This place has so many options that no matter if you're in the mood for a meal or dessert, you will satisfy your craving. I've been here twice and both times service has been great. You order at the front, they give you a number for your table and they bring your food to you. The place is pretty big, couple of rows for the drive they and outside seating for those who want to enjoy the weather, bring your pup or if it's too cold inside. Culver's looks clean, smells good and customer service so far has been to par. Every month they have a "Flavor ice cream of the day". They have custards, shakes, sundaes, you name it they have it. You can taste the ice cream if you want to try it before making a decision. I like their burgers because they taste homemade, they don't look fancy or big like other places.. they remind me of my dad grilling in the bbq and preparing my burger. I LOVE chicken and the only downside that I've experienced is that I've had better chicken tenders. I'm definitely going to try them again and see if it was that day but the first time I went there and had the chicken tender meal, I was more into the onion rings then the chicken. After several months of frequenting this Culver's, having a nice conversation with Amanda (owner), we have found the burgers overly cooked (read not juicy at all) tepid, the cheese won't melt and difficulty getting burgers modified to our liking a.k.a. the way we ordered. We ate here for the first time 3/28/18 and I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a fast food restaurant, but much nicer and with better selections than McDonald's or Burger King. The inside looked new and was very clean. While we were there, we saw employees cleaning empty tables, something I never see at fast food restaurants (chik fil a, I'm looking at you), where tables always seem to be sticky and full of salt. The bathrooms were very clean with fresh cut flowers by the sink. The food is cooked to order so it's a little "slower" than traditional fast food but much faster than a sit down restaurant. If you've ever eaten at Steak 'n Shake, it's similar to that. The takeaway line seems to back up quickly due to this but the staff was diligent in serving them, just prepare for a bit of a wait. (Again, similar to Steak 'n Shake) The food portions are HUGE. HUUUUGE. The kid's meal "only" contains two chicken strips with fries but the strips are so big it will be enough for even a big kid appetite. My husband and I were stuffed to the gills with our meals, our plan of attack for next time is to share an entree. It's just that big. The food is absolutely delicious. We had toasted bread instead of buns and it was just perfect. The fries? Pure heaven. Just the right amount of crispy outside and potato-y inside. The cheese curds are fried cheese balls and they're yummy. We have not yet tried their ice cream bc we were too full, so that's next time. I'm excited for our next trip back! read more

This one of my preferred fast food burger places to stop in. The burgers taste fresh and the shakes are REALLY good! The restaurant feels clean which is always a huge deal for me. I love that the lettuce is cool and has a crunch to it and the tomato is not soggy and gross. The meat is juicy and the bread is soft yet sturdy enough to not fall apart. Ice cream was soooo good! They have the best fast food cheese dip for fries around! Their cheeseburgers were good but nothing different than I would say a steak n shake burger. Was told by the manager that we need to ask for the burgers to be well done on order to make sure that they come out hot.  Need to have larger buns that were tested more. With the addition of the mustered, mayo and ketchup they got soggy and hard to eat   Would be nice if there was wifi so the customers could access their emails. Was told that I needed to make sure not to use a screen shot, but with out the wifi I would not have been able to use the buy one get one free coupon that was sent to me to use.   I was told that the restaurant has wifi but it is not a strong one.   Why don't you just get extenders for the restaurant.   They can be plugged into the celing, the plugs are already in place.   Would be nice if you had menus with the pricing on them.   Riley was very efficient, and was able to answer all of the questions no matter how many.  Very patient and great service oriented.   Went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of.   Very nice to see that when there was no customers in the restaurant they were always going around cleaning.   I am posting this review on line as no one from the restaurant and corporate offices thought it was nothing to take seriously. read more

Nice place prices are a little high for a burger place price for a fish sandwich FF and med drink $9.95 you can get a value meal burger and ff med drink for $6+ the it's a kids size burger if you want a adult size it's more. But for the value price it's not bad it also comes with one scoop of ice cream that's about what I get so I don't leave not hungry but not stuffed. BIG draw back I find parking in the front by or near the doors is a big issue and a big no huge mistake !! drive through comes in front of the doors and as we all know drivers do not care, when they are hungry they will not allow you to back out of your space why ? I do not know , that is just plain rude and inconsiderate they should find a way to redirect the drive through. So do yourself a favor park around back and walk other then that it's a very nice place to stop for a bite a good prices for the kids so I'll take a star off because of the inconvenient parking that's a real pain I waited 15 min. The food here is pretty darn good, especially for a "fast food" dining experience. Burgers are tasty and the custard is great any which way you get it. The real showstopper is the customer service. Luke and his wife run a tight ship with a heavy emphasis on great customer interaction. They go above and beyond to come to you, the customer, and make you feel like they not only want your business, but enjoy having you there. In a time where the name of the game is low margins and high quantity, they take a step back to surprise you and earn your customer loyalty with care. Concrete mixers have become my addiction! I pass culvers everyday on me way home from work and I have stopped at least once a week for dessert! Think a diy mcflurry. Your choice of base, vanilla, chocolate or flavor of the day. Then any two add ins, I usually pick Oreo and MnMs. I go for the mini, perfect to fill my craving. Their food is good too. I have had the spicy chicken tenders and their burgers. All great. They have snackpacks for around $5 that you can choose from as well. My favorite is the Mushroom and Swiss butterburger single, it comes with small crinkle fries and a small drink. Love their crinkle fries, always nice a crisp. The butter they put on their bread ties it all together so deliciously! Not sure if i should thank you culvers or avoid you now for my newest addiction of concrete mixers. So many to make and try! Just have to run a couple extra miles to offset these mixers. read more

