This place has the best ice-cream in town!!! The food is always made fresh to order and is very tasty for a restaurant that is a cross between casual dining and fast-food. They have the best fries in town!! My only complaint is the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. It is obviously a frozen patty that is simply deep-fried. They could get 5 stars from me if that sandwich was made fresh to order like the other items on the menu. Our kids love this place!! First time here, had a Culver's Bacon Deluxe with fries. Good burger it was hot and fresh when brought to the table. If you want a good burger and don't want to pay an arm and a leg then come here. I didn't get any Custard as I am traveling and didn't have anywhere to put the left overs. read more

We just recently visited Culver's for the first time. We have lived in the area for 3 years and never even heard of it! I have been craving some frozen custard for a couple weeks but just couldn't justify driving all the way to our old place 45 minutes away. I am so glad this place popped up on my search! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by the staff with warm welcomes and friendly smiles. Seeing as it was our first time eating there, we had lots of questions about the menu and how everything worked. Shane was assisting us and he helped us navigate the menu, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable. Shane has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered in the restaurant/service industry. All five of us ordered something different and we eagerly tried one another's food once it arrived. Everything came out quickly, piping hot and fresh, and wonderful! Culver's is technically a 'fast food' joint, but the food was made to order and brought to your table. Shane came around several times to check on us, bring us extra condiments, and clear our table. After dinner, we ordered frozen custard concrete mixers! They have standard chocolate or vanilla and they also have a rotating flavor of the week, or maybe month. The custard was divine and, again, they got our order perfect and out to us quickly. I cannot say enough great things about this place. The restaurant was clean, well taken care of, and they have indoor or outdoor seating. They have something on the menu for everyone and the entire staff was super friendly and helpful.  I highly recommend giving this place a try, you won't regret it! read more

Great establishment run by a relatively young staff that can get their stuff done. We were in town from Tennessee, and they were very busy. Being in the food industry for 6 years, i was very impressed with the employees' calmness and friendly demeanor while constantly being bugged by needy customers while they are trying to get through their rush. One recommendation for the kitchen folks and leads in the expo window would be to look ahead as they are expediting. I ordered a mini concrete and a small cheese curd. Received my concrete after 7 minutes but didn't get my one and only food item (small cheese curds) until 10 min later. I find it timely reasonable to look ahead and if you can knock off a small order to clear the screen, knock'er on out, but i understand the rush and pressure. Along with a hefty wait, the staff were still doing their best to be on top of their ishhh, so 5 stars for effort. Keep it up folks. read more

Got a mushroom burger yesterday and the mushrooms were so thin it was like eating wet paper. Got five petals, yes petals, because that's how tiny and thin they were.The patties were great as usual. Taking off a star from previous review for loss of consistency. Last mushroom burger I had before this one was much better in terms of quality and presentation. They gave me this burger with half the meat hanging off the bun. Annoying, because when you try to reassemble it into something proper to be called a burger, it's difficult because the cheese glues the whole abomination together. read more

We really love this place. Not much more you could ask for... Friendly and genuine people, great food and a comfortable place you can eat a good meal at. Discovered Culver's while on a vacation to Chicago last fall and we were very impressed with the level of service and food we received while in the north. Once we found out Rockwall had one, we had to visit. That level just smoothly carried over and you can tell in the food and people that work there. I love my whataburger and will always be loyal to them but Culver's really sets the bar on the level of service and the food is great. These people are simply kind and really care about the customer, not many places like this are left. It's much more than fast food, it's the people that serve you your meal that make the experience. Culver's has my business for good. We would definitely recommend it to all our friends and family. read more

It was 104 degrees outside and my wife was craving for Culver's concrete. Couldn't be a better day to go for it. This is the closest Culver's we found to downtown Dallas. 30 min drive, for the Oreo concrete, it was totally worth it. We have always loved it. I love this place! I'm not gonna lie I come here because I have a serious dairy addiction. I have eaten a burger here before and while they are quite tasty I keep coming back for my two special treats. The cheese curds and the custard. What can I say about the fried cheese curds....they are fried and they are cheese. Needs no more explanation. They are just plain yummy! The custard is like crack or at least as close to crack as I'm gonna get I'm not a drug addict. From the first bite until the last scraping of the little plastic bowl it's just delightful. If you like or love ice cream and you have never tried custard...please do yourself a favor and try just one scoop. For something to be so creamy and smooth and taste so yummy all at the same time it's almost sinful. Today we had a little variety going on. My son chose chocolate that's his usual. The chocolate custard tastes like Borden's chocolate milk in solid form. We got a cherry shake which was quite yummy as well. I got a two scoop even though my waist line doesn't approve. One scoop of vanilla, which is classic, and one scoop of the flavor of the day which happened to be double salted caramel pecan. OH BOY!! yeah I could have eaten a third not gonna lie! The inside is always clean and the service is always quick and friendly. We went through the drive thru today and it didn't take long at all. The food is yummy but I want to recognize the amazing staff and service we had today. They walked around and asked if we needed anything, such as more sauce or drink refills. When we were about to leave, it was pouring rain outside so my brother went to get the car. As I was standing by the door waiting with my baby nephew, Xcenia, one of the workers there, showed up next to me with an umbrella and walked us out to the car. That unexpected act of kindness really surprised me and lets me know that the people there really care. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I specifically went by to let them know that the special's text for the day was sent the night before at 9:30pm instead of the normal 9:30 am. Instead of thanking me for letting them know, the licensee insulted my intelligence by saying that there was nothing she could do about it now. Being a Wisconsin native I get a little teary eyed whenever I see a Culver's deep in the heart of Texas. This location is just the same as all the rest, right down to the cheese curds and custard. Take a look at their "Snack Packs." They're not advertised as much as their baskets, but they're a heck of a deal! This location is usually not very busy, which is nice. I really like this place, employees are friendly and greet you when you walk in, always smiling which is rare in a fast food joint. The burger s are fresh and cooked to order. The butter bun really does make a difference in the flavor. Good location with views of lake ray hubbard right across the street! We went through the drive through last night, which was pretty fast. We got 2 cheeseburgers, medium fries and drinks. I think $16 was a little overpriced, considering we didn't order custard. I will admit- their fries are some of the best- well cooked and seasoned. The meat, however, is really bland and needs salt and pepper. FALSE ADVERTISING! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to order a single scoop in a cup at the drive-thru. They showed my price as being $3.29 which I thought was a bit high. Then as I went past the posted prices, it showed $2.07 for a single scoop, but when I arrived at the window they told me it was "$2.23 plus a few cents for tax." When I told them the posted price, the repeated themselves. When I told them I wanted to speak with the manager, a young man came. He repeated what the previous person had stated, and when I stated what I had seen, then he told me he would go get his boss. His boss repeated the same thing and stated that he had just checked the posted price, and it was as they stated. I drove through again, and they had changed the posted price. Good customer service would have been to sell mine at the 1st posted price before they changed it. Although it may have cost them a few cents, they wouldn't have a poor review and have lost a customer! read more
