I was very pleased with this storage facility! My afternoon following work was to call as many locations as possible in Riverside to find a place to store some items ASAP. Well between the price, helpfullness from the staff and willingness to work with me even though I called 10 minutes before closing and arrived 2 minutes before they locked their doors, I must give this location a 5 star rating. I cannot yet rate on utilizing the location for storing my items securely, so that will be addressed at a later date. But as for service, AMAZING! Adeline was very helpful and was willing to work with me even if we arrived right at their closing time in order just to ensure that a storage unit was obtained that day, rather than waiting until the next day during business hours. The location appears to be maintained and clean through out, the price was a steal compared to other locations near by, we were provided with a sturdy lock (which i dont know if this is common practice as this is my first unit, but appreciated it none the less as there was no time to get one prior) and we were able to view the unit before we conpleted any paperwork. Now the other benefit, in my eyes, this is a month to month location. The day you come in and obtain a unit is the day your rent is due the following month. I can appreciate this as I am not a fan of prorated locations, which all others in a 10 mile radius are. Overall I was impressed with the location as a whole for our initial service. Rented here for less than a month because of the manager, a woman named Markie(with the outdated steven segal ponytail), who refused to submit a request to fix a deficiency in my unit. I have rented from many storage places, and it's a management problem regarding the overall quality of a storage property. This storage property deserves new managers for the sake of humanity because the place is rife with homeless and notorious for break-ins. In which the manager, who im 99 percent sure doesn't deserve to be in a management position like this because it requires more class/education/better form to make a good manager and repeats the phrase the place has no cameras, and I'm starting to think maybe the manager with said outdated ponytail has something to do with the break-ins because she has tattoos(common knowledge says you don't trust people with tattoos. I mean I'm college educated and have no tattoos presenting a trustworthy appearance and I pride myself on this). The manager's overall attitude is trashy, meaning the manager gave me attitude on the phone and in person and might have cussed out other people on the phone because she fits the stereotypes of said actions. The manager Adaline very helpful and friendly.I came into the storage place on April 25 thinking that I needed a storage I paid in cash $166. However on the 26 I realize that I didn't need the storage.I came in in the morning around 9 o'clock when they first open, only to be told by the manager, that they were going to take out a piece of $44 and in addition to that but I was not going to get my cashback they were going to send me a check and 8 to 10 weeks.In less than 24 hours I cumulated $44 of fees. I never moved one thing into the storage. Cube smart was very helpful. They have great prices, have a very secure and well kept storage facility. I needed a place to park my RV and they told me they had a spot available for my RV. I took my RV to cube smart and it didn't fit in the space they had reserved for me. Adilene and Antonio were more then helpful. The manager, Adilene, is very friendly and an amazing help. They accommodated our needs and gave us exactly what we needed. When we had an issue they were quick to fix the problem. They have a wide selection of large and small units with high ceilings. The units are clean, have limited lighting but that isn't an issue.
