When I called enroute, Shelby answered and assured us that there should be no problem. We were still apprehensive as we were reviewing the satellite aerial shots of the location. Then Shelby did the unthinkable! She got in her car video recorded the entire course from gate entry to the exact location we were to store our trailer and sent it to us 200 miles away!!!! Who does that????? Well, Shelby did!!! In every way we were accommodated to make the dropoff painless. Get ready folks for the 'Welcome to Texas' hospitality at this place. They've created a new standard for professionalism and customer service. Thank you Shelby and Storage Choice!!!!

The ONLY Movers I'll Ever Hire Again - Here's Why..." After…read moreseveral moves over the years, I can honestly say Moved by Faith Moving Company is in a league of their own. I've worked with them multiple times now, and every single experience has been five-star from start to finish. They take what could be one of the most stressful days of the year and turn it into something completely manageable -- even enjoyable. They go above and beyond when it comes to care. I've watched them wrap furniture piece by piece, secure delicate items, and load everything in a way that makes me confident nothing will shift or break. In all my moves with them, I've never had a single scratch or damaged item -- which is something I cannot say about other movers I've tried in the past. Their process is seamless. They communicate clearly when booking, arrive right on time, and work efficiently as a team to get the job done. But what I love most is that they don't just drop everything in the middle of the room and leave. They check in, make sure everything is in the right place, and don't leave until I'm completely satisfied. That level of service is rare. If you need movers who are professional, reliable, and truly care about protecting your home and your belongings, this is the team you want on your side. I recommend them every chance I get -- because I know they'll deliver the same exceptional experience for you.

She attempted to find movers, but her movers didn't respond. I was left having to find two people in the cold rain to help me. I hired two strangers from Home Depot parking lot; paid them $100 each to lift and displace my couch from a second floor apt to my sister's truck into my storage unit. Everyone from the League City, Friendswood, and surrounding area group recommended Moved by Faith, but I wouldn't be suggesting them to no one. Yes, I should have better planned, but I had no idea the apt I moved into would be as inhabitable as it was. I just knew I had to get out of there asap. Thankfully, the apt let me out of my lease without penalty.

They've been in business for quite awhile and I imagine the owners don't use yelp which is why the only other review has been allowed to pervade on here. I don't usually rate businesses but these guys deserve to have 5 stars and be known as a 5 star business. They always answer their calls, speak to me courteously, and offer a great fair price!
