all the response and me returning immediately to pay the item accidentally left in cart that what black/ melanated humans are not honest and or thieves. We hired Mike's team at EQ Technologies twice for some work at our home and they did a great job…read moreboth times! The first time was a small job to run HDMI and CAT5 to the area above our living room fireplace where the TV is mounted. I always prefer hardwired over wireless (as you should). They had to run the HDMI through the wall and outside the house below the vinyl siding so Mike made sure to use outdoor, low temperature rated cable. We haven't had any issues in the almost 2 years since the install. They also adjusted the positioning of our TV mount because the previous house owner had it mounted way too high. Recently we hired Mike and his team again to install a 7.2.4 home theater in our basement. I bought a lot of the components myself and for the items I didn't buy, Mike was able to price match or beat the pricing I was quoted from online dealers I found from AVSforum! It's nice to get the best pricing possible especially in this economy. Retail pricing is just too much! Mike and his lead installer worked for 3 days in total. Day 1 was for prewiring speaker wire, and HDMI, and the RCA subwoofer cables and wall plates were completed on day 2 and they started cutting out the drywall for the in wall speakers. I volunteered to help out where I could to keep things on track and in line with the original estimate cost. Mounting the screen was the most time consuming part but it came out great in the end. The projector was mounted and the image adjusted and lens shift dialed in by Mike and team. They also adjusted the speaker levels on the AVR and programmed my remote. After I installed my subwoofers, everything sounded and looked amazing! I did have one issue with an amplifier not working, but that was quickly addressed after I dropped it off at the shop to be tested. It was sent back and Greg, the office manager got a replacement on order quickly. Be sure to give EQ Technologies a call for all your TV, home theater, security and smart home needs! They're very reasonable with pricing compared to their competition and their service is top notch. Support a local small business!

Recently I was up for my upgrade for my phone and decided to get the iPhone X. I preordered the iPhone X online and picked it up at the store on release day. It was such a quick and painless process. Granted I set up the phone myself because I prefer to do it myself. I literally walked in the store, showed them the email receipt, got the phone and walked out. The whole process took about 5 minutes. The only thing I would say that is a con is their customer support over the phone. I've only used it once and may have just been this one day, but I was on hold waiting for someone to answer for about 10 minutes. Other than that, in store service is great.

Should be a pretty routine…read morething that typically goes smoothly (spoiler alert - this transaction was quick and easy too) and as a phone and tech enthusiast, I like to try a lot of different phones. T-Mobile is great for people like me btw! So the "upgrade" I was making was more of a side move / downgrade. You might think sales staff would ignore that and give bad advice to the customer just to make a sale. These folks did not do that. They were very honest and explained the differences between the model I had and the one I wanted. In the end, I made the decision to move forward with the side move / downgrade and as a result I'm very happy with my choice and I can play with yet another phone thanks to T-Mobile. Also while there, I saw the team interact with other customers and it's clear this location treats its local customers well. I don't live in the area, but if I did, this would be my T-Mobile of choice. Honesty, passion and positivity are key traits of great customer service and this T-Mobile location showed all three!
