I've been to several Culver's before but this was my first visit to this location. I arrived at 11:20 on a Wednesday and there were 6-8 tables full. I ordered my usual: Bacon Cheddar Butterburger, with curds and a drink. It came to $11.07 and the food has always been inexpensive here. My lunch arrived in seven mins. The drink selection at Culver's has always been limited to 3-4 choices for diabetics: Diet Coke, Diet Root Beer and unsweetened iced tea. The curds were hot and came in a full bag. The burger was hot, with fresh veggies, thick cheese and the correct condiments that I had ordered. Service at Culver's has always been minimal, to keep costs down. You order at the counter, take your assigned number and go sit down. They bring your meal to the table and you don't see them again. My husband and I went through the drive up window and ordered a root beer shake and a dish of the flavor of the day custard. You would think they'd get that to you while you wait at the window. Nope! They told us to go park in one of the waiting spots. We watched as others got their orders brought out to them. Then someone who came after us got their order. After waiting TEN MINUTES the employee brought the root beer shake. This was a TWO ITEM ORDER and they screwed it up. I asked where my dish of custard was. All of it, how they run the business, trash, how they overwork employees and yell at them for getting sick and taking time off so he can be a father to his child, he will make excuses on why there's not enough coverage or that we have to find somebody to cover a shift but that's his job as a GM. The ambiance is all out of wack, it's not a good place to work nor thrive in. If you hate your life and enjoy being yelled at for minimum wage and shitty food then so be it. He makes his workers handle things that he should be taking care of. The store itself is disgusting, they have bugs old custard in their drains and pipes. That's why it smells so horrible over at this location cause things aren't being taken care of properly. This place needs a serious makeover and new management. This place will get you sick if you aren't careful!!!! Stay away from the soups, they love going in there . Also don't even try coming to work with a doctors note, he will still put you down as ncns( no call no show ) even if you have the documents he needs. Some people are paid differently based on how they work, and on experience. A few people barely show up for their shifts but still get 40 hour pay, but if you miss a day you get taken off the schedule for 2 weeks, excused absences or not. We can't throw out old food, we have to serve it, no matter what. Even if we don't have a GF BUN GLUTEN FREE WE STILL HAVE TO SERVE A BUN, that doesn't sit right with me. The food they can get fresh meat at Costco but mr.krabs over here wanna be cheap and get mfs sick. The food by far a disappointing experience. Ordered one double deluxe basket and cod dinner and two other items came in about 5:30pm not overly busy but steady. The food took about 20 minutes to arrive at table I could see an order waiting to be delivered to table similar to our order. Sure enough our order sitting there. Food arrived cold, over cooked and dried out. Took it back to counter the guy ask what I want???? I requested a new order, 15 mins new order arrived not much better then first order. Separate order of a single scoop cone and shake, 15 minute delivery to table, all this with two or three people coming inside. 1 star customer service 1/2 star food quality and zero stars for cleanliness of restaurant. read more

They even give my dogs pup cups at the drive thru at times. Yes. I have received wrong orders here before. My sister and I made a big order and my sister ordered her birthday ice cream when we got home we noticed the ice cream was not there. My sister called the store and spoke to Brianna the assistant manager she informed My Sister the only way to get the ice cream was to come back to the store. My Sister told them we cannot come back to the store. We don't live very close. She said then you don't get the ice cream. This is unacceptable. It was their mistake, not ours so why would we have to go back until we're ready? We are regular shopper at this Culver's they know who we are. I am not a Culver's regular. My family and I will swing by one sometimes during the summer for a treat. Personally I am pretty much on a meat and veggie diet. Had to come across town for a vet visit so I stopped her for french fries for our girls since we arrived a bit early. Drove through the line super fast. They oddly after paying I had to wait in a parking spot with a stick note number which I placed on the back of my side mirror. Maybe to keep the line flowing. This time I had to wait a couple minutes at the counter to order, nobody in front of me, just waiting for a worker to turn around from the food window. Ordered and sat down. