I believe that finding the right shape and length is truly an art and Libby has a good eye for this. I am looking forward to getting botox and fillers with Libby after I have my baby and am no longer nursing. I always feel safe in her care and trust her without a doubt. She is incredibly professional and is a perfectionist- exactly the qualities that one should look for when trusting someone with their face! After much persistence, they did give me injections again free of cost, but they knew there was a problem and never contacted me. They were very reluctant to help! Another time, the nurse hit a vein when injecting Botox and I got a terrible bruise around my eye and swelling that lasted over a week. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to give me a refund. They said the awful bruise and swelling was a possible side effect, but when I went to my doctor because I was concerned it was something serious, the doctor said it was an avoidable problem - the nurse should have known where the vein was located. Do not go there!!!!

I bought the following: Satin Bonnet ($4.39 but I was charged $5.49) and an Edge Control Comb ($2.29). The satin bonnet has been working well for me since I bought it and it stays on my head as I sleep and doesn't fall off. I use the bonnet when I go to bed at night. I don't use the edge control comb often at all because I only bought it to add my total store price to $5 (the store's credit card machine is $5 or more). While I only did a quick browse, this hair store offers a lot of braiding hair and hair products. Service was good except for the random mixup with my final bill. The dental dam was placed incorrectly. My mouth underneath it by the end was full of broken pieces of silver filling. He didn't cover my body or my face during it, they don't use oxygen to breathe instead of mercury vapor, it was just a mess of incompetence and this grudging attitude. A few months later I called and requested my records and X-rays be sent to a new dentist. For some reason the receptionist was nasty and I could tell she wasn't going to do it. I called many times, but they never sent them - so I had to once again have unnecessary xrays retaken. Every single review for this place was written by someone who has only written one or two reviews total. See that? That means those reviews are likely fake. Take care of your health.
