We signed a contract for the price of $87/month and the first month free. Two months after we move in and they nearly doubled the price to $166/month. That is an increase of $948 per year. Bait and switch comes to mind. They lured us into moving in and then jacked the price up. They fail to understand there is a lot of competition in the storage business and we have options. The manager agreed to a price of $130 but I found a unit for $77. So by the end of this month we are moving.
