For residing in a city based around convenience and great food/beer - I found myself wholeheartedly lacking in all departments. I have enjoyed a few items in the past at this location and unsure what has changed since. I called 7 times, trying to place an order for pickup, being directed to an "online" ordering system instead. Do not even have a phone number, if you won't answer your phones. After these many attempts, I sent my wife to place an order begrudgingly - and see if she could hear the phones ringing as I called for yet an eighth time. Silence and dead. They mute their phones and ignore customers. Ontop of that, the mango tacos were soggy, and sub par at best, which is a shame, as they normally wallow in excellence. Will not be craving them ANY time soon. read more

I know, I know, I've poo-pooed brisket many a time in various reviews. That stops now! I had the MOST amazing brisket sandwich at Curb BQ. Amazing! Tender, flavorful, with cheese, a masterpiece. Served with chips and salsa. Truly one of the most exceptional sandwiches I've ever had. I think there are 4 or 5 items on the menu to chose from, including tacos (which are up next on my ordering plan). While gushing to someone about my sandwich, they mentioned another sandwich that is brisket with grilled cheese and did he say bacon? You're kidding me.......can't wait to try that. Located at Spoken Moto, paired my sandwich with a Boneyard RPM and it just doesn't get any better than that. The weather wasn't great, so I was inside, but there are lots of seating options outside as well, weather permitting. What a great location. Ordered at the cart, delivered inside. The nicest of guys working the cart, I'm guessing the owner. He definitely takes pride in his finished product. read more

I don't generally come on yelp and pan places. I did the two meat plate with three sides I selected the smoked chicken the brisket, with baked beans, coleslaw and cornbread. Across-the-board everything was mediocre. The brisket was served chopped into small chunks and pretty much drowned in sauce the chicken similarly cut into chunks and drown in sauce. Simply not impressed at any level maybe I just caught them on a bad day. read more

Lots of heat! If you like spicy bbq you will like this. My opinion is , if you have to drench your meat in sauce ......we'll, let's just say next time (yes, I would go back) I will ask for the sauce on the side. The brisket was nicely cooked and I think the chicken was but the sauce was so strong I couldn't tell. The bbq beans are LOADED with peppers - including jalapeños. I could not each them. I took them home and added half a pound of ground beef and some sweet bbq and ranch - made kind of a chili- then I could handle them. I don't mind some heat but this was a bit much for my taste. The salad and house made ranch dressing were good. Nice operator as well. Food was served pretty quickly. read more

The husband and I went out for date night and thought we would check out CURBBQ. We are both avid lovers of bbq and always excited to check out local food trucks. This was sadly a very disappointing experience. After reviewing the menu and saw they offered wings as well as fair priced 2 meat plus 2 side plates we decided cool we can check out most of what they have to offer. I ordered the wings first and when I went to pick them up decided to order our dinner plates. When I brought the wings back to our table they were cold and felt like they had been sitting out. I ordered Buffalo sauce but only tasted poorly smoked cold chicken. The fries that came with also tasted stale and like they had been sitting out for awhile as well. The coleslaw however was pretty tasty and was the only thing finished on that plate. We ended up throwing them out as we didn't want to continue eating cold food. Next came out the two plates. I ordered the pulled pork and smoked chicken with side salad and cornbread. My husband had the brisket and hot link with potato salad and beans. Both the pork and chicken were pulled and doused in sauce. I honestly couldn't tell which was which for a few bites in. I was expecting like a smoked drum or thigh not pulled breast. Both meats were super dry and over cooked (which I'm assuming is why they were covered in way too much sauce) the cornbread tasted like a boxed mix that wasn't cooked correctly as it was too dry and crumbled as soon as i took a bite. The side salad with the dressing was actually super fresh and tasty so I will give them that. My husbands plate had over cooked brisket cubes not succulent moist fatty slices as bbq brisket should be. The hot link was good had great heat but was almost inedible from the hot sauce covering the cut link pieces. The beans were pretty good but the potato salad tasted like it came from a Safeway deli tub. We ended up just eating the sides except the cornbread and tossing out the rest of the food. We're both all about supporting local businesses especially when it comes to food and totally understand that it's a tuff gig running your own establishment and with the cost of food going up it can be hard. Hope this place can turn it around and not continue to skimp on quality. With all this said we definitely won't be returning to this truck anytime soon. read more

