They have a large selection of items, and the staff is always friendly. I tend to stick with sale items and their store brand, otherwise the prices can be kind of outrageous for stuff. But I guess you are paying for convenience. Parking is ample and well lit, and the automatic doors makes entry and egress a breeze. With items no one knew they needed (because they don't) and odd unsalable outcasts from other stores, you are sure to find a 99 cent treasure or two. But the amount of expired food being sold and the length of the expirations have had a huge increase recently. Hummus - over a month expired. Yogurt - a few weeks. Bread was one of the things we didn't pay much attention to, until a recent purchase of hamburger buns molded after two days and we realized they were expired by several weeks. So, WATCH THOSE DATES, and shame on Marc's for putting that stuff on the shelves.
