I show her the picture we took to identify the box a few isles later. She looks at the pic, checks the date and time stamp. Asks me where is the display. My 15yr walks her over and she tells my daughter we picked the wrong box & the sign is just a general sign. I'm angry because the box was B15 same one as the floor sign and display!!!!!! I point to our box B15! I get flustered, I work in Hospice last thing I want to do is debate about your floor sign, while handing over my hard earned money. I tell her you know what just refund me everything. I'd rather go elsewhere. She paused and said she could price adjust, at that point, no thank you. Proceeds to have an attitude and tells me it's not necessary to do all this. I sit in silence wondering why she didn't have any holiday spirit in her heart over $30 dollars. I purchased 19 items for a total of $219.00 I gladly spent my money @ Home Depot for a tree. What a shame! I would never step foot in here again -5/10

I was given a March 2022 delivery date. More than a month after placing the order and paying the deposit, the sales person called me and said the sofa leather was discontinued. At that point I had already ordered a rug and coordinating chairs making it difficult to choose a replacement. Why didnt the sales rep confirm the leather color at the time of deposit??? When March 2022 came the sales rep called me saying there was a delay until April. In fact there were multiple other delays and the sofa was not delivered until August 2022 The sales rep never bothered to proactively call me with updates. Each time I had to call her after multiple missed delivery dates Additionally the sofa was initially delivered with a broken electric part for the reclining seat. Finally when the chairs were in, more than 1 year after ordering I called the store and asked for a discount for the second delivery charge and the lack of information. The extremely rude owner called and tried to say we're not going to sell you the chairs now, even though I had a sales contact and paid a deposit for the chairs. Unbelievable!! He finally agreed to deliver the chairs but said he wasn't going to handle any warranty issues even though that's the stores responsibility according to the manufacturer. Save yourself a lot of hassle buy from somewhere else!

I always get nervous shopping for furniture because I feel like the employees are like cars salesmen. They are just waiting for you right when you walk in the door. Paula approached us and showed us where the bedroom and dining sets were. Paula was extremely helpful and she wasn't pushy like I have seen in other sales people. She showed us where the things were that we wanted to see, then she left us alone. She told us where we could find her if we needed her or had any questions. We ended up finding both a bedroom and dining set that we absolutely loved. The bedroom set won't be in stock until May so we have to wait a couple months to get it, but it will be worth it. There were some great sales happening with President's Day, which was very helpful.

Less than two months ago, I purchased what I believed was a quality mattress from Levin Furniture in Avon Lake. This was not an impulse purchase--it took me months of hard work to afford something I thought would provide comfort and support for my family. Instead, in under eight weeks, the mattress has developed a 1¼-inch divot where I sleep. Every single night, I am essentially laying in a hole. I wake up sore, achy, and exhausted. My back pain has gotten to the point where I've had to schedule physical therapy just to deal with the discomfort this mattress is causing. No one should be in pain from something they just purchased--especially something as essential as a bed. What has been even more upsetting is the complete lack of accountability. I've spoken with Teresa in the service department, who simply repeats that the Sealy warranty requires a 1 1/2-inch indentation before anything can be done. Until then, I've been told there is "nothing they can do." At the store level, both Ken and John, the managers, have also told me there's nothing they can do and that everything goes through the service department. So where does that leave me? I'm stuck in the middle--sleeping on a defective mattress, in pain every night, while being passed from one person to another with no one willing to take responsibility. The focus isn't on the fact that the product failed in less than two months--it's on whether it meets a technical measurement so it doesn't cost anyone anything. That's not customer care. That's avoidance. So on Saturday, May 16, I will be taking a stand--literally. Along with my three children, their friends, and neighbors, we will be peacefully protesting with the very mattress that has failed us. We are asking for accountability, awareness, and fair treatment for consumers who work hard for what they have. I believe this is a story many families can relate to. When you spend your hard-earned money on something essential, you shouldn't be told to wait until it gets worse before anyone will help. I would truly appreciate the opportunity to share my story and bring attention to this issue. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I have NOT received the couch and after multiple phone calls to Kirkland's, nothing has happened. They WON'T allow you to speak w/a supervisor. And they have to send a 'message' to their Supervisor. I called back as the supervisor didn't reach out as they promised they would. (this is the 2nd time they told me a supervisor would call). No ONE has called. When I called back, they informed me a supervisor had NOT YET READ MY FILE. It honestly doesn't surprise me. I then asked for my money back. This is now January 14th. Their on line order states you will have your couch in 4-7 business days. You can do the math, November 30th to January 14th. What a surprise to find out they won't' allow you to speak to anyone in the refund department. They have to 'escalate' your call. (why wasn't my call escalated the first 8 times I called? Now I am at the mercy of the supervisor to review my file and contact Fed Ex. Oh yes, that is correct, they won't refund my money until they contact Fed Ex and they get their couch back. Does anyone see the crazy hamster wheel I am on? I urge you to NOT BUY FURNTURE THAT NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED FROM THEM.
