I had to wait a while for my medicine but her up beat attitude, attentiveness & overall wonderful demeanor made me feel as if I didn't wait that long. Avoid the Minute Clinic for an athletic physical! They told my kid he was 30 pounds overweight while his college coach and regular doctor are happy with his strong athletic growth. It's where he needs to be to compete at the college level. BMI results were tossed by many athletic programs. If they don't understand athletes, they shouldn't discuss what box an athlete should be in. They shouldn't tell students who have so much doubt and insecurities anything except their exact numbers for their form. I'd rather wait the couple months to get into his regular doc than have him go through this ever again! read more

This review is for the Minute Clinic only. I have been searching EVERYWHERE for a place to get my two year old a flu shot. The pediatricians office was out due to low stock and many other places will not provide immunizations for kids as young as 2. CVS has the flu shot and gives it to anyone over 18 months. The sign in kiosk was easy and quick. The entire process was straight forward and the person giving the shot was great. We will absolutely be back to this Minute Clinic if we need help again. read more

I like this CVS a lot. It's a mile away from my house, but i prefer coming to this one instead of the one on heritage. Everyone is always kind! Worst pharmacy ever!!!! I have a 2 yr old with seizure disorder and they left her 2 days without her meds because they needed to confirm something with the doctor. Mind you that my daughter ended up having non stop seizures for weeks cause her levels were down!! And they tell you a time to go and they still haven't even started on your meds when you go to pick up. They are so unorganized!!!!!!!!! read more

This is the absolute worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. If it wasn't close to my house I wouldn't have given it a second, or third try. On two occasions my prescriptions have literally been lost. And they are never ready on time even when you get an alert text that says they are. read more

Joyce Ndagire at Minute Clinic administered my Tdap-Adacel PFS (Tetenus) shot. She was very prompt, concerned, personable and very knowledgeable. My visit was outstanding with her and I felt that she was very caring and explained everything to me. She wanted to make sure that she had answered all of my questions and that I understood follow up. I will absolutely come back to the Minute Clinic for future needs but I will NOT be utilizing the Pharmacy at this location for any reason. The Pharmacy at this location is complete chaos. read more

It's nice that they have a 24 hour drive thru pharmacy. What would be even more nice is if you received even an ounce of decent customer service. I work very close to this CVS so it is convenient for me to go there before work to drop off prescriptions. I get there super early and there's usually no one there, yet I still have to wait 10 minutes at the window - now I don't love waiting but it's not the worst thing in the world. What is the worst thing is waiting 10 minutes and then having the guy working there come up to the window and say, "you know, I'm about to get off. In like 10 minutes. Can you just come back in a little when another pharmacist is here. Like 10 minutes or so." At first I thought this was a joke as entering whatever information into the system usually takes less than one full minute. Guess what? It wasn't a joke. I didn't even know how to react. I'm sure my expression was priceless. But to answer this guys question: no I couldn't just come back in a little, I have this thing called a job that I go to where I perform tasks that were in the job requirements I agreed upon - kind of like filling prescriptions was, I'm sure, in his. read more

I work in the medical field and regularly prescribe medications for patients. Cephalexin is one of the most INEXPENSIVE medications you can get. I wasn't paying attention when I picked up this prescription for my dog and I paid $75. My fault. THATS CRAZY! This same exact prescription can be purchased at Costco for $15. When I mentioned to the CVS "pharmacy technician" that they might let their loyal CVS customers know that since they're paying out of pocket, they could get this medication at a significantly lower price elsewhere, she laughed and said they "would never do that". Well CVS, I will no longer call prescriptions in to your pharmacy and will tell everyone I know about this huge rip off. read more

