I've complained the past several years about the rats and nothing has been done about them!! My unit also gets ants!! Recently water has gotten in my unit and ruined boxes and property!! Anything wicker or cardboard have been EATEN. Mold/mildew damage to over half the stuff. RAT POOP ON AND IN EVERYTHING!!!! Only things salvageable are some of the things I had wrapped with plastic. They chewed threw some of the plastic wrap. So that wasn't even a way to protect it...I've had to throw away so many things because they were damaged in this unit. The "insurance" they have on it only covers like $200. There has been WAY over $200 worth of damage from leaving my stuff here. ON TOP of all that they raise our rent nearly every month!!! Like the price or this place is RIDICULOUS sense you are basically storing your stuff just to throw it all away.... Never never NEVER use this place!! Unless you absolutely have 0 options like I did when I picked it.... definitely A huge regret trusting them with storing my things safely.... on top of all that the person in charge doesn't care what happens to your stuff she says it was my fault for putting my stuff in That type of storage facility. That it's the same as keeping it in my own garage.... um excuse me ma am but NO it's not! Plenty of climate controlled options and is clean fresh, easy to access and well run. The reason I'm compelled to write a review of a storage facility is because of what happened today. I got a call from a kind woman who works there this morning that discovered the lock on my unit was not securely latched and when she couldn't get my lock to work to lock it up, she used one of their locks to secure my unit. I had indeed accessed my unit last night and in my exhaustion from the day obviously had not carefully checked it when I locked it back up. Who does that? I am so grateful and feel they go a step beyond in service to assist in providing a secure place to store your valuables! I have been a customer since Sept 2014 and I confidently recommend their services. On top of all that when I dropped by later today to swap out their lock for one of mine they gave me a free LockTite tote bag and a LockTite dog leash for my dog! Yep 5 star company in my opinion

The unit was clean and the inside temperature was good, and there is plenty of room to load/unload, even though RVs and boats line the perimeter. Kelly credited our account for the lock we didn't need because we already had one. I liked that there is only one exit gate near the office. The only odd thing is that the exit keypad is on Bldg. 5 as you exit, so you have to pay attention! Overall, I would highly recommend this property for storage.
