The host was friendly and eager to get us a table, but nothing available- 15 min wait. Two seats open at the bar so we moved quick! Makala was our bartender. She was fantastic; friendly and super knowledgeable. We shared a smash burger, relax haters we had a late lunch and wanted room for dessert. Smash burger with fries was fantastic. Seasoned perfectly and the sliced pickles were great. Turtle Cheesecake was , so good! Atmosphere was 10! Staff was 10! Food was 10! We visit this area 3-4 times a year, see you again in March!

We landed at Local Catch in search of grouper and we found it! I loved their blackened grouper with beurre blanc sauce, green beans and mashed potatoes. Before diving into the grouper, I shared nachos with the table and they too were surprisingly awesome. Local Catch makes their nachos with home made tortillas and something about how they topped them with pork, lots of cheese, and a little bit of a sweet salsa, madee them memorable. Other items on the seafood and American fare inspired menu include tacos, burgers, po' boys, steaks and salad. If I wasn't craving grouper, it would have been hard to choose. Service was excellent as well. We visited during the busy spring break season and there was plenty of parking in the private lot. Our server, Angie, checked on us frequently and was very attentive and friendly. The manager on duty, Derrick, also checked on us frequently but also checked with other diners also to ensure their dining experience was going well. I also want to thank one of the other managers, Andre, who reached on to me after the prior experience, which shows you that Shunk Gulley cares about its customers and looks to improve.
