They rent on a month by month basis but there was an option to pay for an entire year. While the website says the types of payments they accept does not include CC the manager said they can but they charge the customer the CC fee they would be charged and they let you know that up front. The price is reasonable and it was stated that it only goes up yearly. So as of now I am quite satisfied with the place and a bonus it that it is only a mile a way. Despite what Yelp says about where I am located, I really do live in Aurora, IL

I appreciate that Todd came downtown (Chicago) to see my condo and discuss the upcoming move. He took the time to draw a plan for me and even suggested methods of packing that would insure my possessions went from point A to B without damage. They asked what it was that we needed which lead to getting all our questions answered regarding the costs and what services they were offering. (We got quotes on the move itself, the costs of packaging, details on when they'd be able to come help with the move, and even what kind of storage they had if we needed it). We took some time and compared their prices to a couple more companies (had to make sure we were getting the most out of the move haha) and were very pleased with the comparisons. When the day came for the move, they arrived on time and were very attentive to the valuables that we needed packed. All the boxes were stacked and taped together securely as well! Melissa And Mia have been courteous and helpful with every visit and every question. Very nice people to deal with. On multiple visits I observed Mia either along the roadway picking up garbage, cleaning up a storage locker or common area, or walking around the grounds picking up debris. When i did have an issue with the gate (which turned out to be operator error) Melissa was right there to help me My particular is on the second level. Been very easy to pull up to a door, grab a cart and load up, take the elevator, and get to my locker. Well maintained temperature controlled building.

Management was friendly and the price was perfect for my 10x10 unit. It started at $54/month and then after a few months it went up to $64/month. No biggie. Then things started to change. Last month I found a dead mouse in my unit. The manager came and cleaned it up, but I was still quite disgusted. They did give me a discount on my next month of rent there, so that helped a little. I was initially going to post a review when I found the mouse, but I decided to be gracious. Now they have the GALL to not only increase my monthly rent, but DOUBLE it! So now instead of paying $64/month, they have gouged their price to $128/month without ANY upgrades or changes in their end. This place is an absolute rip off. As soon as you move in, they will expeditiously increase your rent and then eventually double it! Do not rent here! I can't wait to move out! Terrible ethics and terrible management! I've been a wonderful tenant and they STILL doubled their rent. Absolutely unacceptable.
