He was content with the pos not working which is why he didn't report so he wouldn't have to ring people out. Not reporting an issue that does not allow you to do your job is theft of time. Additionally, he told me he wasn't going to provide me service. To me,that's quitting your job. If he isn't emotionally stable enough to handle a calm customer, I can only imagine how he would handle angry customer because he is reactive & escalates situations, when he should be deescalating.
