Hann's is the most pleasant and helpful pharmacy experience my wife and I have ever had. After a hellacious experience with OptumRX, my wife and I reached out to Hann's overnight to ask if they could fill a fertility drug my we needed. I sent a text to the number on their website and someone responded immediately, answered our questions clearly, and helped us transfer our script to pick up the medication the following day. Hann's pharmacy is really great. It's a small operation but packs a big punch. I had to use them a few times when a bigger pharmacy - Giant or Walgreens was out of medicine. If it was closer to me I'd probably use them more often but when I'm in the area I definitely make it a point to do a refill there! Had never been here before. But they offered COVID booster shot apptmts. Scheduled one. Absolutely gorgeous, independent pharmacy. Tiny store, but so many interesting items there. Items from a local goat milk product line for example. COVID supplies in every imaginable version -- specifically masks. Able to get my COVID booster and get on about the day. This is a unique location and pharmacy. Think it is worth going out of the way to shop here, esp if you might be looking for some pharmacy-related, special, one-of-a-kind gift items. read more

I needed a very last minute prescription filled that my doctor sent to Hann's, which was closing soon. I called Hann's in a panic that I wouldn't be able to get the medication and Kristen answered, assuring me that the prescription would be ready and stayed on the line to let me know how much it would cost. She helped calm me down and provided excellent customer service. When I got there, she answered all my questions about administration despite the fact that they were almost closed. Hann's Pharmacy is the best! What a nice change of pace from CVS, Walgreens, etc. The attention to detail and customer care is second to none. In addition to being a full-service pharmacy (including fertility medication) they also have such a cute gift shop, compression garments, essential oils, and more. I've been going to this pharmacy for my IVF medications and this review is strictly for their superb customer service! I recently had a situation where I didn't get enough of a dose of a certain timed medication from their compounding partner , Preston's pharmacy in Arlington and I was freaking out. I immediately called Hann's to find a solution and they went above and beyond to not only make me my medication but they also delivered it to my doorstep, which was much appreciated . I had one of the most personal pharmacy experiences at Hann's. It's like a true good old-fashioned pharmacy before all the big corporations took over. The staff truly cared about my symptoms and concerns while being extremely knowledgeable. I honestly think if I was home sick and couldn't pick up medications, they would delivery it to me. Ladies in need of IVF medications last minute this review is for you. IVF WARRIORS absolutely need to look out for one another. Please avoid Hann's Pharmacy - unless you don't care about being totally taken advantage of as the patient. IVF cycle protocols can change day-by-day and last minute. I needed an extra HCG trigger shot last minute. I called Hann's and they quoted me as a self-paying patient $345 for a HCG trigger medication that is normally between $99-$135 at other specialty pharmacies. The pharmacist said because it's last minute and because I'm not buying meds in bulk, they charge $345. If I was buying more meds in bulk then it would be about the price what I pay elsewhere. In addition, I had paid for this same exact medication one year ago out of pocket for $85 at Hann's. What they are charging and the reasons why is absolutely insane and disgusting. Are you out of your mind, Hann's Pharmacy?! This is completely taking advantage of the patient. How is it legal for them to charge more than 3x the price of what it is elsewhere. IVF Patients... please don't support this pharmacy and give your business to other pharmacies elsewhere. PS... Costco charges $108 for the same HCG medication. read more
