The staff was really accommodating but I think they were just not prepared to push out as much as was being ordered. So for a $30+ meal with tip and tax, having to wait that long is a bit much. Overall, I would rate it a 7.5/10. I may or may not come back. I mean the food is good, but maybe it's a random Tuesday type of place.

Everything was so good!! From the service to the speed and the food! It was our first time here, we didn't know what to expect. We went through the drive-thru and Erica helped us out. She greeted us in a way that it made us feel really welcomed. She took her time explaining everything to us and even made a few suggestions. Honestly, we were shocked with her service being that apparently we showed up 10 min before they closed. Usually people are disappointed because being super bowl day they probably didn't even have any customer for the past 2 hours and we showed up 10 min before 10pm. We probably waited for our food for maybe 5 min, then we saw a guy running towards our car with the food and a friendly smile. The food was fresh and fenomenal. Honestly, what a great experience. I had an awesome experience at Culver's recently! As always, the food was fantastic - the ButterBurgers were juicy and full of flavor, and the cheese curds were crispy perfection. The real highlight, though, was the service. Caleb, our server, was top-notch! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. It's not every day you get such great service at a fast food spot, and Caleb really made the visit special. I honestly couldn't believe it because, in GA, a great client experience at Shake Shack seems almost nonexistent. Maybe it's just my bad luck, and I'm sure there are some great locations there, but this review is really about Steve and his incredible team. The moment we walked in, Steve, the manager, acknowledged us loud and proud and made us feel genuinely welcomed. And when people were leaving, he personally thanked them. That may sound like a small thing, but those little behaviors make a HUGE difference in the customer experience. And it didn't stop there. The entire restaurant was IMMACULATE. Seriously--when was the last time you walked into a fast-food restaurant, especially a burger place, and were impressed by how clean everything was? Even the restroom was spotless! Our order was perfect, the food tasted amazing, and the hospitality was truly world-class.
