I always perceived Drug Mart to be a lower tier convenience store. I'll never think that again…read moreafter visiting this store. It's the best Drug Mart in the area - very spacious, tidy, well lit, welcoming, and looking brand new/renovated. The best way to describe it is a combination of convenience store (regular Drug Mart) and grocery store. Employees are very pleasant, have friendly small talk with the customers, and answer any questions. Exemplary customer service! This store has HUGE assortment: -Fresh and vibrant produce that looks like it could have been at the farmers market. Quite a variety of veggies! Yams were 99 cents which is very budget friendly! -Variety of books. No trending reads, but a decent selection of various genres -Windshield wipers! I have never seen windshield wipers at a convenience store and loved this find! -Seeds for all your spring gardening! -Enough grocery aisles to avoid going to the grocery store! They have poultry, meats, and many aisles of food. There's even a decent global foods aisle! -Dollar aisle! It's more like discounts aisle, but still very useful! -OSU merch! Shirts and Championship Coke. No glass bottles yet, but for $1.99 I wouldn't mind owning this memorabilia! -Cough drops galore. I stopped in for cough drops and wasn't prepared to see so many choices. That was a pleasant surprise. My only criticism is that the store is not very logically organized. Plan for extra time to wander around and check off your shopping list. For instance, it took me several circles around the store to find baby wash that wasn't located by the diapers. Same with the bakery aisle. I was hoping to find famous Mama Jo's pies found at this location but it took me awhile to find baked goods at the back of the store. Other than that, I was very pleased with my shopping trip. Note: This store serves as an Amazon pickup location. Of course it does because it has everything!!!

Discount DrugMart (DDM) has never failed to disappoint in their FLORAL BOUQUET selection. They hold…read morelonger than any local store and are very affordable for a pick and purchase. I love seeing all the new seasonal varieties and they are very high quality. I even purchased some TROPICAL BOUQUETS this past summer!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS (otherwise it will cost you!)…read more We have used this pharmacy for about a year now and each time we do I think "that has to be a one off time" and each time I regret it. The drive thru pharmacy is lowest priority. I imagine they make sure the store is swept, mopped and dusted before they address anyone in the drive thru. During one visit, I was the first and only car. I waited. And I waited. And I honked the horn and waited some more. At this point I got so frustrated I called the 800 number, and filed a complaint. All while still waiting. Most recently, I brought in a paper prescription for eye drops. The pharmacy "auto-corrected" the prescription for ear drops and charged me $30 (vs the normal $6). I spoke with a manager and she stated there was "nothing she could do but ya know..." (Quoting here.) I responded, "no, I don't know please explain." Overall just a nightmare. I think it's time to stop making excuses for this poorly ran establishment and move our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The pharmacist (shelby) lied and said no one had called and then came back to the phone and said they did call and they did have it, but they are closing in 4 minutes so no they won't fill it. Yesterday morning my husband and I had a doctor's appointment. I fill my scripts at Giant Eagle and he fills at CVS. My script was done by the time we arrived at home which was 11:00 am. I called CVS at 7:55pm because I still didn't hear from them and the pharmacist said it's not done, it won't be done until tomorrow because he had been backed up all day. I couldn't believe it!!! I will never fill another script at this pharmacy again. If it has to be CVS, I will go to Targets CVS, I hear they are much more qualified to handle the overload. He wasn't even apologetic. Just "Nope, not gonna happen today!!" My husband needed that steroid, he needed it terribly!! I hate how these pharmacies hold our lives in their hands. ZERO STARS

On a recent trip to Ohio, my husband and I visited this CVS because we needed a few things. The…read morereason for the Yelp review, is to share a very positive experience with an employee, Tatum. My husband had three separate transactions with Tatum because he kept finding something else he needed. Each time she was very pleasant and very helpful. He decided to purchase a clearance sweatshirt, Tatum was excited and yelled to the manager "Hey, I just sold that last clearance sweatshirt" the manager just looked up and just continued on with her job. Minutes later, I went up to make my purchase with Tatum. As she was about to process my transaction, the same manager began reprimanding her from across the store. My husband and I turned around to look at the manager and we were completely dumbfounded. Apparently, the manager was angry that she was using the wrong register to ring me up. My husband and I both agreed this could have waited to be discussed, at least after we were gone. We both expressed to Tatum that we felt bad about what had just transpired. She just told she would finish helping us and she was not going to let it ruin her day. She thanked us for coming in and smiled. She certainly handled it well considering the harshness of the manager and we felt she went far and beyond for us. The manager, however, appears to lack certain skills when communicating with the employees and it appears some necessary training is needed. Whatever the case, the managers actions should be addressed. I did call the CVS customer service number to express my concern. Customer relations said they would bring it to the store's attention. They also said they would call me back with an update, still waiting to hear back.

I went to pick it up at 5 PM and had to wait at the drive-through window for her to fill it. She also handed me three separate prescription bags and a receipt without putting it in a plastic bag and almost dropped them all out of the window. My last experience at this drive-through was even worse. I asked one of the techs if they could get me a bottle of Maalox or Mylanta for my infant son, as the doctor prescribed him to take it for 3 to 4 days. I got home and realized she gave me a bottle of milk of magnesia. I drove all the way back to the pharmacy asked her to exchange it. Instead of just simply exchanging it they started fighting with me and ganging up on me telling me that it was the same thing- and I needed to Google it. It took me at least 15 minutes to get her to just exchange the product for me and she required me to give her an ID even though I had a receipt. I was treated poorly and ganged up on. Enough about the pharmacy. Inside of the store is no better. I bought a bottle of 12 hour Robitussin cough relief. I had a two dollar off coupon for the exact product. It was not expired. For some reason the coupon was not scanning. The cashier told me because the coupon was not scanning she could not give it to me. I asked her again was the coupon expired. She said no, I asked her was it for the correct product, she said yes. Then I repeated that I would like the two dollars off. I made her get a manager all of this for a darn coupon. She still didn't know how to ring it up. She ended up accidentally giving me $10 off. It was just a waste of my time dealing with stupid people. That extra eight dollars bought them a second star.
