Exceptional service from Harold and Robert!!!! They probided great service and are very helpfu!!!

I went through the drive thru this time and ordered the plate with two sides, opting for the walnut shrimp and zucchini chicken for $12+. The noodles were perfectly made with a good layer of al dente without being dried or under cooked, the shrimp had two pieces which were a bit overdone and had obviously stuck to the pan so they had an overly cooked side but the zucchini chicken was perfect. The zucchini was not watery nor overdone, keeping a nice robust chew to each piece. The service through the drive thru was friendly and quick so I was on my way to eating my meal. read more

We like this location because of the quick drive thru service. The orange chicken and rice or noodles is a classic order but this time I tried something new to me: Super Greens, Kung Pao Chicken, and Black Pepper Sirloin Steak. I was looking for a way to save on some calories and the greens looked like a great way to go. It's broccoli, cabbage, and kale. My only complaint is they left in all the kale stems which aren't really edible. It was seasoned in a light savory sauce which was nice. The surprise hit was the pepper steak. Tender cubes of beef almost like a great roast. I liked it a lot better than the Broccoli Beef option. read more

Outstanding Service from Amelia! I had such a great experience at Panda Express thanks to Amelia! She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful and patient while I decided what to order. She made sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. She gave the ambiance a comfortable vibe to replace in. It's rare to find service this friendly and efficient these days--Amelia is a true asset to the team. I'll definitely be coming back because of her! read more

I had a really disappointing experience at Panda Express. The food was not fresh at all my orange chicken was soggy and barely warm, and the rice tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.my noodles had a load of cabbage and lesser pasta On top of that, the portion sizes were honestly frustrating. You're paying full price for your meal, but they're being really cheap with how much food they actually give you. It just doesn't feel worth the money. The staff is also very unprofessional. Don't even bother asking for a manager when I did, someone came out with a very rude attitude and didn't even care to apologize or help resolve the issue. Overall, for what you pay, I expected much better quality, portions, and customer service. Definitely not planning on coming back anytime soon. read more

The orange chicken was rock hard and tasted old. I couldn't even bite into it. The angus steak was mostly mushrooms. I'm done with them. All it seems panda cares about now is money and no quality. This is all the stores that are falling off. Give them 5 years and they will be gone. read more

Drive thru line moves very quickly and staff is friendly for the most part. Great for a quick meal and reasonably priced. Quality is better than a lot of Chinese style restaurants in the area. The Beijing beef is a favorite and both their chow mein and fried rice are hoid read more

I stopped by for a vegetable side plate for my brother's dinner tonight. However, I had to wait over 10 minutes to get the super greens vegetable side. It would have been helpful if I had been informed beforehand about the wait time so I could have opted for a different side. Nonetheless, the food looked fresh, and I hope my brother and his companion caregiver will enjoy it tonight. read more

I have been to Panda Express before and was pleased that they did a sweet and sour chicken with a rice flour coating and fried it in separate oil. Not a meal I can get too often with my gluten allergy. This time, not as fortunate. I asked about options and was told by management that they had nothing to accommodate my allergy. I looked online and found that the only thing listed on their menu now was white rice. I asked if they would use a clean pan and cook some vegetables with the rice. They did but with no seasoning. I added the duck sauce which had no gluten in it but not very appetizing. It was nice of them to try after I asked but not much of a meal. I won't be back until they have more options. The one in Altamonte Springs has the sweet and sour chicken but this manager said they were phasing that out in all stores. Too bad that they don't try to accommodate for people with gluten allergies. You'd think a large chain like this would care. read more

Got the super greens and fried rice. As soon as I got home I distributed the food between myself and my son. I looked down and there was a dead green beetle in my food. Returned my food and got a full refund. I've always gotten food from this location and this is the first time this has happened to me. My recommendation for anyone who goes to this location and wants to risk it, check your food before you eat it. read more

$87 delivered for 4 regular meals and egg rolls. We had 5 orders of teriyaki chicken and all were 80% blubber and gristle. Disappointed to say the least. No sauces of any kind were included for anything . Maybe because we ordered at 6 pm, but rice and chow mein were very dry. Honey sesame chicken was acceptable, but given the other issues 4 of us won't be eating at this location again. read more

The drive thru is a big plus for this Panda Express location in Casselberry. I visited on a random weekday evening and the inside of the restaurant was packed. We made it through the line in decent time for the amount of people in it. The flavors of our dishes were excellent. However, I would like to see more beef in the beef with broccoli. They have high chairs but no changing tables in the restrooms. I will come again just for the drive thru. Tip: do the survey on the back of the receipt for a free item with a combo meal. read more

