When I call to discuss my rent rate they say it's due to market rates. Which is crazy because they use low rates to bring customers in and once they are moved in the jack up the cost. I've tried to get ahold of the area manager for over 2 weeks and they are "not available" and let me know they will return my call. And yet, no returned call. I've also submitted an inquiry online and no response to that either. Only reason I haven't moved out is because I don't have the man power to move all my stuff all over but as soon as I do I am leaving this facility and never looking back. She put one of their locks on and asked if I came by recently, but I didn't . I immediately went there with my son. Yes you can see the lock was opened. When we got there. Our unit was filled to the top, but you can see the disheveled boxes because they were looking for stuff to sell quickly. There's no video in the hallways and they're not responsible for anything stolen from your storage unit. However they can tell who entered and left the facility from the time they last checked all the locks. Don't waste your money here. U-Haul has storage units to rent for less and they have video footage available if someone tries to steal your belongings. The locks too are only $10 and this place charges you $20! Goodbye!
