Louis the Pharmacist, has the best customer service of any rite employee by far. He is very knowledgeable, and really goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Acme is a happy-medium grocery store. Most of the items cost more than at Wal-Mart, but they have a better selection of groceries. For example, they have bins of spices, dry goods, and candy that you can purchase in bulk. Wal-Mart doesn't offer that. I looked around to see if they offered items or prices that would get me to switch grocery stores, but I didn't see anything compelling. Since Buehler's and Aldi are next to my house, those are my two back-up grocers when I don't have time to visit Walmart. Quality and price are the driving factors that matter to me when shopping for groceries. I do recommend this store if you live nearby.

I have heard from a few of the staff members that corporate does not think business is large enough for additions. It could be that often times they are out of medications, they are short staffed and there is a lot of staff turnover. The staff does the best they can in a very overworked CVS. It is a bummer because it is a very convenient pharmacy.

I would take this place over the strongsville Costco over and over again. It is less crowded, people are friendlier, the workers don't look like they hate you and their own lives. The cafe is great, they have rotisserie chickens, alll the home goods, shoes, TP, and everything else we need. The scan and go, and exit is amazing. They don't harass you when you walk in like Costco does (I didn't know I had anxiety about this until I walked into this club and wasn't trying to fish for my membership card and make sure to scan it and make my face match up... and my kids and husband can walk in without being right next to me)
