I bought a sweatshirt too big for my toddler and wanted to return it and since I was in Bainbridge, I figured I go to the "nice" location, but boy was a wrong. As soon as I walked into customer service, at 8:03pm mind you, I wad told they were closed. With a confused face I said, OH customer service closes at 8pm now? She said they did today, the last person just went home. I said, so how do I get my return or exchange processed? She said come back tomorrow or drive to Macedonia, they close at 9pm. I was so annoyed, angry and over it. These companies are so nonchalant about their shortcomings, yet so blatant about the lack of service they intend to provide. I don't even like Walmart, but they are thr only pla e that reliably carry Rockit apples and thr Texas Roadhouse dinner rolls. If I have to check myself out, I should get an employee discount because at this point I work here. Don't go to this location. The shelves are bare, the workers up front in the self check out are just standing around shooting the ish. There was one worker that was friendly. That's why they got an extra star.

The drive thru pharmacy is lowest priority. I imagine they make sure the store is swept, mopped and dusted before they address anyone in the drive thru. During one visit, I was the first and only car. I waited. And I waited. And I honked the horn and waited some more. At this point I got so frustrated I called the 800 number, and filed a complaint. All while still waiting. Most recently, I brought in a paper prescription for eye drops. The pharmacy "auto-corrected" the prescription for ear drops and charged me $30 (vs the normal $6). I spoke with a manager and she stated there was "nothing she could do but ya know..." (Quoting here.) I responded, "no, I don't know please explain." Overall just a nightmare. I think it's time to stop making excuses for this poorly ran establishment and move our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

If you need certain items like nail clippers it's nice that there is a place within walking distance that has them. But that's about all they have going for them. It is beyond understaffed. This is not the employees fault, I get that. But the line is always do long. Like you need to budget ten minutes of line time. Even though there are never many customers. And often because they will have only one non-pharmacy employee in the store, they will be stocking or something so you get to stand around waiting for someone to check you out. Again, not the employees fault, but still makes for an awful experience, When it comes to the actual pharmacy, it's a whole other level of incompetence. I can't even describe the number of times they have made errors. (Not the wrong meds thank gosh, but not billing the correct insurance and stuff like that.) And you would think that if you called in a refill before 8 AM that it would be ready by 6 PM. Nope. I hate to say it, but this CVS is truly awful. While I was picking up my script, the druggist suggested I update my annual shots which I did to get that out of the way. On the way out I saw and bought a number of things I needed because of the vast diversity of what they carry. I am pleased at the store's location and its service. I do not understand how other reviewers gave such nasty reviews. They all must have been having a really bad day.
