If there was a less than 1 star to give this place I would. Nothing but rude and awful staff. The window clerks are beyond awful with their vile attitudes that have no business addressing customers. The pharmacist is no different. Always feels like you're bothering them or they're doing you a favor. God help people that may have questions then you'll really get it. Literally the worst experience. Rude staff, made us wait while taking care of other people who were not made to wait. Then, insisted that if we wanted them to run the insurance so that the prescription would be free, we would have to wait longer (for a medication that I needed hours earlier). One star because they were not entirely responsible - but after making us wait so long should have figured out how to run the insurance. read more

Scheduled a booster vaccine a week ago for today at this location, arrived early for Appt time. Crazy line at pharmacy. Once we get to check in, we are notified that the person supposed to perform vaccines has left for the day. This was upsetting as we waited a week, drove 30 mins for this Appt, waited in line for assistance, only to be told this info. No calls or anything given to notify us beforehand. When we stressed this, the pharmacist was very disrespectful and told us to call corporate if we had a problem. She ended up saying we can wait 45 mins and maybe get a vaccine from her, but no guarantee, just have to wait and see. Our appointment doesn't matter because she is busy. It's understandable during this time that things happen and there are staffing issues, but it's not okay to waste customers time and speak to them this way. Not a bad CVS. I have come here on occasion for a few Advil and some other random stuff and the place is always clean and organized so its easy to find what you are looking for. The reason they don't get 5 stars is they don't ever have more than 2 cashiers working which makes the line long and takes a while to get checked out. read more

Had to stop in while in Beechwood today to grab some ibuprofen for my daughter and this was my stop. So glad I did! This store was so well laid out and well stocked. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and had two different staff offer to help me! You cannot beat that service! Loved the huge selection of fresh and organic snacks. I'll keep this location in mind for over night stays in the CLE area. read more

I have approximately 22 prescriptions at this CVS location. The pharmacists are always up to date with me; sending me information on my refills. I use the computer to see what prescriptions I have and what needs refilling. Very pleased with everyone there. I like the drive-thru window when picking up. read more

This corporate office recently changed this pharmacy from 24 hours to 12 hours. There was no notice given to customers (in fact there is not a single sign at the pharmacy informing customers of the change). The pharmacy systems are extremely poor as orders that were called in are often "lost", notifications that should be sent out never arrive and nothing is ever ready at the specified time. Calls to Dr offices to renew prescriptions are never made despite a computer system that states they will. The pharmacists seem overworked and the change in hours has only exacerbated the problem. The issues at this CVS seem to be a function of poor technology and bad decisions at the corporate office (rather then issues with the people operating the store) and thus seems unlikely to improve anytime soon. The front of the store is good and the people are helpful. If anyone at the corporate office in RI is listening your poor decisions and underinvestment have done significant harm to this store and my perception of your brand. The good news is there is always a Walgreens only a few blocks away. read more

I was served by a pharmacy tech, Alisha, who had to ask me to repeat my name several times, likely because she couldn't hear over the music being played though her headphones. Phone in her pocket with both ear buds in her ears. Come on CVS, hold your employees accountable for better customer service. read more

Staff member at the pharmacy helped someone who was behind me in line. Didn't even ask who's next. When I brought up the issue, she ignored it and co tonied to be rude. I will never come here again. Not that the management will care about this review but if you're looking for a pharmacy, read all the other bad reviews here and on Google first. read more

Do not go to minute clinic if you expect to get in and out. I've been here twice and it's been a giant pain in the butt both times. Today I went for a simple injection and after waiting 25 minutes (I got there 10 minutes before they opened to be first in line) I asked how long the wait would be, the nurse? got a giant attitude with me. Waiting 15 minutes when no one is in line ahead of you is frustrating. Even after just reading the book "don't sweat the small stuff" I was still furious. If you can't get an appointment somewhere, I guess come here but it isn't going to be fast! And I recommend reading that book while you wait! read more

My family and I have been good customers at CVS for over 25 years. Between us, we have over 25 regularly filled prescriptions monthly. I am a retired business owner who understands the complexities and challenges it takes to satisfy customers in today's marketplace. And, I would not normally take the time to write (like not being able to service the drive thru for weeks due to the inability to properly staff), but I am absolutely appalled by the level of customer service I experienced last night at: 28100 Chagrin Boulevard Woodmere Village, OH 44122. I entered this store around 11:45 pm to find a product for my ailing father. Because of the unusual circumstances, I needed to read instructions and ingredients on the boxes to ensure I was making the right purchase. At 12:02 I was approached by an associate who asked me to leave immediately (without making a purchase) because the registers closed at midnight. I apologized but asked why they would take the time to come over and escort me out, but not to come over to explain this to me before they we're ABOUT to close. I could go on and on about the way they didn't care and spoke to me as if I was a customer of a competitor. Appalling. I am thinking of relocating all prescriptions immediately and never spending a dollar with CVS again after this experience. read more

While everyone is nice, the pharmacy staff is COMPLETELY incompetent. Went to Minute Clinic for ear infection, waited 40 mins while nurse was at lunch -- Great visit. But when prescription was sent over to pharmacy, I waited in line for another half hour. When script was ready, went to pay, but Minute Clinic's systems didn't tell pharmacy that I have insurance. I was told I would have to step out of line and go to "Drop Off" and give my insurance before I could get my script. Waited another 10 for Drop Off, they then accidentally put me as the wrong patient. Fixed, but then another 10 minutes for line at Pharmacy counter again. LOVE spending all afternoon at CVS! Thennnnnn, it turns out I'm allergic to penicillin. Back to Minute Clinic nurse, followed by a screw up at Pharmacy again and where I waited 40 mins before we discovered that there were "exceptions" and "errors" to clear. What does that even MEAN!?? "Do you want me to expedite this prescription?" Are you kidding me right now by asking me that?! I just want to go home. read more
