Ordered thru DoorDash and the service was on point that night. It was delivered relatively fast as the food was still hot upon arrival which I love. The sauce and flavor of the main entrees great. Food was good. I ordered Mongolian beef, I highly recommend to try if you like steak and vegetables, the mushrooms and sauce in it are amazing and I love how there's many other vegetables. We have ordered takeout from Lucky China on multiple occasions. We have generally been happy with their food and service. The couple who own this restaurant are very friendly and efficient. Much of their food is made from scratch. The food is American - Chinese but that is very common for similar restaurants. I'm guessing the egg rolls and dumplings are frozen and then reheated. That is common even at restaurants offering dim sum. Making those small items requires too much effort for small restaurants. The general Tsos had good sauce, wasn't very spicy so I added some red pepper flakes to it. Pork fried rice should have just been called fried rice theirs little shreds of pork u almost don't even notice it. My go to place for good styrofoam container take out. I've been getting take out from here for over 5 years and it's been pretty consistent the entire time. It's your typical Chinese take out menu offering both dinner/lunch specials and standard run of the mill items. If your looking for Michelin star Chinese this is not the place to go but if you look the the prices you shouldn't expect that anyway. I love it because everything is flavorful and fresh with reasonable prices. For $9 you get the dinner special which comes with your protein , rice, and an egg roll. It's so much food that it can easily be split into two meals, with a huge portion of meat. Then again who really manages to not devour any left over Chinese with in 2-3 hours after the first sitting? The rice isn't overly oiled as I've seen in most places, but not to be mistaken dry and or stale. It's properly portioned with the two smaller slots filled with rice and the larger section mound with tons of yummy protein. All in all well worth the small price you pay for a quick filling meal. It's the cheapest Chinese store that's closest to me because for some reason Florida believes that Chinese should cost $12! After trying basically every Chinese food restaurant within a five mile radius of our house, we have decided that this is our go to when we don't feel like cooking and need a nice greasy meal. We typically order moogoogaipan, Krab rangoons and General Tso's. We find the price pretty good for lunch (5.99 lunch special) and decent for dinner (~20$ for dinner and leftover lunch for the next day). Their Krab rangoons come in an order of 10, but they do allow a half order. They don't put broccoli with the general Tso's :(. Moogoogaipan which is my go to Chinese dish is pretty awesome here -- not much grease , not overly salty, and plenty of good veggies (no zucchini! I think that zucchini tends to take up space and end up a soggy mess). I secretly wonder if they source veggies from Aldi next door -- regardless, it is always fresh and not over cooked. Also, their dinner small portion is relatively hefty. It comes in a round plastic container and I couldn't finish. I wonder what their large looks like! Hubby is good on General Tso's here. Not the best he has had, but a solid choice. As for service, it's a typical Chinese food restaurant. But they speak better English than most up front so no massive confusion :). I say great and start placing my order cause I know my order is over $12. She then asked cash or credit. I say credit. She says it will be $15.87. I say why so much, she says, there's a $2 delivery charge. I said but I met my $12 minimum. She says there's also a $2 charge included. I said but I asked you directly if there was a delivery charge, and you did not state there was a $2 charge if I met my minimum or not. Why didn't you tell me there was a $2 charge when I asked.
