When I called to ask about Andy, he told me I can either "come up here, or go" as in get off the phone. And this isn't the first time he has acted rudely to me, or to others I've seen. The store is often unorganized, and not all the packages get scanned in sometimes. There have been occasions where I, and other customers of this place have shown up during business hours, and not on any holiday, and the store is closed. I have received other peoples mail/packages. I don't recommend this PO Box for these reasons, and again, poor management. I do not appreciate the manager, Andy, and his rude behavior towards me. Unprofessional.
