I rented here for 2months, the rate I got was really good. The process of renting and then being done was simple and timely. Customer service was spot on. I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking to rent at this location. Clean area all around! read more

Along every step of the way, the service was stellar. Steven's customer service over the phone and in person is the gold standard. Excellent staff here, highly recommend. read more

Liliana and Annie are people with great customer service I like how they handled business read more

This review is for Lilliana who was so incredibly helpful today. The whole reason I was even having to rent a storage unit was due to having to move out of my apartment after my partner of 10.5 years passed away. I rented the unit online over a week ago, which was a seamless process. I can't tell you how much it means to me to have such great customer service when being in these type of difficult circumstances. Thank you Lilliana for being so kind and understanding of my situation, you really went above and beyond! read more

I rented a unit yesterday from Lillian and had a great experience. Lillian was very knowledgeable about the property and rates. Lillian ensured me that they do not have a problem with theft or break-ins. They have insurance that is mandatory for the unit however you are allowed to purchase your own storage unit insurance elsewhere. Thank you Lillian for all your help. read more

My stuff was safe and everything was in fine condition when I moved out last week; it was dusty, but that's not on the storage place. That just happens when you've got stuff sealed up for a few months. However, my biggest issue is the lack of communication and how inconsistent the customer service is. The gentleman who I first spoke with upon moving in for the first time was incredible! Super sweet and polite. Incredibly professional. However, whoever I spoke with the last few times including the day I moved out, was pretty rude to me despite me keeping my tone very level and polite. I moved into my unit May 19th and then apparently the locks were changed SIX DAYS AFTER. I was an hour away seeing as I had gone home for the summer and was only using the unit in order to store stuff that I keep in my dorm/apt for the few months between school wrapping up and starting back up. I didn't know the locks had changed until I tried to access my unit in order to move out in August. That's 3 months in which I could've been informed that the locks were changed, but I received no phone call, no email, no letter, nothing telling me that the locks had been changed. But I did get a letter informing prices would be going up in August/September (which I'll give them props for that), so it's not like they had no way to get in touch with me or that they tried to get in touch with me and couldn't. Instead, I get to look like a total idiot trying to get into my unit and not knowing why my key isn't working. I even called corporate, since the office was closed given that I was clearing out my unit on a Sunday, who was trying to help me troubleshoot why it wouldn't work; the district manager happened to live right up the street so even she stopped by to try to help me (shout out to Anna, you were super kind!). I had to come back the next day to clear out my unit and was told that I should've known the locks had changed and I should've picked up the new keys since they were changed on May 27th. The move out policy is not clear on their site either. The site allows you to submit an online notice and tells you that once it's submitted that the location will reach out to you with more information once the move out date gets closer. Apparently, and I don't know if this is for all sites or just this one, only corporate sees the online move out request and not the location you're moving from. So corporate has record that you intend to move out but not your store. You're supposed to call them 10 days ahead of the move out date to let them know, but that's not listed anywhere. The prices also recently went up, so while it's not as crazy as some of the other units, it's still about a $20 increase. For mine it was going up from about $51 to closer to $71. So if you want a safe place to keep your items but don't mind possibly being locked out of your unit and having inconsistent customer service, go here. read more

Liliana is very rude. Her attitude is horrible she will argue with you and scream at customers. She does not have any customer service manners. She will sit and watch you go through your storage unit after you payed for it. Very unprofessional I've worked with many other Extra Space storages and this is the only time I've had a problem. I will not be coming back to this location. She also denied me the bathroom even though it has no sign that says employees only. read more

Liliana is the best always got me an amazing deal and continues to make sure I'm good and happy in any unit I get into. 10/10 highly recommend!! read more

Fast and friendly service! Units are clean. Would recommend to my family and friends!

Clean and good storage unit. Don't know what else to add here. ....................................................

They saw me pull up and locked the door. I love having my time wasted. Was my first time going after I rented using the online system and I was lost. Will be cancelling after the first month ends. read more

Annie at the front office was exceptionally nice and willing to help out. She answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about the business. She will be an asset to the company now and in the future. read more

Have only been renting a space for about a week at this point, but first impressions of the place looks great. Annie was very helpful and accommodating! Straight to the point, and felt safe. Prices are great and we are glad we found this spot! read more

Reserved a unit online and got a call right after and when I got there the manager showed me the unit and went through everything thoroughly and explained everything very well. They have cameras and everything looked clean even the outside. Recommend. read more

Annie is great, always accommodating. We've been renting here for over 3 years and have no complaints.