I wish there was a way to award THIS particular CVS with zero stars. This CVS, in its entirety is not terrible. However, two highly horrendous experiences here have left a permanent bad-taste in my mouth. Ignoring the fact that this CVS is usually in total disarray, it is also abundantly clear that customer service is not even approaching a priority. If you NEED your prescription in a timely manner--a term that I use VERY, VERY loosely--DO NOT...I repeat...DO NOT use the Pharmacy here!!!! Incident One About three years ago I got my Wisdom Teeth removed. Post-procedure, I was prescribed both Vicodin and an antibiotic. While I was on the couch recovering my mother went to gather the medication for me. Upon her arrival at home, she discovered that they "forgot" to give me my prescription for Vicodin, and instead gave me two bottles of the antibiotic. Worrisome that they so carelessly distribute the incorrect medication and very simply claim that they "forgot" to give me the appropriate medication in which I was prescribed. Not to mention, my mother had to return to the pharmacy only to discover that the Pharmacy Tech who was present didn't have the pain medication that I required. Confusing, seeing as that my mother called that pharmacy prior to making her first trip to ensure that CVS had BOTH my prescriptions in-stock. I suppose I must assume that the Pharmacy sold-out of vicodin in the 30 minutes between that phone call and the moment my mother dropped off my prescriptions. Needless to say, the pain medication that the Dentist gave me post-procedure had already worn off in its entirety. This situation was never resolved that THIS CVS. Incident Two One month ago, I drove a good friend of mine to his doctor appointment and then to this CVS (only because its the closest one to his home). the initial technician that helped us was absolutely wonderful and very pleasant. A second technician interrupted the first and insisted that he help us. He was everything but helpful. He refused to fill my friend's prescription claiming that the slip was forged. He claimed to know what the Doctor's signature looked like and he said that the signature was inconsistent. His argument made absolutely no sense, considering my buddy had been filling this EXACT SAME prescription at that VERY CVS eleven times. I cant recall the names of neither the lovely technician nor the terrible one; however, I will acquire that information and add an additional comment for everyone on Yelp. The terrible technician contacted the Doctor the following day to find out that the prescription was legitimate. My buddy finally got his medication but only after being relentlessly insulted and patronized. That isn't the worst of it. My buddy was in a terrible car accident and as a result experiences excruciating pain. The terrible technician was directly responsible for my friend suffering with unbearable pain for over 16 hours. In conclusion, DO NOT go to this CVS Pharmacy unless you want that terrible technician to insult you, blatantly lie to your face, give you the wrong prescription, or deny you of your medication in it entirety. If you want to voluntarily sign-up to have aawful,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm椤 day, in which you wait for hours and hours on end, THIS CVS--and it's pharmacy--is the place for you. read more

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Recently moved into the area, called at 5:17 while I was sick to transfer a prescription for antibiotics, was told it would take an hour to process. Got there at 8:15, after waiting in a ridiculous line for pick up was told there was no record of a prescription on file, according to staff I had not called. After dealing with three different staff members and showing them my call history, finally they called the original CVS the medication was sent to. Was informed script has been faxed quite some time ago and had not been processed. I went in with a 102 fever and a diagnosis of strep ( miserable is an understatement). To have to deal with this incompetence and to be berated for it, while I'm not feeling well is awful customer service. read more

