I really enjoyed my time here! Our waitress Sherry was phenomenal. The food was really good, I had the salmon and shrimp scampi!

First, our server, Josh I'm pretty sure was awesome. He was very down to earth and gave us candid opinions. He knew the menu, the wines and their house stinks inside and out. We mentioned that we missed seen by baked potatoes on the menu, he went to the kitchen and told us that it would be no problem. We asked him to pick the dessert and it was rest, Strawberry Shortcake. Not something we would've ordered. The food was wonderful - steaks were cooked perfectly as was the broccolini. The meal was a little more expensive than we'd normally spend, but no complaints. I wish we could do it more often, but it will be a top destination for special occasions. read more

I have been here several times over the years and usually enjoy myself. Tonight was so HORRIFIC I don't think I'm coming back anytime soon. I usually tip a decent amount well over 30% due to the exceptional service I receive here BUT tonight was TERRIBLE!!!! Buffet was ok but not for the price of $75. I'm a big lover of seafood but HATE when someone has to serve it to you. Line was long because of this and then to only get one set of crab legs was disappointing. Great brunch menu. Really enjoyed the crab cake and lobster roll. The cinnamon roll is must order. They're huge and the perfect amount of sweetness. I rarely want more than a couple bites of cinnamon roll but this one I couldn't stop eating. Steak and eggs were tasty (and come with a good amount of steak) but def cooked on the medium-well side when we ordered medium rare. Bummer on the texture but taste was good! A ton of lobster on the lobster roll -- highly recommend that one. The bumps & bubbles is a fun experience if you appreciate caviar. Next time I want to try the oyster and bloody mary shot. I loved the overall vibe of the restaurant and the location. The food was pretty good with the variety and options for brunch. The only issue that we had because of the size of our party, it didn't seem like our waitress was providing topnotch service. Everything had to be requested off her, including taking the orders off the party at the end of the table. We didn't get water refills without a request. We dined as as a group of 5. Harmony was our server and she was amazing. She was super helpful and offered amazing suggestions. She even had the kitchen modify a dish to vegetarian for one of our guest. The food was amazing! I had the truffle lobster carbonara and it had the perfect amount of flavor and spice. The honeyed brussels sprouts needed some work. They were bland, lacked flavor and were not cooked to my liking. Where to start..let's start with the valet service..very difficult to get help with the service they offer for $10 or $30 for VIP valet service. Ended up parking in the garage. Service progression was slow but not to concerned as we were enjoying our cocktails. There was a miscommunication on our appetizer order. When we asked about our bone marrow order, our server didn't realize we wanted it and apologized and we assumed the order was put in with some urgency. So we waited and waited and now we've been sitting for an hour in total. Our drinks are empty and we're upset now. Our server mentioned that he spoke to his manager and said he would be coming over. So we waited and still no appetizer and no manager. Finally the manager stops by but at the wrong table!!!! Absolutely ridiculous for the prices they're charging and the experience they want you to have. Finally the bone marrow came and it was over cooked Time to go. We ended up going to the Ocean Club and had a great dining experience. FYI, when we went to the Ocean Club and basically begged for a table being a Saturday night and March madness & at the height of the dining hour, I never mentioned your restaurant by name. We just said we had the bad experience at another local restaurant and the hostess said and I quote " Cut 321? Yea we get a lot of their customers who are not happy with the experience." I understand restaurants have off nights however for the prices you are asking customers to pay you must do better. read more