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Don't bother going through the drive thru, you will sit in your car forever and they never seem to get the order right or give you condiments or utensils. One time I went inside to order and stood near the counter to wait. The gal that had my order in hand decided to take my order on a journey through out the entire restaurant before she called out my name. Pretty good burgers and very good custard. I'd go out of my way to eat here if it wasn't for the horrible horrible horrible service. They don't seem understaffed - usually plenty of people standing around, they just don't seem to work or care. My last visit I waited for 20 min for a hamburger and finally asked for my money back. The young lady was less then friendly as she got the manager who made me wait for 5 more minutes. He then took my receipt and issued a refund. I don't know that I've been to a Culver's that really stood out. This location like all the other chains was nothing out of the ordinary. The drink station area needed restocking and a wipe down, and their drinks did not taste good; there was no flavor to the lemonade. Food arrived quick and for fast food it was ok and had a small kids menu to choose from. My kids had the corn dog and the burger. The corn dog was scorching hot for my toddler so be forewarned. The kids menu comes with a main, drink, side, and custard dessert. We were told they ran out of kid cups so we had to go up to the counter when we were ready to ask for it. I've given this place so many chances. I've been coming here for the past year because it's one of the few fast food places in the area. The wait for your food is always ridiculously long no matter when you go. I've had my order messed up multiple times. But last week was absolutely the worst experience I've had. I ordered lunch with a concrete shake. As I'm eating the shake I feel something sharp in my mouth. I spit it out and there's a piece of jagged plastic. I go through the shake and find more pieces of plastic in my shake. I call the manager and let him know that food is being contaminated. He said "yeah sometimes that happens with the shakes". Absolutely unacceptable. If that was a small child swallowing that plastic things could've ended up differently. Either I've been spoiled by Freddy's or there is something amiss at this Culver's location. The drive through here is the worst aspect about this place. If you are planning to get food of any kind here, you may as well go inside. Once you order and pay at the window in the drive thru, they will always give you a little order number sticker and tell you to wait in the parking lot for them to bring you your food. At first glance, this drive thru procedure doesn't seem too bad, but I've found the service is dreadfully slow. I've waited over ten minutes for this 'fast food' in my car. Their burgers are great, just not worth waiting this long for. I quickly discovered that unless you're ordering custard only, you must skip the drive thru. Speaking of the custard, I feel like it is already 25% melted by the time you receive it at this location. I live five minutes away, and by the time I get home it's 50% melted. I've read a couple reviews making this observation, so I feel like I'm not just getting super unlucky. Also today my custard had what felt like undissolved powder inside. Not very appetizing. Overall, highly disappointed with this restaurant. Awful Ordered a three piece cod dinner Oreo concrete small It was $19 which I thought was pricy, but I thought ok if it's good maybe it's worth it I placed my order at 5:32 I called to see where my order was at 5:58 sine they have you order and park I was completely frustrated by this point They gave me the concrete when I paid so at this point it was completely melted I had the intention on taking the food home eating then having the concrete...to me that made sense I had no idea it would take over 30 min to prepare the order If this was the case, perhaps give me the option of taking the concrete then or sending it with my order. I asked to just cancel it because at this point I'm over waiting and chances it's good are low because clearly they are behind, and just trying to get the orders out. This was our first ever visit to a Culvers location and we had heard good things about them from most people in the area. So, since it was a busy day and we didn't want to cook and this is about one mile from our place - burgers! Parking was a breeze and we got a spot right in front. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they were patient while we looked through the menu to get a feel for what we wanted. I opted for the butterburger with two patties, fries and a mint and Oreo concrete mixer. I loved the burger, the bun was definitely buttery and the patty was cooked nicely. The fries were crinkle cut (my fave) and they made a great side option. The best part of the whole deal was the concrete mixer. Our cashier recommended it to me and said that it was the most popular order - there was no wondering why! The custard was a great change from a typical milkshake and the mint flavor was nicely done and not overwhelming. Went to Culvers for their concrete mixer tonight and while the mixer was good, I found multiple sharp, plastic shards mixed into the actual mixer itself? Upon further inspection, I found that the plastic cup rim must've been broken while mixing the product or something, which is very disappointing and a little concerning! If a child were to have eaten this, it might've proved a little more dangerous. I am understanding of mistakes but it seems a little negligent on customer service and could seriously hurt someone! read more