Yummy!! Delicious food. We stopped in at Atlas Cider Co after a day of hiking and decided to grab food from the food trucks in the lot. The phillystaekasilla was on point. My husband got the brisket grilled cheese and he devoured it. I typically don't like the m-word but all the meat was so moist! It's worth your time and money! Had been meaning to stop by here. I had talked to the owner one night when we stopped by Atlas for a beverage but had already had dinner. Never gain will I make that mistake! The food is awesome. Today I Ordered a philly quesadilla and a BBQ chicken wrap with corn salsa. Because everything is made to order we were able to get the philly without peppers which is a great feature for us! The BBQ chicken wrap had a little spicy dressing on it but was so good. Loved that it wasn't a ranch type sauce like so many other places. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The quesadilla was a huge hit! Both sandwiches came with tortilla chips. The owner Bryan noticed I walked over from my car and asked if I would be waiting or going over to Atlas to wait. He gave me an estimated wait time and delivered directly to my car! Service impeccable and food incredible. I will definitely be back! 2020- New location from my first review but still continues to have excellent service and food! The Friday night roasted chicken meal is awesome. The nachos are amazing, burger is amazing and I love the chicken wrap. Just an awesome food truck. read more

While my husband was getting a chemo infusion I went to the curbbq for lunch. I have tried this food truck a couple of times and I want to like it but the sauce they put on the food is terrible. I ordered the summer salad with chicken and it arrived slathered in this nasty sauce. It ruined the meat and the salad. Ask for the sauce on the side so it doesn't ruin your meal. Got there at 5:15 only to be told it would be another 15 min...no biggie well come 5:40 they are out of what I ordered and want to know what I would like instead. I have only eaten from Curb B Q once and had the jalapeño burger. Oh my gosh! Just the perfect amount of spice, and definitely did not hide the beef flavor for the burger that is necessary. I asked for mine to be medium rare and they did their best to make it with some pink. This gave it the right kind of juicy ness, which only added to the flavor. Good service with a smile, too. I just moved to the neighborhood and am walking distance from this food pod. My boyfriend and I went tonight on a whim on our way home from errands and I was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken tacos and they were delicious! The chicken was fall apart perfect and and mango salsa was also very flavorful. I also ordered the potato salad and liked the texture, sometimes I find potato salad too mayonnaise laden and this was far from it. It's clearly popular because the line had 3-4 people in it the entire time I was there. Looking forward to going back and trying more! read more

What a gem! Went here today with my family and ordered nearly everything on the menu. We LOVED each item, but my personal favorite was the lime chicken tacos - moist, tasty and just the right amount of spice. Bryan, the owner, is incredibly friendly and didn't want us to wait in the cold so kindly delivered our food to us at Atlas Cider. Which is another major bonus - you can enjoy Curb B Q's tasty bites in the warmth of Altas Cider and wash it all down with a variety of hard ciders. Alternatively, the food is totally portable and could be taken down to the river for waterfront dining. We had such a great experience that we're planning to have Curb B Q cater an upcoming event. Curb B Q catered our pre-wedding BBQ for about 120 people. They knocked it out of the park. The food itself is incredibly delicious. We are both native Texans and had many family members from Texas in attendance. Everyone commented on how great the brisket, beans and mac & cheese were. Everyone went back for seconds. High marks from a tough audience! Just thinking about the brisket makes my mouth water. Bryan and his team also went above and beyond to make sure everyone got fed that night. There was a terrible accident on the highway and the emergency responders had to shut down the route to the venue for several hours, right as the party was scheduled to start. Thanks to their personal knowledge of certain forest fire-service roads, the Curb B Q team was able to get to the truck to the venue in time for dinner despite the wreck. It was an epic save. We couldn't have been more happy with the level of service. And the BBQ is truly top tier. We can't wait for our next trip to Bend so we can swing by and get some more. read more

Wow! The grilled cheese brisket sandwich amazing my tastebuds are dancing! It may sound Strange just order it!!! I was not prepared for an explosion of tastebuds. This is a food truck that has a great atmosphere around it and offers picnic tables to use to sit on. I got my food to go as it is winter and snowing. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes for my food and was able to keep myself warm by the nice fire they had. Service was fast food was amazing and the prices for the portion was fair. My only regret is I don't live nearby. I shall return again next time I am in the area. read more

Excellent food, but not the most sanitary of food trucks. Outstanding, tangy, tender pulled pork on a perfectly doughy bun. The brisket and cheese sandwich was equally as good. The coleslaw was a bit bland, but whatever. Everything else was yummy.
