Do not rent a storage unit from this company. I moved out of my unit at the end of October 2022 and…read morethe manager at the time said they would prorate my rent (I had two units and the billing periods just passed, so I was told we would get a refund for the prorated amount). I called and called multiple times and could not get a straight answer from anyone regarding my refund for over 3 months. Finally was able to speak to the new manager at the beginning of January 2023, and he said that he would send the request up to corporate and they would issue my refund. I hadn't heard anything back for three weeks so I called today and the manager simply said "they aren't going to refund you, sorry." No further explanation so now I am out this money. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received. So unresponsive and so unhelpful.

Access was as described and I liked that I had my unit and access code on the app in my phone. My…read moreunit was fine with easy drive up access, no AC but I didn't sign up for it. Been renting the unit for a year or two. 10'x10' unit started off paying around $80 including insurance they require. About two years later, they raised the fee twice and I'm now paying $135/mo. The first raise, they said they were making updates to units. They added new locks to the doors for added security. From office staff was nice when I did interact with them. Not a bad place to rent from, just not happy about how much the monthly cost increased. Moving my stuff to a storage place closer to my house and cheaper, although I'm sure the new place will raise their fees as well.

I can't say enough positive things about this location, their team, their care for customers, and…read moretheir support for helping me receive the best pricing possible. I have used them for over 1 year and their response time to any service requests, concerns, questions, or plain curiosity have ALWAYS been answered immediately. Especially their team member, Ms. Teresa. She makes the place glow up, takes pride in her role, and is on top of any service requests I've had this year. I had a lock removed due to misplacing the key while on a tight time constraint... Public Storage wonder team to the rescue! My experience with the team at this location is why I remain. I've been in/out of several storage units in the area since 2016 due to the oil & gas downturn and this place, by far, has been THE BEST experience. The facility is always clean, never dirty, well-maintained, and secured adequately with the app being required and individual gate codes used for each unit. It may sound over the top, but when my safety and security mattered most earlier this year, the PS team stepped in to assist as best they could and helped me begin anew with one less worry. I refer anyone I can to any Public Storage in this area. I may have too much junk in my trunk, but my junk is welcomed at Public Storage without judgement. Not all superheroes wear capes, sometimes they wear monogrammed shirts with the words Public Storage emblazoned across them.
