Our daughter lives here as a patient of the Cleveland Clinic, and we traveled from Houston to spend Christmas with her. The trip to the local Walmart was supposed to be easy. However, it was anything but. First, the shelves were half empty -- no exaggeration. I totally get that when a weather event is on the way and everyone is stocking up, but temps are in the 40s in the Cleveland area this week, and several locals have mentioned how warm it is for this time of year. So, throw that excuse out the window. Secondly, I saw no fewer than 10 employees with pallet jacks hauling products around the store to restock ... except they were shooting the breeze. Meanwhile, they were almost out of orange juice, milk and even Coca Cola. While the place seemed relatively clean, it was disorganized. I chalk all of that up to very poor management. When we arrived back home, I mentioned that the place was like shopping in a third world country, and that many of the patrons acted as if they were the only people in the store -- blocking aisles, turning right in front of us -- and our local family members acknowledged that such is normal around these parts. I can't write a review on rude people in general, but I can definitely say that they seem to congregate at this store. My two stars are generous for this location, especially after hearing that my experience here is par for the course. Needless to say, I don't think management here will be receiving any bonuses or promotions anytime soon.

I was in the store yesterday on July 18th getting some lipstick and the cosmetic aisle. So some guy…read morewas totally watching me an employee which I didn't pay many attention because I wasn't doing anything wrong. Then he comes in the aisle and says don't put that lipstick back. You opened it. And I said no I didn't. The tab was already broken. I just took it and dabbed it to see what the color look like like everybody else has been doing. Then he told me that's nasty. What if somebody has a disease or herpes or something and then you turn around and you tab it on your hand. That's nasty. And he wasn't quiet with it. He was very loud with it like he was purposely trying to draw attention. So I told him no you're wrong and I said you can come on over here and look. There's like eight other lipsticks where the tabs have been broken. So someone else has obviously been breaking the tabs and opening these. He goes well. If you would buy it you're going to turn around and get the herpes or some kind of a disease cuz it's after somebody else. And I said no I won't because I wouldn't have bought it. If you look in my cart you would see I have the ones that have the tabs that are not broken. I was getting ready to buy $55 worth of lipstick out of that store. Turned around and decided to walk out. My original thinking was go to the manager but I was so mad at the way I was treated and degraded in that store that I just turned around and left. That's why I'm leaving this message. So I've been trying to call customer service for 15 minutes. Nobody answers the phone. I called the pharmacy and I called electronics for them to to transfer me to customer service or the manager. No one is answering the phone. Makes sense because this store is a joke. I will not ever go to that Walmart again. And it's making me wonder about other Walmarts. Sometimes it's not what you say. It's how you say it. And for that guy I believe his name was James.. He was Caucasian he had his hair pulled back in a ponytail and I would put him maybe at 40 years old in the cosmetic aisle. That was his department because my friend asked him. Is it your department and he said yes. So I'm sure that I won't get contacted cuz I can't get anybody on the phone either. But if you're thinking about going to this Walmart, I would think again number one. Their products aren't even new because people have already unsealed them. And to get followed and approached the way that I was approached was not acceptable.

I had a written one in my hand. I pulled out of Linné and put it in the drop box. I called and spoke to a very nice young man who told me I couldn't get it that day as it was a controlled substance. Ok I understood that. I told him I would be in early the next day to get it. 10:30 the next day I was there. They had no script for me and the other one they had to order. Huh? Oh yeah they do have a script but it couldn't be filled until today. Huh? Oh yeah it could be filled at noon. Huh? I took my written script back and went to my regular pharmacy. No problem. I personally avoid it because I'm afraid that if I forgot I already took one sample, and accidentally taken another one, I might get arrested. I also make sure my hands are fully viable at all times because I don't want them making a mistake and thinking I am taking something illegally. given their past track record, I know they deal with these types of situations, harshly I don't want to mistakenly be put into one of these scenarios. it's probably easier just to shop somewhere else.