*review for drive through experience only* Really efficient, really solid fast Chinese food! It's Americanized Chinese cuisine, of course. The drive through is consistently quick and efficient. While it appears that it's a small menu, there are lots of ways to mix and match your entree and sides which means seemingly endless variety for a quick lunch! Food comes out hot and well packaged. All in all very solid fast food choice. read more

This place has gone down hill. Used to go in and get hot food, decent portions, great staff. Lately every meal is iffy on temps or how much you get portion size. Today was the kicker though as I hit the drive thru and brought food home for my kids. A black spot caught my eye through the lid of one of their drinks. Opened it up to find mold floating around in the soda and some frozen in ice. The company's first response was trying to get me to accept a refund on the drink portion of a kids meal, not about health concerns serving people mold from ice machines and soda fountains that have been left dirty enough to not just start growing mold but to start shedding it into our meals. read more

Is not hard to read these reviews and see why there is so many negative reviews on here about this particular business. Let me start off by saying that I spent $40 on a meal for two adults and two kids. Everything I ordered I did it thru the Panda Express website and even paid on the website, the website told me my order would be ready by 8:01 pm I arrived about 8:06 and went thru the drive thru told them I had an online order thecdrive thru person told me my order was no ready and I was going to have to wait not even apologize or seemed professional then when I approached the drive thru window they told me I was going to have to come inside because my order was not ready again no apologies of any kind. I don't usual come go Panda Express very often probably only been here twice in a few years because I know ordering from local Chinese restaurants it's more food for what you pay and fresh ,I have never had any complaints when ordering from a mom & pop Chinese restaurant vs a fast food chain. My experience just thru the drive thru was bad enough to not want to come back again. The food: I order the platter with two plates with two sides (rice and noodles ) and one had the original orange chicken with the kung Pao chicken and the other plate had orange chicken with shrimp. The plate with orange chicken and kung Pao chicken was ok , the only thing that was good was the chicken but the rice was kind of hard and probably had been sitting there for a long time and the noodles where dry and did not have much flavor to them. The orange chicken was delicious and tasted really good and the Kung Pao was good and spicy. Service: The service here was bad , not only they were rude but not sympathetic for not having my food ready ok time. Not only I waited longer then stated on the site I had to go inside to watch them pour my food from a bowl where it's already made in to a to -go container. Overall this business will not get my money again , I only come here once in a while as I don't eat out often and was wanting some Chinese And feeling like giving this business my time and money but it was not worth it. Also online I put that we needed sauces and utensils and none of that was added to our order and they almost forgot to give me my kids drinks if it wasn't that I remembered I would of had to come back for them as they are part of the two kids meals I order. I am not sure how this business has survived so long with the bad reviews and my review is no different only two of the four items on my "to-go" box I found were tasty and worth the $9.00 everything else was not that good. read more

Everything I go to this location. Either they get my order mess up. Or I come home and items are missing . If I'm paying 40 dollars and more , I better be getting what Im paying for. I get charge for extra sauce and they only add one more extra sauce . I alway ask for 3 type of sauces and don't they can't even get one of them right, I get whatever bucket of sauce they see next to them , I guess. Today I show up home and my steak is raw . It's pink and bloody . My food is cold And my Rangoon are burnt and don't even have the cream cheese inside . Also I get crumble up napkins . read more

It's not the most authentic but it's yummy. Fried rice & lo Mein are our favorite sides. The orange chicken is fire. Teriyaki chicken it delish, has a light flavor & the chicken is grilled. Exterior building is nice and is very well maintained. Staff moves the drive-thru along very quickly and efficiently, and they don't make you wait for your food! They also put "out of stock" labels on the drive-thru menu so customers know upon arrival what they have and don't have. If only the Orlando locations would follow this location's lead, then maybe I wouldn't have to drive 25 minutes out to Cassleberry for my Panda Express. read more

It's hard to want to spend that much money here when you're just going to end up disappointed... the entree portion of my meal was great however I feel like every time I order the noodles they're too lazy to wait on the new batch to come out to at least give me half of the new along with the scraps of the old container. There's about maybe 10 noodles in the whole scoop. Or just inform the customer you're waiting on a new bin to come out! I'd rather wait 10 minutes to actually get noodles in my serving than get my food fast and regret spending $12 on a plate of scraps. Overly disappointed but I guess that's just the way they do things at this store #ricefromnowon read more