My very first experience was not a good experience. I was taken to this restaurant for my birthday. I was really disappointed. The only available non-alcoholic beverages where coke products from a fountain. The fountain drinks tasted watered down without carbonation. The $75.00 steaks smelled and taste like cow manure. I have never tasted a steak so horrible. The service was good. I feel that the whole meal should have been on the restaurant, but it wasn't. I might be willing to try the brunch if the restaurant provided a gift certificate for two. The strawberry shortcake desert left a lot to be desired. It was dry and tasted like cornbread. There was not any strawberry glaze or strawberries on the cake. Once again I was very disappointed with my first experience. Walking in to this restaurant was super unique - located in close vicinity to Arhaus and Restoration hardware there are high expectations for fancy. Dark lit and cozy describes the entrance as you are greeted by several hostesses. There is a nice wall of climate controlled wine as you come in and there is plenty of seating for a busy night. We got sat past the bar in the main-ish dining room. They are going for a dark lit restaurant but their kitchen line window is wide open and super bright, I would image the servers have a rough time transitioning, but ours was fine with it. We got the cowboy luge and the white collar crimes drinks. These took about 18 minutes to come out after ordering, the sangria 28 minutes- which is due to their opening night I assume, but sort of a long wait. I ended up getting the bourbon about 25 minutes before the luge came out and if any of my followers know, I have zero self control. So I only ended up with a tiny sip to pour through the marrow bone at the end - sad there as it was real delicious. The marrow luge was disappointing as it was so over cooked that there wasn't any marrow left to eat - for the $22 price tag for that and the drink I was expecting one bite as a minimum - but I did eat the crispy skin on top of the bone, and that was good. It took 50 minutes for our appetizer to come out and the marrow that was suppose to come out with my bourbon. It wasn't that busy in here for opening day - so I expect new restaurant jitters. We ended up getting the glazed pork belly and it was really good. Again, overcooked and crispy, not much consistency and it was mostly fried skin with minimal meat. Hopefully the food picks up in attention to quality as they go along. Definitely looking forward to coming back as the ambiance is out of this world, staff is super friendly, just need to get the food up to par and the drinks out in a timely manner. I recently visited this restaurant on a Saturday at 4pm, and it was the perfect time to go. The atmosphere was upscale and welcoming, and everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. Our servers knew the menu well and gave great recommendations. We started off with the crab cake appetizer and Caesar salad. The salad was okay, nothing out of the ordinary however the crab cake was very delicious, filled with flavour. For our main course, we ordered the filet mignon and ribeye, both were cooked to our desired medium rare (with the high price tag, I wouldn't have expected anything less). We also ordered the mushrooms and mac and cheese as sides. The sautéed mushrooms had a variety of different types mixed together which I found elevated the umami flavour. Although the mac and cheese was more on the bland side, it paired well enough with the steak. The thing that surprised me the most was how much the sauces were. It cost us $15 for 3 small cups which I thought should have been cheaper, or even come with one free sauce since no sides are included in the already high price tag on their meals. The real highlight of the meal was the drinks - we had one of the best pineapple mules and spicy margaritas we've ever had. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant specifically for their cocktails. Cut 132 is stunning and very promising. The staff is impeccable, professional, welcoming and beyond attentive. I came in to try it out on their opening night so my comments are based on my first time experience. Michaela greeted us with the warmest welcome and gave my boyfriend and I a very romantic table. She checked in on us and made sure that all of our needs were met. We never had to ask for anything. Our sever was sherry. We order the tuna tartare, the sea bass, and the Mac and cheese and the caviar bump! All out of this world. Sherry was informative, friendly and accommodating. The whole 2 hours we waited food was not up to expectations, the French toast came out literally like hard toast couldn't break it apart . I had a great experience at CUT132. They focus heavily on presentation with their food and drinks, and I find it fun! The bread was great. I loved the variety and the fluffy and whipped butter. We ordered brussel sprouts and split a Caesar salad to start. The salad was decent. Nothing crazy. The brussel sprouts were SO good. They were very sweet and tasted like an Asian side dish. I was in love. I ordered a 14oz with their sauce that comes with bacon and mushrooms. It was definitely like a gravy to pour on, which is different from most steakhouses. Can't wait to come back and try more on the list. I enjoyed the Cut & Smoked Old Fashioned which was my favorite smoked drink to date. Quick heads up, it is a bit sweeter than a normal old fashioned but I enjoyed this version of an old fashioned. The Charcuterie Board...Wow! Order for 1 and thank me later! (I normally don't enjoy Charcuterie Boards) This one topped the charts! Enjoyed service from many servers throughout the night and everyone was great and our server was knowledgeable about the menu. I enjoyed my dinner at cut132 very much. I loved the ambiance. The lights were dimmed, candle lit, music, nice bar, great waiters, a lot of options on the menu, and the food and drinks were fantastic. We started with the red wine sangria and really enjoyed it. The crab bisque was perfect. Nice and light and the crab tasted fresh and like you took a bit piece right out of the shell yourself. I got the short rib and it was so tender and flavorful. My mom had the filet with a sweet potato. The sweet potato is huge and comes with a nice honey butter for flavor. Filet was cooked just right and was seasoned very well. I thought it was really cool that they serve the receipt in an actual hardcover book. I've never seen that before, it was unique. I will also say I really loved the decor and upholstery. It was very classy and elegant. You can tell each piece and every quote on the wall was placed with intention. Some of the steakhouses around town are overly tacky like Jeff rubys or lacking character like j Alexander's. This place is a wonderful addition to the steakhouse scene we have in Columbus. Ordered a cocktail- Yoga School Dropout, definitely recommend this cocktail. the 8oz filet was suppose to be cooked medium well, but it came out medium. EYE didn't send it back, I believe they probably would have over cooked the meat. Paid $16 for jumbo shrimp on top, probably should have asked how many shrimp came- but it was 2 shrimp. The truffle fries, not sure what I expected, but the large sized fries were not it. Fresh, unseasoned Crab, Lobster and Shrimp should all have their own distinctive flavors. Seasonings and drawn butter or lemon should enhance, not replace those flavors. The Prime Rib was also a disappointment: a bit overcooked, and no natural beefy flavor, even with the consomme. I did like the biscuits and gravy, the Clam chowder and the Crème Brûlée.
