The Donut Hole was such a great spot. I got the 2-egg breakfast which came with bacon, hash browns, and bread -- everything was cooked perfectly and super satisfying. My fiancé ordered the eggs Benedict and it was also really good. We finished with a sprinkle chocolate donut that was so soft and delicious. Everything tasted fresh and comforting, definitely a place I'd come back to again! read more

My first stop when arriving in Panama city. So many good breakfast options. My go to is two eggs over medium with home fries and toast. They are known for their donuts and you know it's good because there's always a line and there are many popular flavors. I had the Dutch donut which was incredible! it's good to arrive early because the line does get long. read more

There are several Donut Holes along 98. Depending on the day and time you may have a wait but worth it! Great breakfast items and big and tasty deli sandwiches for lunch or dinner. The bakery items are really good but go early because they run out quickly. It's a great old school feel cafe with mom's cooking! read more

Donut Hole is a staple for my family every time we're in Destin. No frills, good food, big portions, reasonably priced, and quick service. A classic diner experience. You wait in line to be seated, and if you go at peak times, the line will definitely be out the door. My go-to is an omelet with hash browns and a biscuit. You can't really go wrong, except for maybe the side salad left something to be desired. But who gets a side salad at a diner anyway. read more

We usually go to Destin but this year vacationed at Panama City Beach, so had to find the nearest Donut Hole & Inlet Beach location did not disappoint. It's a bright & clean looking spot with lots of room. At 7:45 on a Monday, late in the season, I avoided the usual line out the door for donuts. With friendly, fast (& patient) service, the cashier filled the box to my meticulous instructions. 2 pumpkin iced, 2 key lime, one coconut, etc. until, all too quickly, my dozen were done. They were delicious as ever. They have eat-in options as a full restaurant as well so check it out. read more

Great breakfast place, charming southern atmosphere, thick-cut bacon and huge pancakes.

Popped in for a quiet bite solo and as usual, food was out hot and fast! Never skip the cheese grits!! Grabbed a few donuts on the way out for later. It's one of those must stop traditions you'll never regret! read more

My nephew and I went there last week to try their donuts for the first time. They were incredibly fresh and delicious. The variety is so creative, and the restaurant menu looked fantastic as well. We can't wait to go back and try more of what they offer. The cashier, Donna, was so sweet and did an excellent job explaining the different donuts to us. I almost feel like going back just because of her. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and takes pride in it. Thank you, Donna read more

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife and twins. We had decided to stop at Donut Hole because our gate agent at PIT had raved about it during check-in for our flight. Donut Hole is a standalone building right near where Highway 98 meets 30A. Outside, they have benches and seats along with a couple of games like cornhole and ping pong. Inside, they have a large display case full of baked goods as well as lots of donuts on display behind the counter. If you want to eat in, they can accommodate that too, with plenty of seating available. For my donuts this morning, I decided to go with a toasted coconut and also chose a strawberry angel. My wife picked a chocolate donut with coconut, while my son went with a sprinkles and chocolate icing donut, and my daughter chose a pistachio muffin. I started with the toasted coconut donut and thought it tasted good. I appreciated that the coconut was toasted, and the donut itself had the texture of a cake donut, but one that was still somewhat light. After that, I ate my strawberry angel. The donut was light and fluffy, and the strawberry cream filling was sweet and tasty. My wife also thought her coconut donut was flavorful, and my twins each ate most of theirs, which showed they liked them. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. I appreciated the vibe here, thought that their donuts were good, and would like to try to dine in. read more

Bring your appetite! The portions are plenty, the food delicious, the donuts scrumptious, and the service friendly. Don't forget about the ice tea. Why more establishments don't offer quality tea in lieu of a watered down substance is beyond me. Bravo D H! We visited this place several times and appreciated the later hours as most places closed earlier. You can't go wrong with the breakfast items: eggs, grits, hash browns, sausage links & patties, salted ham & breakfast ham, bacon, pancakes, parfaits, and homemade biscuits. The hamburgers are massive and delicious. My hubby couldn't even finish it. The Donut Hole is definitely on our PCB vacay dining list. We stopped by on our way out and got donuts to go. Many hours later they made the perfect road trip snack. Can't wait to come back! read more

Cute breakfast place for the family. Lots for kids to do while you wait from Cornhole/bags to table tennis/ping-pong. The option for donuts is pretty big and they look delicious. We sat down and ate and I do wish they had an option for Turkey sausage or Chicken sausage. They also didn't have feta as option for omelet. The coffee was pretty good and the sour dough toast was delicious!! My daughter got the short stack which is 2 HUGE pancakes. I just got an omelet with cheese and avocado. read more

A well known staple while vacationing in 30A!! I always try to stop in here when I can to grab some doughnuts. This place is packed so expect a line unless you're there extremely early in the morning. I got about 8 and got a chocolate cake, chocolate angels, vanilla angel, sour cream, blueberry cake, strawberry jelly and chocolate iced. I think these doughnuts are good! But to me, they are slightly better Dunkin Dougnhts Don't knock it till you try it but there are definitely better doughnuts on 30A but these are still good!!! read more

Great for breakfast and lunch, may get crowded but worth the wait. Nice staff and clean inside.

