Download the CVS app to make getting your prescriptions faster. Also, sign up for their Rewards program because you can get $2-10 coupons off anything sometimes and even more coupons or rewards on specific products. I get free stuff here all the time. For every 4 prescriptions you fill at any CVS location, you receive a $2 coupon off anything. They also have really good sales sometimes where you can get $10-20 off a total purchase, so combined with my other rewards, I pay like $1-2 per product and save at least 90%! Their after holidays sales are usually good for stocking up for the holidays next year. The Minute Clinic Urgent Care center inside is very convenient AND it is the only place where some insurances will cover certain vaccines that must be done at a medical office (not through a pharmacy). This is helpful if your primary care does not carry the vaccine. It took me a while to figure it out after going to several places and talking with the medical insurance. Be sure to make an appointment online ahead of time to reserve your time because they can get pretty busy. You do have to be careful about parking there because it gets pretty full and the spaces are tight. I have witnessed many car accidents and hit-and-run accidents where someone backed into another car with or without realizing it. Park on the side where there are no cars behind you.

Back in the thick of it, Tiffany gave me my Covid 19 Omicron booster & it was the best vax shot I had ever gotten - didn't feel a thing. She also went out of her way to see if my insurance covered at home tests, something I never would have thought of, and they did so I walked away with test kits in hand, prepared, which was especially huge for me at the time since I work for the public's schools. I…read morefind the staff to be courteous and professional, though slammed by volume -- look at mountains of prescriptions behind counter. When it's understaffed, that's not staff's fault -- don't take it out on them. Meds docs have called/wired in are usually ready when I arrive; if I drop of written prescription, they're up front about whether there'll be a wait. Pharmacists have been great when I'm there for shots -- not rushed, make me comfortable, and do the best they can working behind stupid privacy shield.

One of the customer service lady her name is Rosa she was not Cooperative to receive my drop off items she have bad attitude and so rude she refused to tap the barcode on the drop item and she said she doesn't have taping while talking to her to get help she walk away. I know this is out of CVS policies and regulations if she didn't like her job she have to leave rather then degrading customer service values. However I got another customer service team her name is najima she was so nice and excellent , informed and she know how to handle the customer. This pharmacy has gone downhill so bad that it amazes me they still have customers. I have been a customer at this store for more than 15 years. They used to be notable for having every type of medication in stock and being close to the hospital it was a bonus that they were 24 hours. Now you can't even talk to a human on the phone. You have to leave a message and play phone tag with them for three days when you are sick. The hospital ordered medications for me and I went to get them before going home. They didn't fill my antibiotic- the most important medication in there and didn't bother to mention it to me when I picked up my prescriptions. When I looked it up it said it was too soon to refill- this is a medication I have never taken before in my life so I have now missed a day on this medication while I wait for them to call me. I have a life threatening infection and you would think they would tell me when I picked up the others so we could figure it out then. They clearly value revenue over customers health and they have techs and clerks running around who don't have a clue what customer service is. It seems their only concern is getting the line down so they can go back to counting pills. The customer service is atrocious even on a good day. 10 years ago this would have never happened but they have become so irresponsible and robotic they may as well hire baboons to run the counter. Baboons would probably smile once in awhile and pretend to care. Sadly, I know that CVS couldn't care less if they lose a customer but they have lost one in me. I'll take a mom and pop or even a Walgreens over this cvs any day. Until they get someone killed they won't care and even then it's questionable.

Went to the customer service desk today to purchase postage stamps; there were two elderly people…read morein line ahead of me. Serendipitously, one of them was an elder from my church. The woman in customer service was festively dressed with faux antlers and holiday earrings. With my church elder, who was purchasing power ball tickets, she was clearly perturbed. She was on edge with him and slightly disrespectful. He did not understand the payment arrangement; but she did not have to be so irritated with him. On to the next customer; it was an elderly woman wanting to cash in a winning ticket. The customer service woman chided the poor woman telling her that the ticket wasn't registered and she would be getting no cash payout. I seriously doubt if the customer even understood why she was not getting any satisfaction for her winning ticket. I did not like the way she was being treated. The process was laborious so I went to the express checkout where Tracey got me a book of stamps with no wait. She chuckled and shook her head with chagrin over the customer service woman's behavior. Anyway shame on her; she clearly needs an attitude adjustment especially at this time of year. Kindness goes a long way. Please respect our elders. They are people of value too.

I would spend hours upon hours speaking (or not speaking to...because no one would pick up) to different pharmacies trying to make orders and every call would end up with me in tears. NOT HERE. District Pharmacy always delivers, is always kind, and is always courteous. I have never had trouble filling a prescription here + and they make dealing with insurance a breeze.
