Was fine. Nothing out of the park but wasn't a bad burger. Fries were not my favorite but they were not bad. Service was pretty good. No negative really but nothing overly memorable or positive. Worth a try but not a go out of the way for place. read more

Food is always fresh And delicious but they always are closed before 10pm. They have workers hanging out and eating inside but when you pull up at the drive through at 9pm or 9:30pm they say they're closed. read more

A-OK. That's how I would describe the food here, pretty much. I live closeby and pass this place all the time and joke about how it can't possibly be a real restaurant because of how small it is. I decided to finally give it a try, after making those jokes for a while. I pulled up to the drive thru and immediately noticed the Olive Burger. I can't say that I've seen Olive Burger on the menu at many food places, or even at all, so that was definitely something that stood out to me. I will have to try it next time. I just ordered a double cheeseburger and curly fries, upsizing to a large curly fry and 44 Oz diet Dr. Pepper. The food took a bit but I think it's because they don't start making it until you order it--a testament to the freshness of their food? Either way it isn't as fast as fast food, or even In-N-Out, in terms of throughput. The food itself was pretty decent. It was a solid burger, with decently-sized patties. Everything that was supposed to be crisp was, like lettuce and pickles, and all-in-all this was a good burger. The curly fries were also very solid, but I think I like Arby's curly fries more. But that's just it. While everything is solid, it didn't blow me away. It wasn't better than other places, it was exactly a burger and nothing more. My last visit here I wasn't impressed the cashier was a bit rude. She appeared as though I was being an inconvenience to her during business hours. I don't like the fact the prices went sky high and the food isn't big portions. Night manager routinely closes the store early by 15-30 minutes and refuses service even though they are still making other orders.

Burgers here are good, nothing special but always hit the spot. Curly fries are awesome. Tried the frito pie and the fritos were stale, chili was okay, nacho cheese was (why??) the nail in the coffin. Not good. Onion rings are decent, but other fast food chains do better. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a burger and some curly fries, they're about all that's worth ordering on the menu. read more

I love this Burger street. There's really nothing special on their menu nor are their prices or outdoor seating any different but the service here is great. The food is always delicious, my hands are always moist after griping onto one of their yummy burgers topped with warm buttery buns. I really like their chicken sandwich here because it's always juicy and they don't put too much mayo on the buns which my waistline greatly appreciates. I agree with the other reviewers that their fries are superb, they are always served warm and crunchy. There are usually just two ladies working here so it may take a good 5-10 minutes for your food to come out but throw a tantrum because it is truly fresh. Last night's dinner of two burgers, large curly fries and a large (and I do mean large) soda cost me $13. read more

The garland burger street is TRASH. The food is good but the customer service is off the charts awful! The intercom for one is hard to hear and you have to repeat yourself over and over. Why don't they ask to pull up for clarity? Get to the window and instead of being greeted immediately, we wait AGAIN. We wanted to have a read back on our order to insure they heard our order right, but instead they work on your order...wait till it's done THEN they will open the window and take payment. Used to like to come here down the street from my apartment. Won't be visiting this location anymore cashier is rude acts like you owe her something for disturbing her drive through. Location always closes early and claims they run out of items most likely don't want to make. read more

Great service, made to order. You've got to try their Olive Burger. They sell frito pies. You can't bash on a place for it's frito pies. It's delicious. The frozen lemonades are great here. Chili' dogs are available. Small indoor seating area, but there's a nice outdoor seating area. There's two drive-thru lanes. It's kind of a bummer there's sometimes only two people working there and that it seems they don't get too much business. It's probably because they're so fast with their drive-thru orders! It's been there for as long as I can remember, and they have amazing curly fries and tater tots! It's on the top of my list for best local hamburgers in the area. read more

We passed by Burger Street a number of times and nothing screamed, "Try me!". I saw review for another location here on Yelp and decided to stop by and wasn't disappointed. The burgers are made fresh, the curly fries and onion rings were cooked just right, and just as imporantly the service was great. For a drive through burger joint it was really good. This is definitely my favorite "fast-food" like burger place in the area. The burgers are cooked when you order, their chili-fries are really good. The add-ons on the burgers are of so much higher quality compared to other burger places. This run down old place looks so bad on the outside. Everything on the outside gives this place a "frozen since 1970" vibe. Its right in front of Babes and you can't miss the antique sign they have. There were two cars in front of me and I thought I would never get my food. I waited for a long time to order and then waited another century to get my food. I ordered the Deluxe burger w/cheese ($4.80) it was kinda pricey for a burger itself..coming from a ff joint. The size was pretty big and they give you lots of vegs. I'm pretty picky about my burgers cause I know a bad burger by the after taste. Bad greasy cheap burgers gives me the nasty oozy feeling but this wasn't too bad. If I had to choose somewhere to get a burger really quick I would definitely go back to burger street for their burgers, fries and cherry limeade. Not the best food ever, but pretty darn good for a quick, no-cooking at home night. My kids liked the chicken strips with gravy and I liked the Single Deluxe hamburger. Nothing to go out of your way to get but definitely worth a try if you happen to pass by one. You will most likely be happy with your order. read more

First time here! Fantastic fresh in every way can't beat the price. A must for anybody in the area.

I am in this area 2 times a year when I go to my dentist. I always schedule my appointments around 11am. I don't know if it is because of my minty fresh breath but the food always tastes great. The burgers are always hot and the buns are fresh. I always order it with everything, including mayo. I don't know where they get their purple onions but boy are they strong. They should definitely provide breath mints (but they don't). I believe the burgers are a third of a pound. It isn't a thick burger but it has a large diameter. The meat is flavorful. The curly fries are always served hot and salted and at just the right doneness. Other locations are just as good, but for whatever reason, this location always pleases. read more

Our family has spent a ton of money at this location over the years. Enjoy their burgers. Frozen lemonades have been a treat for my kids and I. But I won't be back to this location because the customer service is deplorable. I actually came to Burger Street after getting food from a different fast food place because I like their beverages. I asked for a large 1/2 unsweet tea 1/2 Pink Lemonade and was told " we don't make Arnold Palmers here" . I chuckled and waited for a second and then realized maybe he wasn't joking. So I asked "oh you are serious?" To which he replied "Yeah". So I left the drive thru and will take my money elsewhere from now on. You have both beverages not sure what the problem is. Chick Fila, Sonic, and any other businesses that have both beverages have no problem making it. Not sure why you refuse to take customers money for something you have. Horrible service. The girl taking my order kept interrupting when I ordered a chili burger with mustard and jalapeños only.....not a Frito cheese chili burger. I ordered this for my husband whom is allergic to cheese/dairy. I live in south Garland so that really sucked. When we called to let them know.....the same girl "manager" just interrupted and snickered. He didn't even want to bother in going all the way back to have them correct it. They weren't even busy.
