    Buffalo Chicken Sliders
    Drew C.

Discreet and coy spot tucked away in the Fairmont Century Plaza, with a casual and subdued vibe. Marg was tasty, chicken sliders were decent, although a little too bready for my liking. Prices are a bit steep, but it's part of a business and resident complex so that's to be expected. Happy hour deal is solid though (it's a free select app with order of a limited drink menu that changes each day from 3-6) and service is attentive which is nice. There had been a little confusion about the drink being ordered not being part of happy hour so then got charged for the food which we didn't actually want but got it because they asked which food item we wanted from the HH menu with it (cause the sliders were not worth $18... $12 would be right, $15 at most)... but after some sorting out the staff quickly resolved the matter without hassle which was greatly appreciated! Made for a positive experience. Convenient spot to check out, especially if staying at the hotel and want to get out.

Amazing food and friendly staff, nice place to grab a beer and a bite to eat after a round of golf

Probably should have taken the photo before drinking my wine. Oops!

Such a wonderful little gem hidden on the back of the CAA building. Had the street tacos. Absolutely delicious! As close to a neighborhood joint you will find in this area! Will be back!

Beautiful interior and very chill vibes. Can be really loud in there as well. Order by the cashier, and they give you a number. Pay upon ordering. Simple, casual. Location is really close to a lot of offices and Cuvée seems to be one of "cheaper" options in the area. They do catering and it seems that a lot of the work places use Cuvée for catering purposes... with that said, the food wasn't so impressive. I went here for lunch with a couple coworkers during my visit to the Century City office. Ordering was simple, but somehow mine and another coworker's food came out around the same time and the other coworker's food came out much later. Not sure what happened there since it was just a wrap. Anyways, I tried the ahi tuna bowl, and it was alright. A bit bland, but a good assortment of veggies within the rice. The tuna itself was OK, mediocre quality. The sauce was much necessary to cut through the blandness and somewhat dryness.

Had the ahi tuna salad. It was delicious, large, healthy. The dressing was great. Did not want alcohol so got San Pellegrino lemonade- no added sugar- yum. Service was attentive. Loved sitting outside watching the world go by. Enjoyed it all.

Garlic Shrimp Salad - so good! Well cooked shrimp:)

I've had so much of Cuvée, it's unreal. They close at 9pm on weekdays, which is really convenient for when I have a late night at work. Out of all of the dishes I've had, the ahi tuna sandwich, spicy shrimp Caesar salad and their hot pasta dishes are my favorite. I definitely recommend getting the made-to-order things, because the items they have in the cooler display (where you can get three sides or three sides plus chicken/salmon) is very oily imo. There's a ton of oil at the bottom of my container each time I get the sides. Delicious though haha. The waiters are very very kind. I usually call in to order and then pick up in 15 minutes. I've also had a sit down lunch before where they come serve you etc, and it's great! The lunch special pasta they had was delicious.

Unfortunately, I think the vibe is completely off with this type of food, and I think it's hurting their customer base (I.e, there's a sports watching day, and live DJ?, but the food is definitely more for upscale vibes). I also didn't know they have a rotating menu with different chefs, so when I came in craving for something like steak frites and find out the don't have it even though their sample menu lists it on their website, it kind of throws my mood a little. Moreover, their wine list is not extensive considering it's a wine bar, and wine mentioned in their name :) Anyways I've digressed. With this special menu, I ordered the scallop tostada and maitake taco. The scallops were very fresh, and it was a very well balanced dish. I would totally order this again! The maitake mushroom was exploding with flavors, though I find the sauce a little too salty for my taste. If I came here just for food, I'd come back and try new things!

For this particular visit in early April 2025, me and a couple of friends came in for a wonderful meal from resident Chef - Paul Chuanchasit. Check their respective IG accounts for the timing and menu info etc. The chef has actually done pop-up dinner nights here previously and I wanted to go, but was unable to for whatever reason. So I was excited to make a reservation during his residency! The menu is streamlined, which is great. I would say that the menu has influences from different cultures, both eastern and western, but with the backbone of Thai cuisine. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We ordered: -Shrimp cigars -Oyster (and scallop) Cardinale -Salmon tartare -Steak frites -Pork toro panang (with some roti on the side to sop up the sauce) -Calpico ice cream (with fig jam and crispy rice) And of course plenty of delicious wine! I was also able to play some of my old French records on their record player on the later side with was fun! On a side note: also came here in the morning during a previous visit and had the biscuits and gravy, which were also very awesome. Enjoyed that meal with a nice cup of coffee while watching some sports.

The staff is well-dressed, well-trained, and genuinely friendly; the host on duty, Bella, tended to us during our short wait, keeping us engaged and getting us seated just as soon as she could. The decor blends spartan industrial chic with dark wood accents that tempter what might be a cold environment, making it inviting and comfortable. Our server, Diego, got right to us, answered menu questions with good humor, and convinced the chef to make my wife a dinner-time dish when he discovered her first selection had run out. Bread service (on request) was artisan sourdough, hot from the oven, served with rich butter and a tiny mound of salt. Simple and very tasty. My wife's Cacio e Pepe was, by her estimation, the very best she's ever had. The al dente pasta was coated in a sharp Parmesan that was keenly offset by the sweetness of a Tomato Jam served on the side. A very well-balanced and satisfying bite. For my own part, the Quiche Lorraine was buttery and rich, and brimming with bacon and cheese. The lightly dressed salad alongside was a perfect foil, cutting the sharpness nicely. I must also mention that the folks next to us had a table full of yummy-looking, yummy-smelling food, from a cheese and charcuterie board to pizza, an omelet and beautifully prepared veggies. It would be easy to order everything on the menu across multiple visits -- and I'm already looking forward to my next time in.

Now, the place is super small with weird seating. I like the dark vibe it has going though. The most frustrating part of it all? Servers came off super pretentious and would intentionally walk by your table without looking to avoid you asking them anything. Moreover, the place doesn't let you make many changes to your order. For example, if you ask for easy rice on the sushi, they will say no. If you ask for them to put the avocado on the side due to an allergy of one member of the group, they will say no. Our items came out SUPER slow, and this was after waiting a while for a table. The sushi is subpar - heavy on the rice and not enough fish. However, the coconut shrimp roll was good. That all being said, I'd go back and deal with it all again for the chicken sandwich and the burger. Both were a bit heavy on the bread in comparison to the protein, but delicious nonetheless.

But they did offer a few lunchtime items. The restaurant could be very quiet but on this occasion an obnoxiously loud group was so oblivious to the pleasure of others that some patrons chose to move outside patio dining. We also moved our table but the loud group was still very disturbing and so loud I could not hear the waitress. Most in our group ordered the le a.o.c burger with gruyère, dijon, caramelized shallots & crispy. I added avocado for extra flavor. It was presented very well on a plank and it was delicious. The meat was cooked perfectly per my order. One guest ordered the scrambled egg focaccia sandwich with hooks' cheddar, nueske's bacon & chive crème fraîche and loved it. He's usually a meat eater but decided to try something new and he was happy he did. Parking in the area is very limited, more so by required residential permit parking and lots of tow away signs. We found a spot four blocks from the restaurant. Of course they do offer valet parking. One of our guests used the valet for $13. One minor issue is the restaurant charges an additional 6% for employees health care benefits. A small amount but a sign of the times.