Love this place! The food is consistently amazing, and the staff is always warm, friendly, and on top of things. Service is efficient, and the coastal atmosphere--with all its thoughtful design touches--makes every visit feel relaxing. I've even picked up several mugs and T-shirts over the years as gifts because the vibe is just that great. One small suggestion: Consider placing the entrance rules (for dine-in vs. to-go) directly on the doors at eye level. My family knows the routine, but we often see new or confused diners unsure where to enter. When I point out the signage above the doorway, people are always surprised--it's simply too easy to miss. Just recently I helped a first-time diner, and the woman behind me mentioned she's been coming for years and had never noticed the sign. Not a complaint at all--just a small tweak that could make an already fantastic experience even smoother. Highly recommend this place! read more

We were over this way to run errands and decided to eat here because of the selection. I wanted breakfast and my friend wanted lunch. I had 2scrambled eggs and bacon , stone ground grits with their delicious biscuits. She had hamburger steak with onions, mushrooms, cheese and gravy and her side was coleslaw. We both enjoyed our food and with the large portions we had to take some home. Our waitress was wonderful and seemed to anticipate our needs. Would highly recommend this place and we will be back. read more

We heard this place is known for their donuts, so we had to give it a try! The line was wrapped around the inside when we arrived, which made things a little awkward--standing so close to people eating while trying to dodge the busy servers. Thankfully, the line moved pretty quickly, and we were up to the front in about 30 minutes. They still had a full selection of donuts when we got there, which was great. We picked out six and paid around \$13--totally reasonable for the quality and size. We enjoyed almost all of them! The apple pie-filled donut and the coconut-topped one were our favorites. The only miss was the blueberry sour cream (or maybe cake?) donut--it was a bit dry for our taste. Overall, a tasty stop that's worth a visit if you don't mind the wait! Decided to skip a "donut only" visit and sat in the main dining area this morning during our yearly trip to Rosemary with a party of 9. The server really struggled. In years past the Mexican scramble was a favorite so I went with it. I asked to substitute bacon for ham for two of the scrambles and the server failed to put the order in correctly and they came out normal. On top of that issue, the tortillas did not come out and she was nowhere to be found so I sat for a good 8-10 minutes as my food got cold and everyone else ate. She was nice, but clearly wasn't getting things right. The scramble was covered in a salsa that definitely should've been on the side as it was cold and the cheese on top was cold and not melted. All around not an exciting meal. The biscuits are below average so I would stay away from them if you have had a quality biscuit in the past. The hashbrowns and bacon were both pretty good. If you're looking for a standard hash brown, egg, bacon and toast breakfast they will get the job done. Otherwise, I would not venture out far past a breakfast like that or what they're known for, donuts.... read more

Great place to go for breakfast. All of the food there was delicious. The space was very clean, spacious and bright, which really accentuated everything about the restaurant. The staff was friendly and prompt. The food came out very quickly so no lukewarm or cold food! And lastly, the donuts were delicious as well. The one sore spot about my experience here occurred after I got home and checked my credit card. I have this thing where I always tip an amount that will round out the bill for me (makes reviewing my credit card a little easier). However, when I checked my credit card bill, I noticed that the restaurant rounded up my tip amount to the nearest dollar, which then made the total not end in --.00. Granted it was less than a quarter, but it's an extremely lazy/shady practice and one I imagine could get them into trouble. It's infuriating when restaurants do this. I hope they fix this. read more

It doesn't disappoint. Good service good food. The donuts and breakfast are always worth waiting for.

I am so happy we were able to stop by the Donut Hole! I had heard so many good things about this place, and it was definitely on my list while on our trip to Rosemary Beach! Our Airbnb was so close, that we were able to ride our bikes over in the morning. This place was so much more than I expected. I had no idea that they also served a complete breakfast spread, so if I ever find myself back in Rosemary, I will definitely try it. We only made a quick stop for donuts, and they did not disappoint. I absolutely loved the chocolate frosted donut and would 100% get it again. The staff were super friendly and fast paced. As a warning, you will find yourself waiting in line, but trust me, it is worth it, and it moved fairly fast! The line is a lot longer for the breakfast portion, but I liked the openness of the space. We ate our donuts on the lawn in the front of the budding, and it was super nice. They have a bunch of chairs and even corn hole out front to play. Definitely worth checking this spot out! read more
