I came back on day to 2 clear the remaining items and guess what.... was given a code. Go to the upstairs interior unit and the elevator is broken. I asked for an extension to get the items out until the elevator was repaired. nope. you get some extra carts and you can walk 50 yards to the next elevator. yeah. that's a no for me dog. so i left a dresser and couple kids toys in the unit and think that's it. Basically they called my cell phone probably 25 times and my office number another 25 plus times in what can only be described as harassment. THEN they contact the storage auction company and get my account suspended. Just an absolute abomination. By far the worst experience with any facility yet. I can only imagine how they treat regular customers.

I had visited his storage unit on several occasions, and every time we have been greeted with polite, friendly and helpful service. They are very clear on what they can do for you here and will work with you gladly through any complications you may have. The woman behind the desk is so kind and she really values the happiness of her customers and expects full professionalism from the staff. Even though we gave no notice, which we were supposed to give a 15 day notice, she said there would be no problem and she completely understood why we wanted to cancel. Unfortunately, we have to pay one more bill this month because we failed to give the 15 day notice, but we really didn't mind, it was on us. We really appreciated how much the woman helping us wanted to do something bout that but we kept waving it off, not even wanting or needing any kind of fee waver. The serves here was so great and helpful we will defiantly be recommending people here and gladly return if we ever are in need of a storage unit again!

I am continually being mistreated by management at this facility. He will not return emails…read morerequesting assistance nor will he do anything to help when I walk in the office. I tried to link my accounts into the app they make you use but then dont assist any further instead he tells me they don't do that and haven't done it for a year. When using the app it says go into the office to ask for assistance. I called customer service and they said I'd have to go into the office. This is the kind of run around I get just to access my account. Yet he had no issue sending me an email to tell me my card on file expires in a month or my bill is past due by a day or no problem taking money from the card on file when I did not set up autopay (since I still can't even access the account) just so he can charge me an extra $50 for staying 15 minutes past 8pm. I am still having issues with what I was told at sign up 3 months ago and what is actually allowed at this facility. I would avoid this place at all cost! It's going to cost me an extra 1k due to there lack of concern and lies for their customers. I have no idea if the owner is telling management to breach the contract or if management is being petty on their own without the owner knowing since I haven't heard from him yet either. Would love to get this all resolved amicably before I get another month of fees here.

Most all biz is done remotely which makes it quick and easy to get a unit. Today I received a call stating that the door to my unit was changed and I need to go in and pick up keys to access my storage. I never received notification although they claim a notification to do this was mailed on August 7, 2019 (5 months before the change occurred). Also, had to speak with someone this morning and ask why I was being billed for February when we just started January. I'm starting to believe that this is run by crooks and my stuff was probably stolen, I will be heading down there in the morning to pick up my keys and change the locks and give 30 day notice to vacate after renting a unit from them for several years. She is rude and should not be a manager at this place. I will make sure that the Redlands families know not to use A Storage Place on Lugonia from here on out. Such a disappointment!
