They purposely took their time. One person was using his cellphone while on customer time. The other was doing his best, but he didn't know how to wrap the furniture. They held the washer and dryer & threatened to not give the items until we pay an extra $150, because THEY took too long to do their job. They didn't know what they were doing and took longer than what was needed. One of the men started beating on the car and cussing at us and in front of a baby. I am disappointed and hurt. I wanted to help Black businesses but this was the poorest service. The $150 needs to be returned to us. The man who was cursing, should be fired. When we informed, what happen to the woman, who was in the truck, she said we should have told her sooner. She saw everything that was happening and didn't do anything to correct it. She saw and witnessed everything that was happening. I will NEVER use this service again, nor will recommend to anyone.

Since I made my original review, we had them move us again, and they moved my parents, my best friend, and have done some small moving for my IL in their home. No one has had any issue, they show up when they say they're going to, communicate well, can handle small to big jobs, and they work hard and do a great job. A large picture was destroyed and several boxes went missing from the move. The owner let me know…read morethey were left in a different city and country from where the rest of items were delivered. I was charged $67 more than what was agree on and multiple pieces of my companies electronics, part of my home office set-up, were also left in another city and country with no address. The fact that none of the employees spoke English only made this all more difficult. Topping it off when I tried to pay my bank warned me of excessive fraudulent activity on the "company" account when I tried to pay. I was asked to send the payment to the owner and list them as a friend on zelle. Do not get screwed by them! Do not trust this company. They will steal from you, lie about everything, then do absolutely nothing to make it right.
