WHAT!!! I am a 60+ year old Black woman consider "light skin." Ulta has white customers darker than I. Her attitude and comments were loud and clear. I told my 18 and 21 year old daughters to never shop there again. I was almost totally done with Ulta until I went to the Solon store (only because I had no choice) and had associates be so kind! Eventually I told the manager what happened to me and she could barely stop apologizing. Ulta! Know who you are hiring! This is why DEI matters to businesses AND customers!

The dental dam was placed incorrectly. My mouth underneath it by the end was full of broken pieces of silver filling. He didn't cover my body or my face during it, they don't use oxygen to breathe instead of mercury vapor, it was just a mess of incompetence and this grudging attitude. A few months later I called and requested my records and X-rays be sent to a new dentist. For some reason the receptionist was nasty and I could tell she wasn't going to do it. I called many times, but they never sent them - so I had to once again have unnecessary xrays retaken. Every single review for this place was written by someone who has only written one or two reviews total. See that? That means those reviews are likely fake. Take care of your health.

According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. I requested a refund and Rachel declined by saying she did a great job in 2024, so its fine that she failed in 2025. Absurd. Rachel's demeanor, professionalism, and conversation declined as well. Instead of listening to you boast about your 35 year career, it might be wise to listen to what the patient potentially has to say. What works for the majority may not work for everyone else. I alerted the insurance company and inactivated all prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. This is all so funny to me, b/c when I visited my friend in Fort Lauderdale last winter and accompanied him on his dermatology appointment, I asked his doctor if he didn't mind me asking some questions.