Worst pharmacy experience ever today. Which is saying a lot, because I've been using this CVS for almost 2 years now, and they ALWAYS SUCK. Every time I've used the drive-up, I've had to wait in that line 3 times. Once to drop-off, once to pick up when they SAID it would be ready, and once to pick up when it WAS ready. Oh, speaking of dropping off. The drive-thru has two lines. Pick-Up line with the window, and a drop-off line, one lane over with a Bank-Like vacuum tube canister thing. Guess what? That doesn't work. Hasn't for years. But they make NO attempt to alert you to that fact. They're perfectly happy just letting you roll up to the drop-off, sit there for 10-15 minutes, then come on and tell you that it doesn't work, and you have to drive back around, and get in the other line that has now lined up 4 cars deep. Gee thanks! Today, I needed to pick up a quick anti-biotic for my daughter who has strep, and is completely miserable. My pediatrician for whatever reason couldn't be bothered to call it in (whole other annoyance for today), so I had to do the drop-off thing. Waited for 2 cars in front of me, gave the prescription to the tech, and she asked when I needed it. ASAP I told her, and she said 1 hour. I told her about previous experiences and coming back when it was supposed to be ready, and it not being ready. She assured me that she would mark it as 'Waiting' so it would be filled priority. Went to lunch, came back 1:15 later. Waited for 10 minutes in the line for the second time. Now, almost 90 minutes after dropping it off, I pull up. Someone says, oh, they're filling it right now, can you pull around. "Nope. I'm not going anywhere. I'll wait. Should have been done 30 minutes ago." After 5 or so minutes, they come back, and tell me that they don't have current insurance information on file. Ummm, we've filled countless prescriptions here with this insurance. Mine, my wife's, my son's, and my daughter's. I give them the card. They ask for her date of birth. I give it, and wait another 5 minutes. Then they come back and say the insurance says the date of birth is wrong. Ha. Really? Because it's worked everywhere else. They are calling the insurance to figure it out. They want me to pull around and get back in line. I refuse, and shouting begins. Another person comes to the window and shouts that I need to move NOW. They're yelling at me to pull around, because there are other customers behind me that could have emergencies, and kids that need medicine. They're basically using the same argument I used to NOT move. My daughter is miserable, and I need this sorted NOW so we can get her meds, and go home. They tell me that I should have given my insurance card to them at drop-off. I wasn't asked for it, and it's always been on file there, so why would I need to do that?! She shouts at me again, asking if I go to the doctor without my insurance card?? WTF? 1. I HAVE my card, but was never asked for it at drop-off. 2. They're supposed to put that in when I drop-off, so that if there are issues, they can CALL ME before I come back and have to go thru this. I feel bad for the people behind me, and pull around, and go to the Drop-Off line so I can be right there when they're ready. 15 minutes later, a voice comes over the box, and I was told that it was sorted, and that I'd have to come around again and pick it up. When I come around (after waiting another 15 minutes behind another car, I'm greeted by the tech that took my drop-off. I ask what the problem was, and if I could talk to the lady that was talking to the insurance and telling me that my daughter's DOB was wrong. Nope, she can't talk to me, but the problem was that the Member ID and Group #s are wrong. Wrong on my card? Or wrong in your System? On my card eh? How come it WORKS EVERYWHERE ELSE?!?! This was a 2+ hour mess that proves the ineptitude of the pharmacy employees there. We will be moving all of our prescriptions from there immediately. read more

This is the worst CVS ever! They are so unprofessional and know nothing about customer service. They take hours to fill prescriptions and they over charge for them. They are incompetent. Often out of stock of health items. Poorly organized, staff unhelpful or unknowledgable about store layout. 4 self checkouts yet some of the slowest lines. Only real pluses are that it is big so it might have what you want, it's 24 hours, and it's located in the middle of everything. read more

I went to the minute clinic in this CVS. It was a quick visit in and out in 10 minutes. They sent my prescription over to the pharmacy electronically. I told the lady at the drop off window i would wait and she told the pharmacists. I then waited and waited. It took 30 mins till my prescription was done. The minute clinic was quick and efficient but the pharmacy just takes too long. I will be trying a different location or Walgreens for my next prescription. read more

This review is for the minute clinic, specifically the costumer service by ONE nurse practitioner that I saw the afternoon of November 20, 2014. I had a lovely first experience with the minute clinic to get my flu shot earlier in the month by ANOTHER nurse practitioner and decided to come back. However, this time it was another nurse and she was extremely rude. I had a Tb skin test placed at another non-CVS facility 2 days previously. The test requires a nurse/physician to be read 2 days later so I stopped by at this minute clinic. As a medical student, I have to get this test every 6 months and the reading of the test literally takes 2 seconds. The rude lady informed me that she wanted to make an appointment for 2 hours later when I was already at the store! I have never in my life had to make an appointment to have someone take a 2 second look at my arm and sign off a form. Go to this minute clinic at your own risk... read more

