I was told by someone that all I needed to do was let someone at the office know I moved out. No one was there to tell. I tried calling 3 - 4 times and the recording said "the mailbox is full." Finally, I called Corporate who tried calling them (at a telephone number I did not find online) and said someone will get back to me. It has been over a week trying to get ahold of the office manager! We will see how this turns out!

Prices never the same, my storage increased by 50 dollars and sometimes even higher depending on how they are feeling I guess because I've never experienced that type of arrogance before. Even trying to get corporate you can't reach them, there are so many prompts until you give up on trying to reach a human. Everyone is sorry you experienced this or that, yet nothing has changed. Today I was at my storage space looking through some fabric books to take to an appointment. My overhead lights are out so I plugged in a light (outlet right next to my unit) so I could see. Here comes Tamika. "You have to unplug the light. It is a fire hazard". My overhead lights are out! I need to see. "You can't work here". I need to pull some stuff from my storage and I need to see. I got nowhere. And this isn't the first time. I have asked for someone from corporate to contact me. That hasn't happened.
