When you are named Tina it's surprising to meet another Tina. We hit it off from there. She showed me the units she had available. I rented 3. When moving my things over there I had underestimated how much room I needed and was able to get another unit without a problem. The grounds keeper helped me one night as it was getting dark I didn't realize there was a bulb out overhead. He came up and changed the bulb and showed me how to work the timer so I was able to get a few more things done. Everyone has treated me with respect. I recommend renting here.

RENTER BEWARE!! We rented multiple units from this location, one outside and four inside the…read more"climate controlled" area. We had the units for two years and we were happy until the latter end of our stay and upon moving out. There were 2 units that we would open and access our items on occasion. The ground floor "climate controlled" unit was adjacent to the company's storage area. We began to notice moths flying around in that unit due to the open area that it shared with the company's storage area. Upon moving out, we discovered a moth infestation that was annoying to say the least. More importantly, the other units that we did not access during the time our items were stored there, 2 out of the 3 were very disappointing. The movers brought to my attention that the outside unit had water intrusion at some point, and you could see the dried water level on our boxes, some furniture, and the wall of this end unit. We had to discard boxes of clothing and furniture that had evidence of mold from the water intrusion. Next, our other ground floor "climate controlled" unit, had a condensation issue that was evident when items were removed. Thankfully, we had placed a tarp down towards the back of the unit where our couches were stored. This was brought to the attention of the woman working the front desk that day. She saw the units and took pictures. We purchased the insurance through the storage company, however we were dismayed to learn that the policy does not cover water damage!! This makes nooooo sense at all! When we were moving our last items from storage, the ceiling in the hallway began to leak a constant stream of water. I took pictures and and a video, and share it with the person at the front desk and via email. They basically said we will look into it, but refused to take responsibility for the water damage in 2 of our units, even after evident that they have a water leak issue. We will NEVER rent from this company again. Most importantly, buy a policy from a reputable company, NOT the company that they recommend. Also, for this facility I would use their term "climate controlled" very loosely. Sometimes we would be there and the A/C units were off, and it was warm in the building. I brought that to their attention as well to no avail. Please use another company if you value the items that you are storing there!

But I decided to wait until we absolutely decided we were taking the trip. When I called back to lock it in, they had changed their system, and it is now rerouted to the enterprise booking department, which is not through the stores. They quoted me another $400 plus towing fee! After some back-and-forth and roundabouts, I was able to get through to the store again. They honored their original quote, and even took off the charge for towing, which would have been $250. They gave me extra mileage at no cost, which I appreciated as we did 2500 miles! The truck was only one year old and in excellent clean condition. It hauled our trailer like it was nothing. I appreciate that they are now open till 11 AM on Saturdays, so we could return the truck on the weekend. All the staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to make your rental a five star experience. I will continue renting from only them, as it is a breeze to work with them. The Enterprise Trucks location in Corona is absolutely amazing. I bought a horse trailer in March…read moreof 2025 to help safeguard my 2 horses from the wildfires in case we ever need to evacuate. But since I don't have a truck and the trailer blocks my driveway, it needs to be moved every time I have hay delivered every 3 weeks, so the only way for me to accomplish this is to rent a truck every 3 weeks from this Enterprise location. I think I've rented probably 5-6 times so far, and every time I have picked up or returned my rental, it has been such a pleasant experience. From when I first walk through the door to the time I'm behind the wheel, it probably is only about 5 minutes total. What an incredible resource this location is for anyone who needs a tow vehicle temporarily. Everyone there is so personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. They always go above and beyond to help me with my rentals, including cheerfully answering all my questions about truck brands or rental policies, graciously assisting with price adjustments when I've overfilled the gas, and having no issues with accidentally early or late pickups. They also now recognize me when I walk in, and I'm always greeted cheerfully, as well, which is nice! This particular occasion, they had assigned me a Dodge long bed, and even given me a discount on the rental price upon request as the normal day rate I'd been getting for months had gone up quite a lot for the summer season, so they split the difference, which was so helpful and a wonderful gesture. That's when I happened to see a Chevy short bed on the lot, and asked if I could have that one instead as I hadn't ever driven a Chevy before, and our home is a