I feel bad for the employees under the manager that worked today. The manager (tattoo on face) was literally yelling at an employee for not printing a receipt all while 3 of us stood there in line. So uncomfortable and awkward, but very abusive imo! Oh and the manager threatened to take it out of her paycheck if it happened again The GM or owner of this place needs to look into this behavior and the treatment of people. read more

I read a few bad reviews and man I hard disagree. The woman and young man hooked me up. I'm extremely impressed with the tlc they put in my order and how all the toppings looked very fresh. Standard subway fare. Was in and out quickly, service was friendly and had no issues. Nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about. I did notice that the prices seem to be a little higher than the subway by PV mall that I usually frequent. I see other reviews stating this is a 24/7 shop so perhaps that is why? Probably one of the best subways in the valley. I'm constantly driving for work, so I've been to plenty of our subways in AZ, and never have I ever enjoyed my food and experience more. Patel TOTALLY HOOKED ME UP by making the tastiest sub I've had from subway in a while. She stacked the ingredients on too, no skimping out whatsoever, absolute money sandwich. I got a coupon for 3 footlong subs for 20 bucks everything went fine til they charged me double the order so th total ended to be 60$ they said they gave me a refund but i still have not received a payment back literally the worst sub place i have ever been too! Came here to get a sandwich late tonight for takeout. They used to be open 24-hours, but now they close at 3am. It was 2:45am, and they already had the door locked. Was standing outside grabbagreen doing a backpack drive and one of the employees was outside on break and I'm having a conversation with a customer about how we are raising money for abused kids and another employee comes out asks him a questions and he starts yelling at her cussing and causing a huge scene. It made me and the person I was talking to very uncomfortable. So I went in and told the person who was on duty and it really didn't seem like she cared. Being that I actually wanted to eat subway for lunch made me really uneasy and would not recommend this location to anyone. I have come to this Subway for the last 3 years. I am often up late or up early, so I like how it's open 24 hrs. I usually will come in at night, as it's an opportunity to take a night drive and get some food. Over the 3 years, I have seen plenty of different people working the night shift, they were all either really nice or neutral workers. This morning at 4 am, I came in to a new guy working. Completely, overtly disappointed by my patronage. I step up to the counter. He comes from around back and the disappointment was clearly displayed on his face immediately. His eyes had an 'F you' look. While he lazily put on his gloves, he looked at me, then turns his whole torso to look at the clock to his left, as to somehow nonverbally communicate to me that I came in during his nap time or something. At this point, I'm close to telling him something like 'if you don't like your job this much, then quit' because his attitude was so overtly unwelcoming, I felt extremely uncomfortable. He proceeded to speak very softly and lazily asking me what I wanted, I had to ask him to repeat himself to many times because not only was he speaking so low, he didn't look at me once while I was giving him my order, instead, he was looking at the ground. I was really ticked because this subway has been pretty solid for the last 3 years. The man working that night wasn't wearing a name tag. I don't know his name. He is a chubby dude who looks to be in his 40s, graying dark drown hair that goes to the bottom of his neck, and his has scruffy facial hair that's also graying. He also had blue eyes. If you walk in late at night and see this guy, fair warning, he is very uncomfortable to deal with, and you may want to steer clear of this subway if you're looking for a late night meal. I for one, will not be spending my money here again if he is working, I will walk right out if I see him again. read more

