They have electronic locks on the units that won't open sometimes, and I was told 'sorry there's nothing we can do about it' when I called for help the third time I was locked out of my unit. Then a week later they agreed to change it to a regular lock but when I tried to schedule they wouldn't respond and they still haven't. I've rented multiple units at other locations including other extra space locations and never had any issues. This place is a joke when it comes to ... literally everything. The unit was clean and the inside temperature was good, and there is plenty of room to load/unload, even though RVs and boats line the perimeter. Kelly credited our account for the lock we didn't need because we already had one. I liked that there is only one exit gate near the office. The only odd thing is that the exit keypad is on Bldg. 5 as you exit, so you have to pay attention! Overall, I would highly recommend this property for storage.