If you're looking to increase your chances of hypertension and diabetes, Culver's is it! The food reminds me of what we ate when we were kids at a carnival or on the boardwalk: fried, over salted, and very sweet. The custard is what drew me in, and it is tasty. Because I was there at lunch time, and because my husband was with me ("we can't go in just to try the custard; we have to try their other food too"), I tasted their beef pot roast sandwich, onion rings, fried curds, and fried pork sandwich. I was impressed by the flavor of the roast beef and the fried pork. The beef tasted like homemade pot roast. The flavor of the pork was sweet and delicate. Unfortunately, the beef pot roast was dry, and the sauces and mayo- not Hellmann's :( detracted from the homemade-stew flavor of the beef. Inexpensive food. Interesting service. This Wisconsin quick service chain is amazing and I'm so glad they opened one here in Casselberry! I ordered a Bacon Deluxe burger and upgraded to try the cheese curds (an extra $2 but totally worth it!) the cheese curds taste like tiny mozzarella sticks but with cheddar cheese instead. The burger was tasty, fresh and big! I also ordered a regular concrete with Oreo and cookie dough. They come in a variety of sizes and regular felt more like a large so I think I will go with small next time! I will definitely be visiting again. Since it is newly built, the place is really clean inside and out. We went on a late Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The staff gives a friendly greeting and they bring you your food & come around to check in you which is nice for a fast food place. They have a fairly large outside eating area. I had fries & chili supreme. The difference between regular chili & chili supreme is that supreme has sour cream, raw onion & cheddar cheese toppings. I suggest the supreme version since the onions and sour cream were the only thing with taste in my chili. The meat was noticeably under seasoned in my chili & my husband's patty melt. Although the food is not awesome I am giving a 4 star because the food tastes like what you would expect from a fast food place & the atmosphere/service is above average. read more

5-Stars. HANDS DOWN! Culver's has always been a top-tear fast-Food burger joint, but this specific location is NO exception! I've been here 3-4 times now and each time is always a 5-star experience. The food is always hot, order is always right, and the staff continually ask if they can get us anything! They truly care about the customer and their experience that they will do anything to make it right. Each time me and my friends and family have come here, Bruno (The Manager) has always gone out of his way to accommodate and greet us! We made suggestions for the menu and he showed genuine interest in our recommendations. He even came up to me and updated me on one of the items we talked about many months ago! Bruno remembers his customers and that says a lot about he restaurant and company! My boyfriend and I were on our way to steak n shake but saw Culver's and decided to come here instead. Tonight's service from "Lisha" made my culver's experience VERY bad. She had a poor attitude from the beginning. There must've been a miscommunication from our order because there was an error. I noticed it and brought it to the counter. Lisha avoided my gaze and when she finally came over to me she was very rude. So I cut it short and told her that I need the item I ordered corrected. She took it from me without saying anything and threw it in the trash and walked away still not saying anything. She came back with the correct order. Went here for the first time a few weeks ago, I've been 3 more times since - it's that good! The burger is outstanding, delicious, juicy and super tasty. I had been seeing these around town and decided to try it yesterday afternoon. First of all it was completely packed. It was around 7pm and the parking spots were almost all occupied and there were many cars in the drive thru line or waiting for their orders. And even still more people kept coming. There was a line inside but it moved at a steady pace. Every seat inside was occupied but luckily someone got up and we got a seat. Culvers serves fast food- burgers, sandwiches and custard. My husband had a butter burger which he said was good. I had a chicken sandwich which was okay. My daughter had the vanilla custard which was delicious. The service was great. Wait time for food was about 15 minutes. May go back for the custard. Definitely glad we tried it. read more

Cultivating a taste for Culver's will require patience to wait in that line! Wow! Hot and new, indeed. I went at lunchtime today and was happily surprised to find my younger brother waiting in line. He wouldn't let me cut in front of him (natch!). I was greeted by a lovely young lady who welcomed me "to the family." Child, I am a stickler for manners and it's nice to see a restaurant that supports them. She handed me a menu and explained the specialty items to me. Then I walked in and saw the biggest counter menu I have EVER seen in my life. Massive - like the flight schedule at an airport! Lol! I went for the basic burger, fries and a concrete mixer. My brother had the cos fish platter with fries and mashed with gravy - you can never have enough carbs, apparently. The mixer was a bit much. I'd crack a rib trying to get that through a straw. But for $9 - not bad. The burger did taste fresh, the restaurant was spotless, the staff was visible and attentive and friendly. That line was out the door but they move you through quickly.