bit too small to maneuver a long bed easily. They swiftly and cheerfully agreed to swap the trucks and put the Dodge back and got the Chevy ready for me, including vacuuming and washing it. It was apparently brand-new and even still wrapped in plastic inside, so I was the very first renter! I know for a fact that if this location did not exist, there would be no way I could ever try out a brand-new truck in a real-world towing situation, so I'm very appreciative and grateful for the services this location provides! In general, this location always has sparkling clean, very new trucks, often in higher and more luxurious trim models, in good repair. Whenever the hay delivery people see the trucks I rent connected to my horse trailer, they are always astonished that these are rental trucks since they are such high quality. Your nice trucks are definitely your own best advertisement! There was one time you rented me an F-250 XLT diesel in a glossy light grey, and that one definitely turned heads! I haven't yet had a need to actually tow my horses anywhere, but I know that until I can afford my own truck, I will definitely always rent from this location to ensure that I can have a new and sufficiently strong tow vehicle so that my horses can be transported as safely as possible. Truly, although it is expensive to rent every 3 weeks, the fees pale in comparison to the price of a new truck, and as a bonus, I don't have to worry about any of the maintenance or other ownership costs. I've never been so glad to give my hard-earned money to a rental car company before now! If only every rental car company was as nice and accommodating as Enterprise Trucks Corona is!! I was very pleased with this storage facility! My afternoon following work was to call as many locations as possible in Riverside to find a place to store some items ASAP. Well between the price, helpfullness from the staff and willingness to work with me even though I called 10 minutes before closing and arrived 2 minutes before they locked their doors, I must give this location a 5 star rating. I cannot yet rate on utilizing the location for storing my items securely, so that will be addressed at a later date. But as for service, AMAZING! Adeline was very helpful and was willing to work with me even if we arrived right at their closing time in order just to ensure that a storage unit was obtained that day, rather than waiting until the next day during business hours. The location appears to be maintained and clean through out, the price was a steal compared to other locations near by, we were provided with a sturdy lock (which i dont know if this is common practice as this is my first unit, but appreciated it none the less as there was no time to get one prior) and we were able to view the unit before we conpleted any paperwork. Now the other benefit, in my eyes, this is a month to month location. The day you come in and obtain a unit is the day your rent is due the following month. I can appreciate this as I am not a fan of prorated locations, which all others in a 10 mile radius are. Overall I was impressed with the location as a whole for our initial service. Rented here for less than a month because of the manager, a woman named Markie(with the outdated steven segal ponytail), who refused to submit a request to fix a deficiency in my unit. I have rented from many storage places, and it's a management problem regarding the overall quality of a storage property. This storage property deserves new managers for the sake of humanity because the place is rife with homeless and notorious for break-ins. In which the manager, who im 99 percent sure doesn't deserve to be in a management position like this because it requires more class/education/better form to make a good manager and repeats the phrase the place has no cameras, and I'm starting to think maybe the manager with said outdated ponytail has something to do with the break-ins because she has tattoos(common knowledge says you don't trust people with tattoos. I mean I'm college educated and have no tattoos presenting a trustworthy appearance and I pride myself on this). The manager's overall attitude is trashy, meaning the manager gave me attitude on the phone and in person and might have cussed out other people on the phone because she fits the stereotypes of said actions. However on the 26 I realize that I didn't need the storage.I came in in the morning around 9 o'clock when they first open, only to be told by the manager, that they were going to take out a piece of $44 and in addition to that but I was not going to get my cashback they were going to send me a check and 8 to 10 weeks.In less than 24 hours I cumulated $44 of fees. I never moved one thing into the storage. They have a wide selection of large and small units with high ceilings. The units are clean, have limited lighting but that isn't an issue. Because of theft at another storage facility close by, I was looking for another storage facility in the area. After a long day, I went to visit StorQuest. I had been in contact with them throughout the month and they answered my questions so when I arrived to rent my space I was prepared. Renting was seamless, pleasant and easy. These young ladies were friendly and accommodating, such a different experience than the one I had at Public Storage in Corona. Everything was transparent and on the table, and their courtesy and quality customer service was exactly what I needed after such a long day. It was a place I least expected to be treated kindly, and that's the surprise of it all.
