When I called to find out why, try to give some stupid reason of cost of living bull crap. Then we move to small unit, again not even there 3 months an they increase the monthly fee. Really look into storage places before you choose one for your needs, but honestly this may not be the place, especially if the increase fee with not good reason!!!

I am continually being mistreated by management at this facility. He will not return emails…read morerequesting assistance nor will he do anything to help when I walk in the office. I tried to link my accounts into the app they make you use but then dont assist any further instead he tells me they don't do that and haven't done it for a year. When using the app it says go into the office to ask for assistance. I called customer service and they said I'd have to go into the office. This is the kind of run around I get just to access my account. Yet he had no issue sending me an email to tell me my card on file expires in a month or my bill is past due by a day or no problem taking money from the card on file when I did not set up autopay (since I still can't even access the account) just so he can charge me an extra $50 for staying 15 minutes past 8pm. I am still having issues with what I was told at sign up 3 months ago and what is actually allowed at this facility. I would avoid this place at all cost! It's going to cost me an extra 1k due to there lack of concern and lies for their customers. I have no idea if the owner is telling management to breach the contract or if management is being petty on their own without the owner knowing since I haven't heard from him yet either. Would love to get this all resolved amicably before I get another month of fees here.

It is ridiculous. It's such a bummer that we had to get rid of so much furniture and other items because they were pooped/peed on or chewed through. You're basically paying for your stuff to get trashed. NOT worth it!! If you absolutely need to go with this place, make sure to secure your things very well (no open boxes, bags, or furniture). This picture is after we moved all of our stuff out, after just 3 months look how much rat poop there is, not including the ones on our stuff. It's disgusting.

I was throwing away a small bag of trash in the large dumpster when someone named Rosie, who claimed to be the manager, approached me and told me I needed to take my trash with me. When I signed up, I was never informed that on-site trash disposal wasn't allowed. I rent multiple storage units at other facilities and have never encountered such an odd rule. There's also no visible signage or mention of this policy anywhere. It was an unpleasant surprise that left me questioning how customers are expected to know rules that aren't clearly communicated.

Public Exposure" Review I am officially terminating my…read morebusiness with this facility due to blatant discrimination and egregious management practices. After months of being a paying tenant, I was approached by a staff member in a golf cart who harassed me while I was actively moving items. Despite seeing me enter the gate and access my unit multiple times, she accused me of 'loitering' and demanded I vacate the entire unit within 2 hours--while it was raining--with no regard for potential damage to my electronics or my physical well-being. When I attempted to resolve this in the office, the staff member was unprofessional, smirking, and hid her phone while pretending to consult an unnamed 'owner' or 'manager' who never reached out to me directly. Instead of resolving the conflict, they chose to issue a refund to force an immediate move-out rather than addressing their employee's discriminatory behavior. Furthermore, I was subjected to ongoing intimidation, with staff members standing over me and giving me 'dirty looks' while I worked to pack my belongings. As a professional and a landowner, I find this environment hostile and culturally insensitive. I strongly advise others--ESPECIALLY MINORITIES i--TO AVOID THIS FACILITY . They do not value their customers, and their management lacks the basic ethics required to run a reputable business.
