We have been there twice for Latte's. The are consistently good. Be aware, they do add 15% tip (plus an additional tip line) and 2.5% for some local A&E scam. I did take a star off since I think mandatory tipping is against the basic premise of tipping tradition. However I guess that additional mandatory expense is the price you pay for the "Simple, beautiful life" in Seaside. The baked goods look great, however in the spirt of full disclosure, we haven't tried them. I am sure we will be back in the days remaining days we have in Seaside because it is the best latte in Seaside that we have found. read more

My fav coffee whenever I go down to FL beaches! A bit pricey but expected for the area, and I will say the coffee is great! I normally get a cereal milk latte with whole milk. I have been to multiple locations and would say it is pretty consistently great! Also doesn't taste too artificially sweet. As for breakfast, the pastry items are OK. They are good, but I don't know if it is worth the price. For a meal, I got a turkey, egg, cheese sandwich with sourdough (not pictured) but 4/5. The vibes are always good at this coffee shop. The service was slow, but it was SO busy - 4th of July weekend! Normally the service isn't too bad. Still my fav coffee on 30a. Lots of people beefing about the 15% gratuity when you buy food, and agreed that sign is small but I don't think it's that criminal. I'd tip that much anyways so whatever. I agree with the 3 star rating for this place. A lot of pastries to pick from but they were just okay, and seemed to be pre-frozen. We tried 3 in total. Breakfast bagel Sammie lacked flavor. Bacon was mushy and the there wasn't enough cheese. The coffee was smooth but for someone who loves creamy lattes, the tan line wasn't sweet enough for me. I think either I sold this place short last year, or the pastries have improved. I'm especially partial to the morning bun, but the cinnamon roll had plenty of fans in my house. It's also a reliable stop for coffee (and they'll also grind some beans for you to stock your vacation house), and for brunch -- with an especially nice piece of french toast, crispy on the outside, incredibly tender on the inside. Caution! This place with tax the hell out of you that isn't discovered until checkout. There is an automatic gratuity of 15%, there's an Arts & Entertainment (A&E) of 2.5% then of course there's state tax. The food on the other hands was mediocre at best with the standout being coffee. The artisan breads and pastries look good although I got burned on my order of Sausage, Egg & Cheddar biscuit as the sausage was a dry puck and biscuit was so big all you really tasted was biscuit. Coffee and pastries are good but outrageously expensive in my opinion. Super long lines for mediocre and very pricey goods is not something I'd recommend to anyone. On top, part of my order got forgotten and because of the morning rush of people, I only realised it once I was already on my way home. The pastries, breakfast sandwich, and kids grass-fed burger were yummy. The pastries we enjoyed were the pistachio, croissant, almond croissant, chocolate chip cookie, cinnamon roll, and the lemon blueberry scone. We loved them all. The olive rosemary sourdough bread was delicious we used it for sandwiches at home. We also grabbed loaves of the multigrain and plain sourdough. Had to try this place while on vacation since the first time we drove by, there was a line out the door. We got there 3 minutes after opening and there was already a large line. We waited at least 30 min to put our order in. The specialty lattes (tan line and cereal milk) were both good but enjoyed cereal milk a little better because more flavorful. I found it interesting they didn't have anything caramel flavored on the menu which is my husband's go to. They had a large pastry menu- my kids got the sprinkle cookie and the cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was huge and very tasty! We didn't try any breakfast sandwiches but probably would next time. I was honestly just not wanting to wait. My family and I were staying nearby for a week on vacation and this was a frequented establishment for our coffee and breakfast hankerings. This is a cute little shop located right off of 30A right next to the town-semicircle in SeaSide! Walking in you can see the awesome pastries, breads and other breakfast items and smell the espresso dripping into their craft lattes. The staff was friendly, offered good suggestions and it was a quick turnaround time! They make their own syrups in-house and I had to get the Honey-Lavender Latte with a splash of oat milk. I am a sucker for honey lavender and they crafted this latte well, the perfect combination of coffee and sweet syrup! I also had to get a slice of sourdough toast (as that is what they are known for) and it was AMAZING!!! I immediately went home and spread on some Kerrygold butter and I really do not believe that it get's better than this! This is an absolutely must-try if you are in the area! read more

Seaside - Be aware that the lady at the register automatically adds a 15% gratuity to every order (without advertising it or telling you) and then you will automatically get prompted by the register to add an additional tip. I felt like this was intentionally deceptive. We were a party of 4 and each ordered individually and it was on every ticket. Keep in mind you order at the register, you find a table, they bring you your food, and then you bus the table yourself. Also, a friend had an issue with her food and when she went to the register to ask if they could fix it, the lady was very rude and wouldn't do anything until my friend produced her receipt. Even then the lady acted rude and bothered and started throwing dishes around to the other workers saying something about getting it fixed. I felt bad for the poor young man working there who was so nice. My friend was almost in tears because of the experience. The food was just fine. Not worth the bad experience though. The lady at the counter was older with grey and purple hair. Also, every store in Seaside charges you a 2.5% A&E 'voluntary' tax on each purchase. My group gave the City plenty of money the first day so the second day we caught on and started asking merchants to remove it. They say it's for the markets and concerts, but yet the market vendors get charged to set up. I feel like this is excessive. read more
