I will review a few things about this restaurant: Location: Poorly thought through construction the parking lot is a nightmare, good luck getting a parking. The drive-thru was placed in the wrong area where it does not allow for proper traffic flow. You will have a difficult time exiting this parking lot. Restaurant interior: Seating area is small and the aisles are tight. The ordering area is disorganized with no line, just someone directing you to an available register. There are a lot of employees delivering food to the tables and it felt overwhelming to have so many people walking back and forth over us while we were eating. It wasn't a peaceful experience. Ordering: What a mess! I expect there to be some issues but not to the extent that I encountered. The girl at the register had no clue how much anything cost. Mostly anything added to the meal was extra. She asked me if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, the tomatoes were not included. She asked if I wanted a shake ( I expected it to be extra, I'm not cheap ) in place of a drink, she charged for the biggest one without asking what size I'd like. I only noticed how much extra when I went through the charges, before paying. I felt nickel and dimed. That meal that started at $7.75 added up to $11.00, too much I think for a fast food restaurant. I also told her that I'd like to pick up all of the ice creams and shakes after we ate the meal, one shake and the concrete was delivered even before our meal was brought to the table. After the meal I went to pick up the remaining shake and ice cream's. The lady at the register was rude and insisted that all shakes and concretes are brought out prior to the meal being served and she asked me if I was sure that my shake was not brought out at the same time as the other shake and concrete. I told her that I specifically said that I wanted them all at the end of the meal and that it was rude that they had brought out the concrete and one shake against my wishes. She said that is not how they do things. She said If I wanted the shake I would have to pay for it because she would have to reorder it and put it back in the system. So much for customer service. When the ice cream's where brought out, I explained to one of the servers that I did not receive a milkshake and she was nice enough and brought it to us. Food: We ordered the butterburger, chicken fingers and chicken sandwich and we all agreed that everything was bland and tasteless. The shredded iceberg lettuce were wilted and didn't taste fresh. The hamburger bun was not of good quality. The fries were ok, nothing special and they served so little of them, I wouldn't be surprised if they counted them. The custard was so sweet it was like eating a spoonful of sugar, I did not even taste the vanilla. Overall the experience at this restaurant was poor and I would not return. read more

Horrific management customer service experience. The female manger on duty, which is the owners niece, left us outside for 20+ minutes waiting for a cheeseburger we ordered at the drive-thru window. They gave us the number 3 and told us to pull forward and wait. In the mean time, I had eaten my Wisconsin cheese curds and drank my chocolate malt. Since I was done, and the cheeseburger was not done yet, I threw away the bag of trash, which had the receipt in it. An employee came out asking why we were waiting and for what. She went back in, came back out a second time asking for the receipt that we had just threw away. She went back inside and then she came out again, for the third time, telling us that the manger on duty (the owners niece) would not give us the cheeseburger without a receipt. We had a the number 3 red plastic thing they gave us at the window, which is suppose to represent our order! So why would the manager not give us the cheeseburger? My husband went to talk to her...and he waited another 5 minutes for her while she was looking for the receipt! And again told him that she would NOT give us the cheeseburger without it! Really?! So we called and talked to Mike, the owner. We don't care about the cheeseburger...its was bad customer service on her part. First she should have never kept sending that poor employee out to do her job...she should have came outside to us, and apologize for the wait...and given us the burger. My wife and I trotted this new restaurant just a week ago. We never heard of Culver's do we had no idea what to expect. We walked in and my wife's immediate response was, "They're like a McDonald's".....They are quite similar in menu. But they strike me add a little upscale. Certainly, their prices were higher. The place was very well designed. The seating areas are set well apart from the serving counter. The staff was very cheerful and helpful. We took a few minutes to study the menu and chose a double butter burger and a pot roast sandwich. We got an order of regular fries and tried the cheese curds. Overall, we were pretty disappointed. The burger was juicy, very juicy, in fact too juicy. It was difficult to eat. But more importantly, we found both the burger and the fries to have almost no flavor, no taste. Certainly not something I would rush back for. As far as flavor, I would much prefer to spend my money for a burger and fries at BurgerCraft, Steak n' Shake, or even McDonald's. All have much more flavor in their burgers and fries. So, it was nice to try a new restaurant but there is no real reason to ever return. read more

As a first timer, I must say, color me impressed. A few good friends of mine, one in particular, was ranting all over Facebook the greatness of this place. Obviously caught my attention, as I consider myself an avid food junkie! I downloaded the menu to get a better general idea of the food selections, which are many options. Given it was Culver's first day open in this new Cleremont, FL location (a mere 26 mins of my location) was slightly packed, however well worth it. I had my first cheddar butterburger with bacon along with the mouthgasmic Wisconsin cheese curds and indulged in the flavor of the day, turtle dove custard! All I can say, Florida has been missing out on the "fast food" life. This may as well be called a restaurant, in my opinion! Go check them out! What are you waiting for! Yes, if you come at prime times, there is a wait but that's because its good. Remember to let the order taker know if you want the works or items on your burger. The burgers come in single & up. Fantastic flavor. Cheese curds, better choice then fries. Have some fun. Dip em in your shake. The custard ( not ice cream) is smooth, melts in your mouth. & to the the guy that gave a review that there are no security cameras... There are many. Very secure location. Parking could be bigger. Bit that's a good sign that they are busy. Enjoy ! read more

Good fast food restaurant and ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies, concretes etc. We come from the southern suburbs where Culvers is plentiful and are happy to have them here in Clermont. They had a vast menu for a fast food place but their custard and concretes are out of this world. A great lace to take your kids or grandkids! read more

I was recently introduced to this place and I really enjoy it! The round cheese curds are amazing and my toddler loves them. It's a little bit more expensive than a fast food joint, but totally worth the extra $10 if you want to get something quick to bring home for the family. Omg....whatever happened to the customer is always right? Apparently that is not the case @ Culver's of Clermont, FL. On Friday, 5/27/16, I went through the drive thru snd placed an order, paid for the food and moved from thr window to park. At that moment I asked my daughter to go inside to retrieve my money dur to I did not like the service I reveived. (They took my money and slammed the window in my face amongst other things but I was not feeling them so I wanted my money back.) In the meantime while my daughter went inside with her baby, the guy came out with the food and I said I'm sorry but my daughter went inside to get my money back and he says oh I'm sorry what happened? I told him I did not like the service. He gave me the bag and said I will be back. So then my daughter returms saying they said the food already went out and there is mothing they can do. I called inside to let them know I just wanted my money back and she says she wad the manager Emily then before you know it someone else was on the phone daying she was the owner and gm when I askef her name she says ehat sounded like La Bias but followed with my name is on the front of the building. By then it was a shouting match and I said again I just want my money back and she said nothing is wrong with the food or the service and I said I never tasted the food but should I then return it saying I did not like it? She said you need to tell me how I can help you. I said well I need to call the police and she said no I will. I waited for a long time and then called 911 only to have a dispatcher tell me if nothing was going on that an officer would not come out because they would not waste their time because I could be ejected from the property it was their right so I asked was he an officer and he said yes a deputy sheriff. So I decided to leave but then 3 police cars pulled up and I stopped them and said you are probably here for me and he says I'm not sure hold on. Mind you she didn't know either as she never saw me or my car only my daughter. Anyway the officers got my story then her story and I was banned and my daughter too for $10. I told the officer that was fine but I need to have my money back. He says they have a NO REFUND POLICY and I could not get my money back but I could take them to civil court. I told him I would take the trespassing warrant but my daughter did not deserve one. He said they did not want either one of us to come back. All this for $10.