I had a negative experience yesterday at this CVS. I waited in line for at least 15 minutes to get a flu shot only to be told I had to report to a nurse at a different part of the store. I had called in advance and told that the shots are given 24 hrs a day. While I was in the wrong line (there was no signage instructing people who want the shot to report to the nurses station) 2 people signed in ahead of me. When I finally signed in the screen message informed me that I could not sign in as there were 2 people in front of me and no mmammore people could sign in. I spoke to the very passive manager and he assured me that all I had to do was wait and I could receive the shot. Do not bother signing in he instructed. Then 2 more people signed in and went ahead of me. By this time I had been there for an hour. When the other people left I asked the nurse (who is not a cvs employee) if I was ever going to get my shot. She said I was not signed in so I couldn't until I signed in and registered. She was helpful and got me signed in quickly. Even the so called store manager doesn't know how their "minute clinic" works. She informed me I should have been given the shot at the pharmacyThe nurse also said that this name had been discussed in.meetings as possibly being misleading. I did not save any time going there instead of my physician. With all of the complaints here I definitely would recommend a different pharmacy. read more

I went to get my flu shot here and waited over an hour. I was told "I will be right with you" many times and would keep seeing the pharmist keep doing everything else. The people behind me in line had all come and gone before I had recieved my flu shot. I have been to CVS before to get my flu shot and will not be coming back to this location to get it. It shouldn't take over an hour to get a flu shot, and it was not even that busy. read more

I've gone to CVS for over 20 years. I've lived in multiple places and states and always used their pharmacy. After giving this location a YEAR to get it's act together, I'm switching to the Walgreens across the street. They are always late, don't call to tell you things like "we don't have that medicine," and then even when trying to be helpful and reach out to other local CVS pharmacies for meds don't give full information, so those pharmacies can't even complete orders. The other pharmacists make fun of them. Start to finish filling my vitamin refill prescription has taken 13 hours. Still sitting here.... read more

I reviewed this pharmacy a year ago and it has really changed for the better in the last couple of months. They have a new pharmacy manager (Christine?) and since her arrival, everything has improved. Rxs are in stock, filled as quickly as can be managed given this is one of the busiest pharmacies on the planet, and the counter service has improved tremendously--both for pickups and drops--as well as the drive through. I recommend using the CVS app--which informs you when your Rx is ready, or if there is a delay in filling it. It is probably still understaffed for the volume they do, but the folks who work there are really trying. read more

I had absolutely the worst customer service experience at this location for the past 2 months. I deal with the pharmacy for my prescriptions while currently 4 months pregnant. I have good pharmacists, and one in particular, Christie, is rude, judgements like and purposefully ignores your cry for help. I came to her as the manager on duty at the time, this afternoon, with my issue, and instead of talking to me or calling me she left for the day! She promised me a solution to my problem and while I called back to say I couldn't wait an hour, I was placed on hold twice and she never attended to the phone with me again. I said I would be there after work, when I arrived she was not there and the manager on duty then was completely unaware of my situation so I had to reinform what I had told Christie earlier that day! His solution was to go to the hospital and he did not know what Christies solution was going to be, if she even made one for me! After complaining and crying that I needed help or risk a miscarriage he finally filled my rx. I liked him, Tim, but he would have had me go to the ER unnecessarily!! I kept telling him the ER wil oils do nothing for me AND I COULE HAVE LOST MY BABY IF I TOOK HIS ADVICE AND THEY COULDN'T HELP ME!!! What then?!!! I want an apology from somebody here for the stress and discomfort I had to go thru dealing with them every single week almost!! There is no compassion, only empty, helpless stares WHAT KIND OF PHARMACY DOES CVS LIKE TO RUN?!?! I am not stopping until I reach someone at the very top of CVS. read more

the minuteclinic nurse didnt know how to treat bacteria infection. i have to wait for result of strep test before i can get a zpak. today still no results, n my condition worsen. if u go to urgent care or doctor's office they tell u to start sooner the better. let it worsen n more difficult to treat. read more
