Bait and switch in rates is what Public Storage has been known for. They will increase your rate without notice, lure you in with low rates and within a few months the rate will triple. They will gouge, swindle and overcharge you. read more

I recently over into 2 5x10 units. The units. The units were clean and the staff most helpful in assuring access.

Very clean and safe facility with good lighting and security. The management is courteous and the fees are almost half of the other storage company we used. I even had friends relocate to this location. read more

Can I give them a NEGATIVE 5 star review? DON'T rent a space from here unless you want if for just a few months. They get you in at a reasonable monthly rate and then increase the rate on you on average every 6 months. Absolutely NO loyalty to existing customers!! $200 a month for a 10' x 10' spot that you can get as a new customer for $143 is nothing but greed and robbery. Bottom line their desire to screw customers over is not worth the any positive about this space!!!! read more

Received an email today saying that my monthly rent will be increased by $133.00 with a one month notice!!! So, I'll be paying $500!! I've had my things stored at this location since 2015 when AllStorage owned it. I've been paying $366. Public Storage bought it & took over in January. Now, suddenly, for no reason when people are struggling to make it, they raised my rates over $133!!! With a month's notice!! Thanks a lot!! Idk what I'm going to do!! read more

DONT rent here. They can put an EVICTION on your rental history that can effect you buying or renting an apartment or home. Read on for full review. We rented a unit several years ago and paid for the unit for probably over a year and a half. We were paid up and current when we got a call saying we were being evicted from our unit because we never came in and signed a new contract. We were told we had three days to get our stuff out or our items would be auctioned off. We only had 1 day we weren't working that we could go out there, and we only had a car to pick up our stuff. This was one of their smaller units about the size of a walk in closet so we figured we could get most of the stuff and we called friends over to take anything they wanted that we couldn't fit in our car. A few weeks later we get a call from them saying to get out our stuff, I then informed them that we were given 3 days to get our stuff out or it would go to auction and we had gotten our stuff out in that time frame. We didnt think about it again until the other day when we tried to get a new apartment to find out that we have an EVICTION on our rental history now and couldn't get an apartment. YES, it may sound crazy but they have some how put an eviction on our record and the manager of the apt says even if we paid it they wouldnt give us the place because we have an eviction now. This is amazing that just because we didn't have anything worth money in there that they chose to give us an eviction but if it was full of tv's and expensive furniture they would have taken it and auctioned it off instead. PLEASE be aware this is a real thing google PS LPT with eviction and you will see many case where they have done this to many people. By the way PS LPT is the company that owns Public Storage not just this location so it could happen at any public storage. Go somewhere else less shady. read more

I wish i could give this place 0 Stars! I had a promotional rate which it was almost $10 less than any place around the area, 2 month later "oh we can't give you that price anymore".... All i can say is you definitely get what you pay for... The gate is always open, day and night, if you want to talk to anyone there... forget it, I have called and complained so many times, and Public storage keeps telling me that the manager will call back within 48h, well manager.. is been over 8 months now, where's my call?!?!? if you want to drop off a check... you can't... they do not work with you at all. I was without lights the first 4 months, i kept asking to get a light bulb or a fricking ladder so i can replace the bulb myself after one of the staff told me "oh i don't do stairs". Most of the doors have codes which is great but if you are in a hurry well you are out of luck cause no matter how many time you enter your combination it won't open... i thought it was just my door but after talking with several people whom rent there yeah is not just me. I have already scheduled a move out date and going some where else... Do yourself a favor and keep your stuff somewhere else... read more

Used storage here for several months. Cheaper place but you get what you pay for. I now use the uhaul down the road for about 30% more. This is an older place, elevator doesn't always work. Had to hump stuff up and down the stairs before. I suppose it is adequate for the price. read more

This company had a great special. $1 first months rent. Of course there was an admin fee (which is not uncommon) and I purchased insurance (which they require) but because I should only need this unit a month, it was perfect for me. Ms. Danielle was awesome. She was courtesy, friendly, honest and informative. She gave the kind of customer service you expect but don't receive very often. It was refreshing. read more

Would not ever do business with again. Staff was ok. But owed a month rent understood there would be a late charge and since it was after the first would be a prorated fee. Which I understood and was fine with But then they tried to charge me another months rent which I had till the 6th before they did. But they also charged me 57.50 lien charge. Had rented a truck and when I went to empty storage which was on the 2 floor was not told the elevator was not working . I am disabled and just had my son to help we had to carry a king size mattress and everything down long halls and downstairs. I understand things like that happens but should have been warned I had just called them the day before and was not told about the problem and told they would give me extra days till elevator was fixed to get my stuff or I would have waited to rent truck. But since was not told so rented a truck and would have lost 45.00 more for the truck. I felt that they should have at least take the late charge or something off. All the personnel, especially Lakeisha & Brian, were very helpful. Stephanie really did a great job relocating and helping after "the flood" in May. The only disappointment I have with this property is not the property at all but the main office who doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing from the right.
