Ok gave them a second chance and their burgers are really good. Just the right amount of lettuce tomato onion pickle mayo and mustard and it is fresh. It is my new favorite burger stop and cheaper than 5 Guys and better than the other new wannabe burger joints. The staff is new and learning but friendly and very helpful I train employees for a living and Chipotle still hasn't learned to get their employees to be friendly or smile but Culver's is on the right track. This place has been packed out since it opened. The staff was super nice...maybe too nice. Like Archie and Betty (from the old comics, not Riverdale). My husband and I got a couple of burgers and some fries. It was fine for fast food. Filling, not greasy. Not anything special to report, but nothing bad to say about it either. It was clean, it's close to home, and the wait actually wasn't too bad. I was asked to wait at the very front of the right lane in space #5 because the lanes directly in front of the window were full. I finally gave up some time after 805pm. I'll have to charge back the amount on my credit card once it goes through. When this location first opened I gave them a try and the food was awful. This is the place to go to when you've got a sweet tooth and craving a decadent dessert such as frozen custard. I had the Pumpkin Gingerbread Concrete Mixer and was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of it and had to have it again two days later. For being a fast food restaurant this is a really fun place. It's quick and the food is fresh. And I cannot say enough about their frozen custard. Their frozen custard is the creamiest frozen treat I've ever had aside from Mr. Softee in New York. There are tons of options of different food you can order. They have chicken tenders, fish sandwiches, hamburgers, even a pot roast sandwich. I have to say the food the best part of it was the cheese curds. I love cheese curds. And these were pretty good considering they're coming from a fast food restaurant. Not only all this but the staff was very kind and will bring you anything to your table if you needed it. They constantly check on you to make sure that you have everything you need. They bring out your food. It's almost like a sit-down restaurant feel to a fast food place. I would've given this place a five stars but I have to say that the pot roast sandwich was kind of dry so I just wouldn't get that again. But I'm sure that the other choice would be very good. For a fast food restaurant this would definitely get five stars in my book. And don't forget that they have a four pack of 1 pint to go custards with different flavors. Definitely a tastier fast food option and something different for a change. I like to try food that originated from other places. In this case, Culver's is from Wisconsin. Their Butter Burger is as yummy as it sounds. The beef is juicy and bread is buttery and soft. I tried the cheese curds as well which are a must-have! Very addicting! The fries also have a good flavor and are perfectly crisp, not soggy at all! This place is a lot pricier than other fast food places but the quality of food is definitely there. I will be back to try a custard and get more cheese curds. read more

Villages location on 466. Butter burgers deluxe...dry, cold, missing ingredients. Is the meat REALLY fresh? Onion rings cold. One cashier told us she was only "clockin' " and couldn't help us. They demanded a pickup time, we arrived 5 minutes early. Burgers not ready. No problem. They came "hot off the grill"...missing ingredients and COLD AS ICE! Onion rings had been sitting there since BEFORE we arrived. I am from Wisconsin...you should be EMBARRASSED to say you have WI butter burgers!! You could take a lesson from Kopp's in Milwaukee. Total disappointment! Never again, and in all good faith, could NEVER recommend. BTW...real custard never has all the crap and junk you add...Carmel turtle sundae? Culver's reminds me of Five Guys. Their hamburgers are greasy and messy. The set up is similar, you order when you walk into the restaurant. A difference that I like, is that you can be seated and your food is brought to your table. I tried the double, mushroom and Swiss burger combo ( with fries and a drink). Despite being messy, I like the burger, and the fries weren't greasy. I'll probably go back whenever I'm in the mood for a hamburger meal. read more

Girl taking the order was a disaster. Had to bring back burger and listen to her whine about her screw up. We had 10 people and several got cold burgers, unmelted cheese, wrong toppings. Maybe it's just the nostalgia that drove me to Culver's...fond memories of my time when I lived in Wisconsin. Not that the experience was bad here...all the food was good. There's not too many places down here in Florida where you can find cheese curds, but the reality is that this is just another burger joint. I love Culver's and am so excited that they opened one in Casselberry! I grew up in Illinois (now live in Lake Mary FL) and have always loved their butterburgers, crinkle cut fries, cheese curds, and frozen custard. They also have an awesome pot roast sandwich. For my first visit at this location, I got a cheddar butterburger, an order of Wisconsin Cheese soup, and some vanilla and chocolate custard for dessert. Everything was fantastic. Chelsea, who greeted me when I came in and then took my order, was very welcoming. She stopped by my table later on to see if I had enjoyed everything. I will definitely be back! read more

First time I have eaten at Culver's and was excited to write a review on this chain since I haven't heard anything good or bad before seeing them pop up around town. The establishment was very clean inside and out. The decor and layout of the dinning area was very comfortable and felt more like a restaurant than a fast food joint. I was greeted with a smile and my order was taken right away. I ordered their fried chicken sandwich basket with cheese curds. My food was delivered to my table and everything was still nice and hot. The cheese curds were crispy on the outside with a nice melted inside. The chicken sandwich wasn't anything to write home about but it was fresh and served on a soft bun. The chicken could use some type of seasoning and a sauce to pull things together. I will return to try a burger next time and will update my review accordingly. read more

We finally went for dinner 4/12/18 about 6:30 pm. The place wasn't particularly busy but every so often the pick up line of cars got long. We thought it was a pretty typical burger joint but we give it a 4 star rating because it was very clean, even the men's restroom (!). And the staff was pleasant. We really weren't impressed with the burgers (double butter), fries (okay), onion rings (some papery thin slices) but the coleslaw saved the sides. Sweet with a little tang, just the way we like it. We aren't trying to dissuade anyone from going to Culver's, it just doesn't seems as great to us as many other reviewers say. Not a great drive thru experience at this location. We ate a brand new one passing through Georgia so we were excited to try the location closer to home. I'm not a fan of Pepsi products, but I was willing to overlook for a good burger. However, the fries were under salted and tasted like oil. I went through the drive through and was warmly greeted (I honestly appreciated that) & I ordered the from the $5 menu, had good amount of choices. The amount of food given for that price is great! I wish the meat was seasoned a little bit more and that it would have had ketchup, mustard, AND mayo, but that was my fault I didnt ask. Overall it was delicious and loved that everything was FRESH!
