I normally don't give any rating to Storage Facilities because there are non that deserves any star rating or my valuable time to rate them but Troy is the exception to the rule. He has been outstanding in these areas: (1) Correct invoice amount each month, (2) Following up immediately on sending me the payment receipt to my email address, (3) Keeping the Facility in top knotch shape, (4) Returning of my phone calls, nearly immediately each and every time, (4) Greasing my storage door so it would raise more easily and finally, when I moved into his Facility, it was so clean I could sit on the floor in white pants and not get filthy. I have been a customer for close to a year and I have had no problems. The area is spacious and the grounds look clean everytime I am there. There is an area in the back for boats and rvs. They also have an area to clean off your boat with water sprayers and there is no charge! This is very convenient for us after we come back fishing. The manager on duty lives on site and is responsive to our needs. He emails or calls back promptly. There are video cameras around the premises and with him being on site, you have the added security that he will handle any problems that arise immediately. Also, access is 24 hours so that is great. Tis facility has a free moving truck that you are allowed to use for Ibelieve 3 to 4 hours free of charge as well as a first months rent of around 25.00 which was very helpful when moving and having all my money tied up in that move. The facility is well maintained, ver clean, very safe, and secure as well as the manager living on property for added security. The staff has been very understanding and helpful to me and my family as we transition into our new life. I've been searching for enclosed boat storage in my area for some time. I was fortunate to have found a 32' unit in a clean, secure facility that will accommodate our boat. The electricity and water access for engine flushing is a bonus! Besides the competitive pricing (better than any other I priced, including those with no vacancies) the service from Shelby when initiating the lease was incredible. Very friendly and helpful... We have been using storage choice for over 8yrs and so far can't complain about anything, recently went back to rent another climate controlled unit (10x15) and WOW I got an amazing deal, I even got a FREE lock for my unit. I was previously @ the Depot in League City,didn't like the hours on the climate controlled and the lights on the inside were on a timer that you had to walk to & reset if there longer than an hour. I really like the Storage Choice now especially after saying all that. In office, manager, and occasionally others, have always been friendly and effective. On the site, there has been only one problem. I had brought two grand nephews and, while I was around the corner at the car, I suspect the 10 year old, rolled up the unit door at high speed (fun?).