I ordered online from Panda Express at US Hwy17-92 using a desktop browser. When I entered the store I asked for my order by my first name as I was instructed in the order confirmation. An employee who barely spoke any English then asked me for the confirmation email on my cell phone, under the excuse of checking my name. I provided my first and last name and offered to show my ID but the employee didn't budge. Finally, after constantly checking my email for 2 or 3 minutes the email showed up and I was able to pick up my order at last. Now, what would happen if: . I didn't have a cell phone or was not carrying it? . I didn't have the ability to receive emails on my phone? . The email never got to my inbox? I will never order from Panda Express any more. read more

My husband and I were craving some panda for a lazy night in so we came here. They have a drive thru which was very convenient and service was quick. I'm giving them three stars because there was nothing outstanding about the experience but also nothing horrible. Our orders were both correct and the beef was yummy. I really disliked their chow mein noodles. Maybe because they were undercooked or just flavorless but I wasn't a fan. read more

Went to panda for the first time, food was ok, portions were small, food was kinda warm, manager was not interested, but a different employee Randy made things right. They close at 10pm. I was there at 9:40 to get a to go order. A black girl came to the door and told me drive thru only and they hardly had anything left. I was getting it to go anyway. If it says on the door that the inside is open until 10 then she should of not been so rude. I worked fast food when I was a teen and we served up until closing time. By the way, I am not super old. I saw the manager there one day and she seemed to care about the customers which was not the feeling of this employee. read more

We went there yesterday a little bit after lunch and it was nice that it was not busy. We each had a bowl and with one added item. The first was the Shanghi Angus Steak with vegetables. The Shangi steak and vegetables were fresh and hot. There were equal portions and a lot for the money and the same went with the others meal. The other had the Honey Walnut Shrimp with Chinese rice. Both were delicious. If you want something other then Chinese food this is the place to try. read more

Hi, we are the Casselberry location for panda express. We serve up Chinese food that you would find in the mall, food court. But... And this is the important part... Our service is absolutely horrendous. Do you want white rice? 36 minute wait. You come in a full hour before we close? Sorry, we already threw out our tea. Make some more tea? Yeah, that seems like a lot of work. Not going to happen. I know it seems like we hate you, the customer, but bear this in mind: we also hate our jobs and, most of all, ourselves. read more

I;ve eaten in this restaurant since the 1st day it opened. every week. and up until this past summer, its gone down on a gradual basis. its either lack of help of poor management, i can't really blame the employee's. because they normally are the reflection of the managers. the food is consistant when it is there. , frequently you have to wait for food. because its not prepared fast enough. however last thursdays service was the worst. i had to ask the "manager" if there was a cashier so we could pay, people were lined up to pay, Door Dash people were just all standing around (this restaurant i'm told by a DD person is notorious for wrong orders.and making people wait, ) the manager gave me the "fuck off" look , when i said we need a cashier here. the cashier was doing the take out window and then just roaming around. sad to say Panda this is it. i wont be back. read more

6/24: I ordered a firecracker shrimp bowl. I had to pay an extra $1.25 and wait an extra 7 minutes. The bowl had 4 small shrimp and barely any vegetables. 6/26: I took a photo of the issue and brought the receipt and photo to the store manager. I said the honey walnut shrimp (same cost and same upcharge of $1.25) comes with 7 shrimp. He said that the firecracker shrimp bowl comes with 5 shrimp, and the honey walnut shrimp bowl comes with 7 shrimp. We said we were shorted 1 shrimp so he would offer a 20% discount. I asked why there were so few vegetables, if you count less than 10 veggies, and he had no answer. I explained I was coming to resolve the issue in person before posting a bad review. I explained we had a business around the corner and order multiple times a week. The manager said the best he could do was 20%. I ordered a different entree because the cost of a bowl with a $1.25 upcharge is way too much for 5 shrimp and 10 pieces of vegetables. Note, the coupon on the receipt would have offered a free entree, which is more than the 20% discount the manager offered as a resolution to my problem. read more

This location has become dependably Undependable and very customer unfriendly. Case in point: they advertise being open until 9:30. After getting off work last night at 8pm, we drove straight there, less than 15 minutes away and got in line at the drive thru. After a 15 minute wait, we pulled up to the speaker. It is now 8:30- 1 hour prior to their posted closing time - and we are told "the kitchen just closed. We have limited options and you can pick from those" No noodles, no rice, no orange chicken and none of the three other entrees we would have chosen. This was an issue about a year ago and after complaining to corporate, we saw a change. But now they're right back at it and this has happened a few times over the past month- so we are officially done with this location. Inside, as we drove past the window, we could see employees inside goofing off and having a grand old time. In contrast, the Altamonte Springs location is very customer friendly and has a good variety available at all times - and they'll make what you want if it isn't ready. No drive through, but they do a good job - from now on, even though it's out of the way, that's the location we will visit. read more
