As for customer service, I had the experience to talk to a rep because I had a few questions prior to my move about fragile items, including a gaming computer that I needed to be taken care of properly They were very friendly and helpful, and made sure my needs were met. They had special packaging and boxes and overall I'm really satisfied with their customer service. I've had experiences with other moving companies that didn't listen to my concerns, so I'm really happy that they did. Movers showed up unprepared. We had wood floors which main guy saw when he toured our house before move. The movers showed up and said they had no moving floor protections. After one of the movers scratched the wood floor with his unprotected dolly, I told them to stop the move. All of a sudden, they went to their truck and found some floor protection. Really? Movers worked hard but they seemed they just wanted to get the job done and get their check. You can find many other better options. I'm still looking for some of the items that were supposed to be moved. Yelp disappointed me on this one.