Wow, I sincerely thought I was on a hidden camera TV Show! I ordered online and after 30 minutes I walked into the restaurant and watched 2 women in the back walking back and forth in the back room seemingly very busy so I sat patiently and waited. After 10 minutes of sitting in a restaurant with every table dirty and 0 customers I stood up and asked. "Did you get an online order?" and the response was "Yes, but we're VERY busy". I said "OK and sat back down". After about 5 minutes I was informed that they only had bowls that were high up on a shelf and she couldn't reach them without getting on a stool or ladder. Trying to get my wife her salad... I said "Could I help you reach them?" She laughed and the other woman said she could get the ladder out. After about 5 more minutes I was informed. "We don't have lids either, so what do you want to do about that?" I asked, 'Do you have plastic wrap... like what you use to cover food with sometimes?" And she said, "We can make the salad into a wrap? After a comical back and forth dialogue In addition to the salad (With no bowl or lid) I ordered a chicken and bacon ranch sandwich and she said... "We're out of ranch too... and we are REALLY busy" Yet, still nobody was in the restaurant. Choosing to take my wife's salad home carefully without a lid, she threw it into a bag and said "I hope that doesn't spill!" Still thinking I was on a Hidden Camera show I tried to be as nice and polite as possible, but WOW... poor service would be an understatement. I've been to this place several times and typically have had a very different experience with a young man that goes above and beyond every time. Girls behind the counter have horrible attitudes and put out looks on their faces that make you feel like you are bothering them. Worst Subway I have ever encountered. We wandered into this Subway due to the fact that the at the first Subway location we attempted to order sandwiches from, none of the 5 customers in front of us were wearing masks. We hoped we would have better luck here since when we entered the restaurant we were the only customers. When the man working behind the counter turned around to face us in order to take our sandwich order, he was not wearing a mask, nor was there a mask anywhere near him. Since we were not in the mood to catch Covid tonight, we turned around and walked right out the door. Racist, disrespectful, refused to server subway Today at 12:30 AM I went to subway with my wife to have sandwich. Kevin was helping us with our order. We were buying 2 foot long one for us and one for our friends. After the subway was grilled I said we want letus, tomato and cucumber. My wife said put all the veggies and I said no as my friends did not want spinach and couple of others veggies. Kevin who was making the sandwich in a very rude tone said can you guys decide what you want on your sandwich as I am getting confused. On which I said buddy just relax as it was just a discussion between me and my wife and I was giving him the order. He mentioned I think you guys don't understand meaning of confused. To which I lost my cool and said its not the way to talk. What did he mean by us (me and my wife) not understanding the word confused was he trying to put a point as we are Indians we would not understand English. Then he further lost his cool on which I asked for manager's number to which he replies he is the manager. I almost know everyone in the store so I said then give me your manages number to which he replied it written on the door somewhere. When I was not able to find managers number on store I asked again to give me number to which he gave the number of Chris and said "take this dude and get out of the store" and he refused to server us a sandwich as he had thrown away the previous 2 sandwich which he was making . When I said that's not the way to talk to customers he replied I can talk as I refuse to sell you sandwich and we ( I and my wife) are trespassing in his property. I am not sure if I would ever return to this or any other subway after this incident. As I always use to go to subway to be happy and have a good time. But this incidence has left extremely bad impression. Specially this being holiday season you want to spread happiness and customers should not be ill treated. I will make sure I spread the word and warn all of my colleagues and friends that this branch subway be very careful as Kevin might just decline you or refuse to make a sandwich and snap at you leaving you in a very in comfortable situation. I don't know why am I wasting my time in middle of the night to write this long email as I am not sure if any action would be taken. Luckily I had Taco Bell to my rescue and making sure I don't sleep without food. I'm not a huge subway fan when it comes to taste/flavor, regardless they are consistent (which I cant say for some much higher priced hoggie/sub and sandwich shops). This particular store is open 24 hours - I appreciate that, a LOT. Its a great late night alternative to the fast food competitors - you certainly feel better in the morning and its better for you. Basically I stop eating here. I had been eating at this location for many years since I live nearby. The last 2 times I got the meatball sub, the meatballs were cold. I now eat across Bell Road at Jersey Mike's, where the steak and Italian subs are great. Today, I am going to try the Friday Subway lunch special, tuna for $3.00. read more

This is the worst subway I've ever experienced. They usually only have one person working so it takes a very long time to order anything if there is any sort of line. One time after waiting 20 minutes to even begin to order I wanted a steak and cheese sandwich but they were out of steak, so I wanted a meatball sandwich instead but they only had cold meatballs. Had lunch in this subway yesterday and the employees were friendly and the sandwich was good but the moment they allowed the guy with the dog in the restaurant that wasn't a service animal, that's when i got up and left the restaurant. The dog was sneezing on everyone and lunging at everyone that walked by. I will not eat in a restaurant where they don't follow proper health codes. That dog could have had flees, ticks or any other kind of virus that could have spread when it was sneezing on every one, or it could have had flees or ticks that could jump on someone and make them ill. Sad to see that restaurant's break health codes for profits and risk the public's health for profits. I looked online on the Scottsdale ES and it says only service animals are allowed in restaurants. This particular subway is a little strange. It seems the owners are usually there helping customers which is good, but the more veggies you add to your sandwich the more aggravated they get! I went in here at 2am and ordered four sandwiches that were very complicated , the sandwich artist by the name of Xavier was very helpful, he did not rush me and made my sandwiches just the way I wanted, did not give me "attitude" like other sandwich artist do when I ask for extra veggies!
