They always sent an email saying when the rent was due (although I knew anyway), and from their information they take I got an Email saying I had a rebate because of my birthday last month. The place is top notch and very helpful. They have video cameras all over to make sure everything is on the up and up. As a tip though, buy your own lock that's standard, because twelve US is a little steep when you buy it from them. You can get something like a gate lock, or school non combination lock like kids used to put on their lockers (now they don't even use them).

I guess that's a distraction technique. Do not rent from this company. If you're not familiar with the storage industry, they are not upstanding. Lacking in ethics!! Once you're in, they raise the rent and play their game!!! Let me reiterate, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I learned that Carina doesn't do dishes, and her baby daddy doesn't pay child support and her mother does everything. she told me that she doesn't do dishes and her mom does everything including taking care of her child.
