They are busy this Sunday morning. They offer friendly, counter service and have a great menu of coffee cakes, overnight oats, and muffins as well as breakfast sandwiches with the usual suspects espresso, Americano, cappuccino, late, mocha and beyond. This coffeeshop is my favorite when I come to my happy place in Florida, Rosemary Beach! The ambiance is beach casual, fresh, clean lines, artsy. Everything lovely including 30A merch

This is a quaint little coffee shop in the midst of all that is the touristy town of Rosemary Beach. It was very conveniently located and the Bartista was so personable. It was a nice place to take a breather, but probably not a place you'd want to sit for hours. I enjoyed the latte I got, but it wasn't the most incredible coffee I've tasted. Also, it was very expensive and nearly $9 for a cup of coffee (probably typical of this area). I am not dying to go back, but it was a decent experience during my travels.

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife and our twins for our morning coffee. When on vacation, we try to hit up a new local coffee shop, and on this morning we decided to go to Amavida Coffee Roasters. This shop is located on North Barrett Square. It was super crowded on the day that we went, and the inside had a modern, airy look with high open ceilings, exposed piping, and white tile along the back wall. There were shelves of coffee beans and merchandise on one side, a pastry case full of baked goods, and a counter where drinks were being made. In addition to the coffee, the shop also includes a section selling 30A-branded apparel, complete with its own checkout counter and displays of shirts, hats, and accessories. For my coffee on this morning, I went with a 24 oz iced latte with macadamia milk, and my wife chose a 16 oz mocha with macadamia milk as well. At $8.00 and $7.25 respectively, it wasn't exactly cheap, but I appreciated that I could add non-dairy milk without an upcharge. From the time I entered the store until I had left was probably 20 minutes or so, and then we headed to the beach where I could enjoy my coffee. My coffee ended up being solid, with the espresso flavor right at the front, followed by an earthy and nutty finish from the macadamia milk. My wife also enjoyed her mocha and appreciated the extra flavor from the macadamia milk too. The bottom line for me is that I might stop by here again in the future. While I thought that my coffee was good and I liked that you could pick the milk of your choosing, the prices were definitely on the steeper side.

We took a short trip from WaterColor this morning to visit Rosemary Beach, and of course, our first stop was coffee! We decided on Amavida Coffee Roasters, which had a line out the door. Don't let the line scare you, it moves fairly quickly. Everything we had, both food and drinks, was very good. The baristas were friendly and welcoming, and the nitro cold brew was exceptional. The chorizo and egg taco was also very good, but fair warning: it's extremely small (literally about two bites). As for the prices, I've seen a lot of reviews complaining about how expensive it is, but honestly, that shouldn't be a surprise. You're not going to find "value pricing" in Santa Rosa, Seaside, WaterColor, or anywhere else along 30A. Real estate is high, and this is an upscale tourist destination. That said, the prices here are comparable to other local competitors. Overall, it was a good experience with above-average coffee and food. I'd definitely return the next time I'm in the area. It was a solid 4.5 stars!

Delicious coffee and excellent service. I walked in and really enjoyed the decor of the store. I was greeted with warm smiles and kind staff. I ordered a toasted caramel iced latte for myself and a coconut latte for my husband before heading to the beach with our little one. The coffee was just what we needed for a beautiful day--so glad we stopped by!

    Paid $6 for this.

$20 for two coffees and this laughable excuse for a "Breakfast Taco." Gross food and stupid prices. Go literally anywhere else.

The matcha is so good we came twice for it. It is on the sweeter side so I wouldn't add any extra! They also offer cute artisan style goodies. I am excited to try the lavender simple syrup I bought. They were friendly both times and the place is so cute! Definitely recommend if you're in rosemary

Some of the best coffee I've had. I got a vanilla iced latte and it was perfect. I'm a type of person who loves a strong coffee taste with a decent amount of vanilla but not enough to where it's too sweet and overpowers the coffee. Amavida got it perfect and I highly recommend. Service was great and ambiance is fun

Quaint coffee shop right downtown with excellent pastries from Perla. It is very Stepford-y / Truman Show-y with the girls all looking the same. $18 for a latte and a pastry? Where do all these people get the money to afford this? It's mind boggling.