Honestly was really debating in getting a storage unit while i moved homes. I came to the nearest one by my current home and can i say it convinced me to grab one. Annie told us about the current units available and how everything works. She made us feel comfortable with conversations. Great deals for great space. I recommend asking for annie to help out when you're looking for a unit. read more

Came in for a quote. Walked into the office where two people were sitting. No acknowledgement whatsoever, didnt get greeted. Literally stood there and no one wanted to help. Didnt even want to be there so we walked out. It's common courtesy to greet someone, especially a potential customer. Will never make business. read more

This is the best storage place I've ever used. The two ladies in the office ( Annie and Liliana ) have always been very nice and helpful with any questions I may have had. Units were clean and well kept. read more

Have had a storage space here for 4 year's and is broken into and never notified me. Can't move my stuff quick enough

I have to say having to pay for storage sucks. This facility is affordable, clean, and well maintained. The manager Annie was great! I only spoke to her on the phone and she helped settle my fears that the rate was in fact the rate and not a trick to obtain business. Her staff was so wonderful and sweet. I highly recommend this storage unit. read more

Great service from Knowledgeable staff. Great prices and clean units... what more do you want??

Reserved a unit online today, received a prompt call and was able to go in today and get everything taken care of, the facility is clean, and the service was great I felt comfortable asking all the questions I had, got very detailed answers. I was showed both units I was interested in and was able to decide on the best one for me. Plus they have a special right now where its first month free couldn't ask for better! Annie I believe was the manager and the one who helped me and she was very professional and helpful. Overall great experience with a great deal and great monthly prices. Glad I chose them! read more

I really like the facility, it's accessible, clean, and the staff is very accommodating, speaking especially of Annie, who definitely tried to meet my needs and did. Annie made my move very easy and acted more of a friend than someone trying to take my money. I would recommend this facility to anyone and I would definitely do business with them again. I just wish I had gate access 24/7, but I also understand it is for safety and protection of my things so I can't be too mad. Thank you Extra space storage and Annie for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) read more

Really nice straight forward, really good deals and convenient pay. Hours are from 6-8 no 24 hours access but overall all good.

A couple of weeks back I had the pleasure of meeting Annie, I had to change the size of my storage unit to a smaller size. Annie was very professional, helpful and diligent during the whole process. Thank you for your help Annie. read more

I previously had my stuff in a storage unit here at extra space but it was time to move my stuff out into a smaller unit. Based on the old unit Annie was able to give me the perfect unit that was an exact fit for what was going into it. I have to say it was a great experience because she made sure I got the best deal possible trying to save me money. Jess was there the next day to help out and they made sure I went through all the proper paperwork and it was completely painless because the whole time we were just chatting like friends. If you need someplace to store either temporarily or long term I would definitely say go here there hours are like most storage facilities but you'll be lucky if you find the same hospitality. read more

This facility was outstanding! The manager Annie was so kind and sweet. Her friendliness and accommodating to my needs was greatly appreciated. If i ever need a storage again, i will be coming back to this storage facility. read more

Very professional establishment. I recently reserved a unit there for my business and the whole experience was great. Annie was very thorough and explained everything very well. She is a pure pleasure to work with. I had went to 2 other storage places near by that morning and left because I was dissatisfied with the service (one wasn't sure if they had a unit size I would want and walked around without finding one, wasting my time...the other had a long line of people waiting to be helped, I left after 10 minutes). Thank you Annie for being fast and courteous! read more

Jessica was a great help for us everything was well explain and fast i defently recomend anyone to come here if tour looking for a storage

After many months of complaints the roof still leaks. Owned by out of area lawyers and only MANAGED by Extra Space. The owners will not spend the money to fix the roof. Water has caused hundreds in damage and owners don't care. Their answer is I should have bought their overpriced insurance. My answer, no it is the responsibility of the facility to maintain the roof unless I'm paying for a unit with NO roof. Been at this facility over 20 years storing excess business inventory and treated like this. Would cost me hundreds, maybe a $1000 to move. read more
