Went for first time today. Placed my order the clerk taking my order was As professional as they can be. Besides that It was disappointing with the medium drink size... Common give me a break!!!!!!!!! While I was waiting I over heard the food expediter complain very loudly that the dope frying the fish wasn't preparing the fish before frying it correctly but even so he pushed my order out that he was complaining about? Why was I served food that was not prepared correctly. The fry cook was indifferent and basically told the expediter to mind his Owen business. To tell the trouth the fish sucked ...It was mushy and half battered? Atlantic Cod is supposed to be flaky but just mush. I will never give this chain another chance. $30.00 worth of crap and all I was looking for was a great new experience that was ruined by bickering and pushing out a shit product. read more

First time eating at Culver's. I've seen them around but never stopped to eat there. Great burgers with the best buns. We also had fries and onion rings - also very good. Restaurant was clean and workers neatly dressed. We will def be back. read more

Absolutely great! We ate here more than once on our vacation to Destin. Food, service, and cleanliness were excellent. It is almost impossible to feed a family of four quality food for under $30 these days, especially in a vacation area. But this Culver's in Destin does it well. They have a pot roast dinner that is on par with restaurants that would and could price it 2-3 times more. We like to get the pot roast, mashed potatoes, and green beans with a couple of custard pints for the family at the drive thru window on our way back from the beach to take back to the condo. From the public beach access turn left at souvenir shop and Culver's is at the highway intersection. Delicious and convenient. The Reubens are just Awesome. Onion rings are crispy real onions in rings, as opposed to minced onions and fillers pressed into a circle. Our kids love the Buffalo tenders and cheese curds. My family goes to destin twice a year and we were so happy to see Culver's had just opened up! We decided to try it and we all honestly felt like it was the "beef version of chick-fil-a" because everyone was so nice & friendly and we couldn't have asked for better customer service. i got a classic butter burger & fries (which were all cooked perfectly) and with my group of 8 we were all very satisfied with our meals AND it came out super fast. We are from Wisconsin so when we saw a Culver's here in Florida we got super excited and wanted to try it. When we walked in it was packed (like every other restaurant in Destin). The guy at the register said to us it's a 20-30 minute wait for food so we said okay because we had already checked soooo many other restaurants and had been given at least an hour wait time at other places. We ordered and sat down and waited OVER AN HOUR for 'fast food'. The people around us in the restaurant were all in the same boat as us waiting forever for their food. It was ridiculous. I've been to Culver's several times and was disappointed every time, until last night. I got into town late and was looking for somewhere convenient. We ordered burgers, fries and cheese curds. They had us pull to the front where they hand delivered our food; Great Customer Service!The food was still hot when arriving to our hotel. Everything was fresh and delicious. Cracked open the new Culver's! What a great addition to the Emerald Coast. We tried the fish and chips and the butterfly shrimp. We also had their awesome shakes. The slaw was crisp, fresh and delicious! The fries and onion rings were excellent. The sides include mashed potatoes and green beans as well and the sandwich selection includes burgers, pot roast, wild caught cod and chicken. We had a great lunch. Food was excellent and the staff was very friendly! We had burgers and also tried the cheese curds, and everything was cooked perfectly. We have always enjoyed the food at Culvers but tonight the team really went out of their way to make our experience special. We met some family and friends there to eat dinner and celebrate my daughter's birthday. They closed off the back room for us and then had their mascot Scoopie come in and see my daughter.