    Coconut matcha latte

Such a friendly barista, huge line but she stayed pleasant and calm. They really should have more than one person on drink duty at a busy location like this but she made it work. Drinks were delicious. I asked for their coconut cold brew special but make it matcha and she didn't bat an eye, loved it.

Super cute location and inside was lovely. However...I can't justify the $9 cold brew (ok yes I'm a hypocrite because I definitely still bought it). Was it delicious? Absolutely. Was it worth the $9.13? Certainly not. Maybe I'm just cheap and totally my fault for not looking closer at the price but holy cow.

Bear in mind, unless you come first thing in the morning, there will be a line and you will wait but everyone is sweet and the line moves quickly. A really clean aesthetic. Honorable mentions would be an iced matcha, ham and cheese croissant and the chocolate croissant. My latte with toasted coconut syrup was very bitter and unpleasant but gave them another shot. Being brown, the crowd makes it feel a little "get out"-ish but truly everyone is so friendly. Overall it's a solid stop for coffee

Very long lines and a bit on the expensive side. Average to above average coffee. If they worked on solving these items I'd give them a 4.

Order at the counter, get a buzzer, and pick your food up at a counter. Open seating, serve yourself water, very casual. The price does not reflect that. I opted for the spring omelette which comes with eggs, cheese, Boursin cheese, and mushrooms, with a side of potatoes and ketchup. I asked if instead of mushrooms I could just get some extra broccoli. I got charged extra for a "side of broccoli" which I'm certain was not reflected in how much they added to my omelette as I mostly just tasted green onions. I got extremely minimal notes of Boursin cheese, I'm not sure how much if any was deliberately added to the dish. With tax and a small tip due to it not being a restaurant where I was actually getting served, it came out to $27. Absolute highway robbery. Food was fine but nothing memorable, and extremely overpriced.

Cooked perfectly and a melody of tasts coming together in every single bite. Service was attentive and the decor was spot on that vibe from Havanna. However, I looked at the wall seeing the famous mug shot of Frank Sinatra from Bergen County NJ and wondered what was that all about? So, I "searched" on AI and discovered something I didn't know before: The Havana Beach Bar & Grill draws its inspiration directly from El Floridita, a legendary bar in Havana, Cuba, famous as a hangout for Ernest Hemingway and emblematic of the city's vibrant mid-20th-century nightlife scene. This ties into a broader theme of celebrating Cuba's golden era of cocktails, cuisine, and revelry, with menu influences from Caribbean and Gulf Coast flavors that evoke that spirit. Frank Sinatra's inclusion in the decor isn't random--it's a deliberate nod to his well-documented ties to Havana during the 1940s and 1950s. He visited Cuba multiple times, performed at iconic venues like the Tropicana and Hotel Nacional, and was part of the celebrity and mob-influenced social scene there. Notably, in February 1947, Sinatra traveled to Havana for what was publicly a gala event but was actually a cover for a major mob conference attended by figures like Lucky Luciano and the Fischetti brothers; he even arrived with a suitcase of cash and entertained at the gathering. Places like Havana's Hotel Nacional still display photos of him today as a famous visitor from that pre-revolutionary period. The specific use of his 1938 Bergen County mug shot (from an arrest on outdated charges of "seduction" involving a married woman) adds a layer of edginess, fitting the restaurant's evocation of Havana's glamorous yet gritty underworld vibe during the mob's heyday in Cuba. It's an iconic image often used in vintage decor to highlight Sinatra's rebellious early persona, which aligns with the era's celebrity lore that the restaurant channels amid its otherwise Cuba-focused elements.