This is a great CVS! The pharmacy staff always works hard and does their best to help all the…read morecustomers despite their serious lack of staff. The staff pharmacist goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is greeted and leaves the store happy. The pharmacist and all the girls back there have been working here for years. They've really gotten to know their regulars over the years and greet them by name. It's a pleasant experience because they always ask how I am doing and how my boyfriend is doing. Great crew. Just a tip - if they aren't nice to you it's because you're not kind to them. Remember not to rush them, they have a lot to do and not a lot of staffing. They usually have prescriptions done in 15 minutes or less if there are no problems with your insurance or the way the doctor wrote the script. Just please remember to give them a little bit of professional courtesy. They're dealing with dangerous drugs and checking for interactions while billing your insurance. It's not fast food, it's health care and they have laws to follow. Don't treat them like fast food workers.

Ashely does not have any professional medical clue what she's talking about very disappointed we even stopped at this location ! we did not file a complaint about her over the phone the to corporate we don't have the time to waste people have very busy lives - we had to schedule minute clinic online and had to drive there just to be sassed harassed and listen to ignorance ! but if you're looking for unprofessional health care workers and want to have a hard time getting your health care needs met this is the cvs to go to ! The worst pharmacy I've ever been to by a country mile. First off, as others pointed out, you…read morecannot EVER call the pharmacy. Its not possible. They have deliberately set it up that way to keep people from bothering the pharmacist. The system will transfer you to someone who says they're the pharmacist at your local CVS. This is a lie - they work in a call center. Try calling just to ask it they have your medication in stock. They always want your name and birth daye before they answer anything, and the answer is always "we don't know". Even other pharmacies can't get through to them to transfer scripts and they have a special private phone number to call. If you want to talk to anyone in the pharmacy you MUST go there in person. Once you physically go there the adventure really begins. It starts when you go in...the aisles are so narrow and filled with displays and junk that its hard to walk by other people. When you finally reach the pharmacy there's usually a line up the middle of the store and a row of chairs filled with depressed souls waiting on fills. Your scripts are NEVER done on time. Ever. Even when you get a text saying they're ready they won't be. Half the time you never even get a text. Sometimes they text that you need to call with more info before they fill, but you can't call. It doesn't matter how many people are working, there's never someone at dropoff. I've stood there for over 15 minutes and had staff look me in the eyes and ignore me. There's only one pickup line open no matter how busy it is. They have ipads at pickup now and staff will refuse to help until you "check in" (do all the work for them) on the ipad. I can't wait until half the staff is fired once everyone uses the ipads. The drive-thru is always backed up. The wait is so long its quicker to go inside if you can believe that. Some days cars back up all the way onto Broadview Rd. You can ring the buzzer all you want - it just makes them mad and you wait longer. Once you finally get someone to ring you out they take their sweet time and act like you're bothering them. They also allow people to pay for non-pharmacy stuff when they pick up, so you're usually stuck behind some mouth-breather buying a year's worth of groceries while picking up their meds. The main store isn't any better. I've been in there plenty of times when there's no one at the front registers, just a self checkout. The staff are stocking a shelf somewhere or taking a smoke break. One lady got mad that she had to cut her smoke break short to ring me out because I won't self-checkout. One time both cashiers were outside smoking, when I asked someone to ring me out they told me I had to self checkout or wait until they were done smoking. I left my stuff on the counter went somewhere else. DO NOT go here unless you're prepared to wait a long time and be hassled.

Then they charge full price for the item. I asked for the price to be adjusted since their signs do not say when the product goes on sale and was already posted by the products and was told no price adjustment would be given. I even tried to call customer service to address the issue. I was told they would give me extra bucks but no price adjustment. I was then told to go back to the store to return the items for a refund. I was told by the cashier at the store that multiple elderly clients were complaining about this system for posting their signs early. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no manager was available and that they would contact the district leader to call me back. When I asked for the number to speak to them myself. I was told that they didn't have a number and that my number would be given over email. This is not how you do business. It is completely dishonest.
